The task to estimate all the parameters of an unknown quantum state, also called quantum state tomography, is essential for characterizing and controlling quantum systems. In this paper, we utilize observable time traces to identify the initial quantum state of a closed quantum system, based on the state space approach in the control theory. In the informationally complete scenario, we show that with a linear regression estimation (lRE), the mean squared error (MSE) scales as , where N is the resource number. In the informationally incomplete scenario, we introduce regularization lRE to perform the state tomography task. We employ PBH test to demonstrate that closed quantum systems with only one observable are informationally incomplete and propose using observables, where d is the dimension of the quantum state, for informational completeness. Numerical examples demonstrate the effectiveness of our method.

By using one-dimensional tight-binding model modified to include electron-electric field interaction and electron-electron interaction,we theoretically explore the polarization process of exciton and biexciton in *** dynamical simulation is performed by adopting the non-adiabatic evolution *** results show that under the effect of moderate electric field,when the strength of electron-electron interaction is weak,the singlet exciton is stable but its polarization presents obvious *** the enhancement of interaction,it is dissociated into polaron pairs,the spin-flip of which can be observed through modulating the interaction *** the triplet exciton,the strong electron-electron interaction restrains its normal polarization,but it is still *** the case of biexciton,the strong electron-electron interaction not only dissociate it,but also flip its charge *** yield of the possible states formed after the dissociation of exciton and biexciton is also calculated.

Metal oxide semiconductors(MOSs) are ideal sensing materials for detecting volatile organic compounds due to their low cost, diversity, high stability, and ease of production. However, it remains a grand challenge to develop the MOSs-based gas sensors for sensing isopropanol with desired performance via a simple, effective,and controllable method. Herein, we reported the preparation of the Al-doped Zn O(AZO)/WO_(3) heterostructure films by directly depositing the AZO coating onto the WO_(3) coating using a strategy of magnetron sputtering. The AZO/WO_(3) heterostructure films were constructed by numbers of irregular nanoparticles that were interconnected with each other. The AZO/WO_(3) heterostructure films-based gas sensors exhibited excellent isopropanolsensing performance with high response, promising selectivity, low detection limit, fast response rate, wide detection range, and ideal reproducibility. The promising isopropanol-sensing performance of the AZO/WO_(3) heterostructure films arises mainly from their high uniformity, unique microstructures with high surface roughness,and the construction of the heterostructure between the AZO and WO_(3) coatings. This work provides a versatile approach to prepare the MOSs-based heterostructure films for assembling the gas sensors.

Bacterial outer membrane vesicles(OMVs)are potent immunostimulants of regulating the tumor microenvironment(TME)for immunotherapy,and can be used to deliver ***,the severe systemic inflammatory response triggered by OMVs upon intravenous(i.v.)injection has limited their ***,we developed a safe and effective strategy by conjugating doxorubicin-loaded serum albumin(SA-DOX,AD)onto the surface of OMVs using a matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)-cleavable peptide linker(cl).This approach enabled the dynamic shielding of OMVs to reduce the systemic side effects while simultaneously enhancing the anti-tumor effects through ***,the resulting OMV-cl-AD formulation exhibited significantly enhanced accumulation at the tumor site after ***,facilitated by the SA decoration on the OMVs ***,the shield on the OMV-cl-AD was cleaved by the over-expressed MMP in the TME,leading to the release of both OMVs and *** process provided OMV-induced immunotherapy and DOX-induced chemotherapy,resulting in synergistic tumor *** conclusion,our work demonstrated the potential of OMV-cl-AD as an effective immunochemotherapy strategy that can prolong the survival time of mice without inducing side effects.
