The transformation and implementation of clinical practice guidelines for integrated traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and Western medicine(WM)is crucial to the adoption of medical science and technological findings and is an important way for TCM to be made available to the ***,clinical practice guidelines(CPGs)of TCM and WM integration in recent years was analyzed to clarify the current situation and problems in the existing guidelines according to the following four perspectives:(1)perspective of TCM and WM integration in guidelines,(2)diagnosis Using integrated TCM and WM,(3)integration of TCM and WM treatment,(4)promoting TCM and WM ***,the information and quality evaluation of CPGs for integrated Chinese and Western medicine in 2020–2022 were analyzed to explore the degree and methods of integration of Chinese and Western medicine *** last this study aimed to lay a foundation for the further establishment of Chinese characteristic,repeatable,and calculable clinical practice guidelines of TCM and WM integration.

Geophysical prediction of organic matter abundance in source rocks based on geochemical analysis:A case study of southwestern Bozhong Sag,Bohai Sea,China

The Bozhong Sag is the largest petroliferous sag in the Bohai Bay Basin,and the source rocks of Paleogene Dongying and Shahejie Formations were buried *** of the drillings were located at the structural high,and there were few wells that met good quality source rocks,so it is difficult to evaluate the source rocks in the study area precisely by geochemical analysis *** on the Rock-Eval pyrolysis,total organic carbon(TOC)testing,the organic matter(OM)abundance of Paleogene source rocks in the southwestern Bozhong Sag were evaluated,including the lower of second member of Dongying Formation(E_(3)d2L),the third member of Dongying Formation(E_(3)d_(3)),the first and second members of Shahejie Formation(E_(2)s_(1+2)),the third member of Shahejie Formation(E_(2)s_(3)).The results indicate that the E_(2)s_(1+2)and E_(2)s_(3)have better hydrocarbon generative potentials with the highest OM abundance,the E_(3)d_(3)are of the second good quality,and the E_(3)d2L have poor to fair hydrocarbon generative ***,the well logs were applied to predict TOC and residual hydrocarbon generation potential(S_(2))based on the sedimentary facies classification,usingΔlogR,generalizedΔlogR,logging multiple linear regression and BP neural network *** various methods were compared,and the BP neural network method have relatively better prediction *** on the pre-stack simultaneous inversion(P-wave impedance,P-wave velocity and density inversion results)and the post-stack seismic attributes,the three-dimensional(3D)seismic prediction of TOC and S_(2)was carried *** results show that the seismic near well prediction results of TOC and S_(2)based on seismic multi-attributes analysis correspond well with the results of well logging methods,and the plane prediction results are identical with the sedimentary facies map in the study *** TOC and S_(2)values of E_(2)s_(1+2)and E_(2)s_(3)are higher than those in E_(3)d_(3)and E_(3)d_(2)L,basicall

Coniopteris simplex is a common component in many Jurassic ***,due to morphological variations in sterile fronds and incomplete preservation of reproductive organs,its classification has been controversial for a long ***,we present new material collected from the Middle Jurassic Yan’an Formation in the Ordos Basin,Inner *** new material reveals important morphological characters,including hemi-dimorphic fronds,two forms of sterile pinnae,short-stalked sori and sporangia on fertile fronds,annulus of sporangium composed of about 30 cells,in situ rounded triangular spores with protruded suture,and the lips of trilete laesura encircled by one or two rows of small *** on these observations,we emended the diagnosis of this common *** spatio-temporal distribution of Coniopteris simplex shows that the iconic species was restricted to the paleolatitudes ranging from 19.5°N to 48.9°N in the Northern Hemisphere during the Early—Late Jurassic,mainly distributed in the tropical to paratropical zones,and the paleolongitude ranging from 9.6°E to 129.3°E,which may be limited by the opening of the Viking Corridor and the splitting of the Central Atlantic Ocean.

The utilization of prefabricated light modular radiant heating system has demonstrated significant increases in heat transfer efficiency and energy conservation *** prefabricated building construction,this new heating method presents an opportunity for the development of comprehensive *** parameters for evaluating the effectiveness of such a system are the upper surface layer’s heat flux and *** this paper,thermal resistance analysis calculation based on a simplified model for this unique radiant heating system analysis is presented with the heat transfer mechanism’s *** results obtained from thermal resistance analysis calculation and numerical simulation indicate that the thermal resistance analysis method is highly accurate with temperature discrepancies ranging from 0.44℃ to−0.44℃ and a heat flux discrepancy of less than 7.54%,which can meet the requirements of practical engineering applications,suggesting a foundation for the prefabricated radiant heating system.

Vibrio parahaemolyticus,a gram-negative halophilic bacterium that naturally inhabits coastal waters,causes gastroenteritis,skin infections,and septicemia in human beings[1].This bacterium produces multiple virulence factors,including thermostable direct hemolysin(TDH),TDH-related hemolysin(TRH),type Ⅲ secretion system 1(T3SS1),T3SS2,type Ⅵ secretion system 1(T6SS1),and T6SS2[1].Furthermore,Ⅴ.parahaemolyticus forms biofilms on the surface,which help it in adapting to unfavorable conditions[2].Mature biofilm formation requires special structures,including lateral and polar flagella,exopolysaccharide(EPS),and type Ⅳ pili[2].

