Setosphaeria turcica,an essential phytopathogenic fungus,is the primary cause of serious yield losses in corn; however,its pathogenic mechanism is poorly *** cloned STK2,a newly discovered mitogen-activated protein kinase gene with a deduced amino acid sequence that is 96% identical to MAK2 from Phaeosphaeria nodorum,56% identical to KSS1 and 57% identical to FUS3 from Saccharomyces *** deduce Stk2 function in *** and to identify the genetic relationship between STK2 and KSS1/FUS3 from ***,a restructured vector containing the open reading frame of STK2 was transformed into a fus3/kss1 double deletion mutant of *** results show that the STK2 complementary strain clearly formed pseudohyphae and ascospores,and the strain grew on the surface of the medium after rinsing with sterile water and the characteristics of the complementary strain was the same as the wild-type ***,STK2 complemented the function of KSS1 in filamentation and invasive growth,as well as the mating behavior of FUS3 in ***,however,its exact functions in *** will be studied in the future research.

Hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and urea oxidation reaction(UOR)are key reactions of the watercycling associated catalytic process/*** design of catalysts with a super-hydrophilic/aerophobic structure and optimized electron distribution holds great ***,we have designed a threedimensional(3D)hollow Ni/NiMoN hierarchical structure with arrayed-sheet surface based on a onepot hydrothermal route for efficient urea-assisted HER based on a simple hydrothermal *** Ni/NiMoN catalyst exhibits super-hydrophilic/aerophobic properties with a small droplet contact angle of 6.07°and an underwater bubble contact angle of 155.7°,thus facilitating an escape of bubbles from the *** functional theory calculations and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy results indicate the optimized electronic structure at the interface of Ni and NiMoN,which can promote the adsorption/desorption of reactants and *** virtues combining with a large specific surface area endow Ni/NiMoN with efficient catalytic activity of low potentials of 25 mV for HER and 1.33 V for UOR at10 mA cm^(-2).The coupled HER and UOR system demonstrates a low cell voltage of 1.42 V at 10 mA cm^(-2),which is approximately 209 mV lower than water electrolysis.

A cholesterol oxidase(COD)was hybridized with Ca^(2+),Zn^(2+),Al^(3+),Fe^(2+) and Mn^(2+).After precipitation with PO_(4)^(3-) at 4℃ for 72 h,the resulting pellets were *** scanning electron microscopy assays,the metal-COD complexes revealed flower-like or granular structures after *** transform infrared spectroscopy assay revealed the characteristic peaks of both the enzyme and metal materials.X-ray diffraction analysis indicated that COD was encapsulated in CaHPO_(4)·2H_(2)O-,Zn_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)·4H_(2)O-,AlPO_(4-),FeP_(4-) and Mn_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)·3H_(2)O-based nanostructures,*** scanning calorimetry assay indicated significant increases in thermo-denaturation temperatures from 60.5℃ to 167.02℃,167.02℃,137.70℃,172.85℃ and 160.99℃,*** steroid derivatives as substrates,this enzyme could convert cholesterol,pregnenolone,dehydroepiandrosterone,ergosterol,b-sitosterol and stigmasterol to related single *** in metal-based nanostructures could significantly enhance the initial conversion ratio and reaction stability of the *** addition,substrate selectivity could be affected by various metal ***,using Ca^(2+),Zn^(2+),Al^(3+),Fe^(2+) and Mn^(2+) as hybrid raw materials could help to encapsulate COD in related metal-enzyme nanostructures,and could help to promote the stability and tolerant properties of the enzyme,while also enhancing its catalytic characteristics.

Background Super-responders （SRs） are defined as patients who show crucial cardiac function improvement after cardiac resynchro- nization therapy （CRT）. The purpose of this study is to identify and validate predictors of SRs after CRT. Methods This study enrolled 201 patients who underwent CRT during the period from 2010 to 2014. Clinical and echocardiographic evaluations were conducted before CRT and 6 months after. Patients with a decrease in New York Heart Association （NYHA） fimctional class 〉 1, a decrease in left ventricular end-systolic volume （LVESV） ≥ 15%, and a final left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） ≥ 45% were classified as SRs. Results 29% of the 201 patients who underwent CRT were identified as SRs. At baseline, SRs had significantly smaller left atrial diameter （LAD）, LVESV, left ventricular end-diastolic volume （LVEDV） and higher LVEF than the non-super-responders （non-SRs）. The percentage of patients using angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors or angiotensin receptor blockers （ACEI/ARB） was higher in SRs than non-SRs. Most SRs had Biventricular （BiV） pacing percentage greater than 98% six months after CRT. In the multivariate logistic regression analysis, the independ- ent predictors of SRs were lower LVEDV [odd ratios （OR）： 0.93; confidence intervals （CI）： 0.90-0.97], use of ACEI/ARB （OR： 0.33; CI： 0.13~3.82） and BiV pacing percentage greater than 98% （OR： 0.29; CI： 0.16~.87）. Conclusion Patients with a better compliance of ACEI/ARB and a less ectatic ventricular geometry before CRT tends to have a greater probability of becoming SRs. Higher percentage of BiV pacing is essential for becoming SRs.