1 Introduction Thanks very much for *** taking time to comment on our recent paper regarding“Chemical vapor deposition synthesis and Raman scattering investigation of quasi-one-dimensional ZrS3 nanoflakes”.We summarize the suggestions of *** as made in the comment[1].First,*** suggested that there are just three peaks of two S 2p doublets in Fig.2(b)in the original paper[1],which is inconsistent to the four peaks of previous reports[2-4].Second,*** mentioned that the ratio of two S 2p doublets is helpful to identify the sulfur vacancies,which have a great impact on the n-type semiconducting nature of ***,*** mentioned that Zr 3d peak appearing at 184.7 eV is wider than previous reports[2,4],which may be accounted by the appearance of ZrS2O,and Zr remains in the tetravalent state.

Omics-imaging signature-based nomogram to predict the progression-free survival of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization

BACKGROUND Enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)is widely used in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),but it can not effectively reflect the heterogeneity within the tumor and evaluate the effect after *** imaging analysis of voxel changes can effectively reflect the internal heterogeneity of the tumor and evaluate the progression-free survival(PFS).AIM To predict the PFS of patients with HCC before operation by building a model with enhanced MRI *** Delineate the regions of interest(ROI)in arterial phase,portal venous phase and delayed phase of enhanced *** extracting the combinatorial features of ROI,the features are fused to obtain deep learning radiomics(DLR)_***'s test was used to evaluate the diagnostic performance of different typological features.K-M analysis was applied to assess PFS in different risk groups,and the discriminative ability of the model was evaluated using the *** Tumor diameter and diolame were independent factors influencing the prognosis of ***'s test revealed multi-phase combined radiomic features had significantly greater area under the curve values than did those of the individual phases(Prences were observed between the multi-phase and individual phases feature sets(P<0.05).K-M survival analysis revealed a median survival time of high risk group and low risk group was 12.8 and 14.2 months,respectively,and the predicted probabilities of 6 months,1 year and 2 years were 92%,60%,40%and 98%,90%,73%,*** C-index was 0.764,indicating relatively good consistency between the predicted and observed *** and DLR have higher predictive value for 2-year PFS in *** Based on the multi-temporal characteristics of enhanced MRI and the constructed Nomograph,it provides a new strategy for predicting the PFS of transarterial chemoembolization treatment of HCC.

Is recovery enhancement after gastric cancer surgery really a safe approach for elderly patients?

BACKGROUND This study aimed to evaluate the safety of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in elderly patients with gastric cancer(GC).AIM To evaluate the safety of ERAS in elderly patients with *** The PubMed,EMBASE,and Cochrane Library databases were used to search for eligible studies from inception to April 1,*** mean difference(MD),odds ratio(OR)and 95%confidence interval(95%CI)were pooled for *** quality of the included studies was evaluated using the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale *** used Stata(V.16.0)software for data *** This study consists of six studies involving 878 elderly *** analyzing the clinical outcomes,we found that the ERAS group had shorter postoperative hospital stays(MD=-0.51,I2=0.00%,95%CI=-0.72 to-0.30,P=0.00);earlier times to first flatus(defecation;MD=-0.30,I²=0.00%,95%CI=-0.55 to-0.06,P=0.02);less intestinal obstruction(OR=3.24,I2=0.00%,95%CI=1.07 to 9.78,P=0.04);less nausea and vomiting(OR=4.07,I2=0.00%,95%CI=1.29 to 12.84,P=0.02);and less gastric retention(OR=5.69,I2=2.46%,95%CI=2.00 to 16.20,P=0.00).Our results showed that the conventional group had a greater mortality rate than the ERAS group(OR=0.24,I2=0.00%,95%CI=0.07 to 0.84,P=0.03).However,there was no statistically significant difference in major complications between the ERAS group and the conventional group(OR=0.67,I2=0.00%,95%CI=0.38 to 1.18,P=0.16).CONCLUSION Compared to those with conventional recovery,elderly GC patients who received the ERAS protocol after surgery had a lower risk of mortality.

Driven by the explosive development of data-centric computation applications, it is becoming urgent to develop in-memory computing devices that are beyond the von Neumann architecture with an arrangement of separated logic and memory components. The transistor-type solid-state non-volatile memories,such as ferroelectric field-effect transistors(Fe FETs), have long been regarded as a competitive candidate for future in-memory computing architectures. However, the density scaling towards high-density arrays would require advanced Fe FETs with reduced footprints, which remains a great challenge so far. Here, a vertical-transport(VT) Fe FET that flips the charge transport channel perpendicular to the substrate plane is proposed, in which a ferroelectric gate and a van der Waals(vd W) heterojunction channel are vertically integrated, effectively reducing the device footprints. The proposed VT-Fe FET shows not only the robust binary non-volatile memory states but also several key synaptic functionalities at the device level. An artificial neural network with supervised learning was simulated based on the device conductance switching properties,showing excellent classification accuracy for the MNIST handwritten digits. These findings suggest that the proposed VT-Fe FET could offer a new solution for future non-volatile memories as well as more advanced neuromorphic systems.