In this study,we introduce an integrated schedule of order picking and delivery for instant *** picking,including order batching and picking sequencing,is scheduled online under real-time order arrival,which integrates order delivery by depicting order location dispersion in an online order picking *** delivery,including delivery person assignment and route planning,is modeled to minimize the total duration of order fulfillment by considering the influence of the order picking completion time.A rule-based online order picking strategy is established,and a customized ant colony optimization(ACO)algorithm is proposed to optimize order *** on 16 simulated instances of different scales demonstrate that our online order picking schedule considering order delivery outperforms existing approaches and that the customized ACO algorithm for order delivery is effective.

The tumor development and metastasis are closely related to the structure and function of the tumor microenvironment(TME).Recently,TME modulation strategies have attracted much attention in cancer *** the preliminary success of immunotherapeutic agents,their therapeutic effects have been restricted by the limited retention time of drugs in *** with traditional delivery systems,nanoparticles with unique physical properties and elaborate design can efficiently penetrate TME and specifically deliver to the major components in *** this review,we briefly introduce the substitutes of TME including dendritic cells,macrophages,fibroblasts,tumor vasculature,tumor-draining lymph nodes and hypoxic state,then review various nanoparticles targeting these components and their applications in tumor *** addition,nanoparticles could be combined with other therapies,including chemotherapy,radiotherapy,and photodynamic therapy,however,the nanoplatform delivery system may not be effective in all types of tumors due to the heterogeneity of different tumors and *** changes of TME at various stages during tumor development are required to be further elucidated so that more individualized nanoplatforms could be designed.

Low dielectric constant and highly intrinsic thermal conductivity fluorine-containing epoxy resins with ordered liquid crystal structures

Epoxy resins with a high dielectric constant and low intrinsic thermal conductivity coefficient cannot meet the current application requirements of advanced electronic and electrical ***,novel fluorine-containing liquid crystal epoxy compounds(TFSAEy)with fluorinated groups,biphenyl units,and flexible alkyl chains are first synthesized via amidation and esterification ***,4,4′-diaminodiphenylmethane(DDM)is used as a curing agent to prepare the corresponding fluorine-containing liquid crystal epoxy *** obtained dielectric constant(ε)and dielectric loss(tanδ)values of TFSAEy/DDM at 1 MHz are 2.54 and 0.025,respectively,which are significantly lower than those of conventional epoxy resins(E-51/DDM,3.52 and 0.038).Additionally,the intrinsic thermal conductivity coefficient(λ)of TFSAEy/DDM is 0.36 W/(m⋅K),71.4%higher than that of E-51/DDM(0.21 W/(m⋅K)).Meanwhile,the corresponding elastic modulus,hardness,glass transition temperature,and heat resistance index of TFSAEy/DDM are 5.73 GPa,0.35 GPa,213.5◦C,and 188.7℃,respectively,all superior to those of E-51/DDM(3.68 GPa,0.27 GPa,107.2℃,and 174.8℃),presenting potential application in high-heating electronic component packaging and printed circuit boards.

Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a kind of central nervous system disease. The cause of AD is unclear. It is found that the remarkable histopathological characters of AD are senile plaques and neurofibrillary tangles.β-amyloid plays an important role in the formation of senile plaques and the abnormal phosphorylation of Tau protein is the main reason of neurofibrillary tangles. Apolipoprotein E is correlated to AD’s access, and the third pathological characterAMY plaque perhaps represents a new cause of AD. Presenlin and proteinaceous infectious particles are also related with AD. A summary of molecular mechanism for AD and the development of research is presented.

Currently,edge Artificial Intelligence(AI)systems have significantly facilitated the functionalities of intelligent devices such as smartphones and smart cars,and supported diverse applications and *** fundamental supports come from continuous data analysis and computation over these *** the resource constraints of terminal devices,multi-layer edge artificial intelligence systems improve the overall computing power of the system by scheduling computing tasks to edge and cloud servers for *** efforts tend to ignore the nature of strong pipelined characteristics of processing tasks in edge AI systems,such as the encryption,decryption and consensus algorithm supporting the implementation of Blockchain ***,this paper proposes a new pipelined task scheduling algorithm(referred to as PTS-RDQN),which utilizes the system representation ability of deep reinforcement learning and integrates multiple dimensional information to achieve global task ***,a co-optimization strategy based on Rainbow Deep Q-Learning(RainbowDQN)is proposed to allocate computation tasks for mobile devices,edge and cloud servers,which is able to comprehensively consider the balance of task turnaround time,link quality,and other factors,thus effectively improving system performance and user *** addition,a task scheduling strategy based on PTS-RDQN is proposed,which is capable of realizing dynamic task allocation according to device *** results based on many simulation experiments show that the proposed method can effectively improve the resource utilization,and provide an effective task scheduling strategy for the edge computing system with cloud-edge-end architecture.
