An easy and effective method of silver nanoplate synthesis technique was created by reducing silver nitrate （AgNO3） with hydroxylamine hydrochloride （NH2OH·HCl） at room temperature. Silver nanoplates of various shapes, including triangular, truncated triangular, hexagonal, and truncated hexagonal, exhibit an average width and thickness of approximately 1 μm and 50 nm, respectively. Silver nanoparticles were acquired by placing polyvinyl pyrrolidone （PVP） in the reaction solution. The produced silver nanoparticles are quasi-spherical in shape and - 100 nm in size. The catalytic activity in the thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate （AID） was distinguished by thermogravimetric （TG） analysis and differential scanning calorimetry （DSC）. The outcomes reveal that the addition of silver nanoplates and nanoparticles diminishes the low decomposition temperature of AP by 7 and 14 ℃ and leads to a drop in the high decomposition temperature of AP by 60 and 110 ℃ and a rise in the total DSC heat release by 0.86 and 1.05 kJ.g^-1, respectively.

Understanding the effects of land use/cover change(LUCC) on regional climate is critical for achieving land use system sustainability and global climate change mitigation. However, the quantitative analysis of the contribution of LUCC to the changes of climatic factors, such as precipitation & temperature(P&T), is lacking. In this study, we combined statistical methods and the gravity center model simulation to quantify the effects of long-term LUCC on P&T in the Songnen Plain(SNP) of Northeast China from 1980–2018. The results showed the spatiotemporal variability of LUCC. For example, paddy field had the largest increase(15 166.43 km2) in the SNP, followed by dry land, while wetland had the largest decrease(19 977.13 km;) due to the excessive agricultural utilization and development. Annual average precipitation decreased at a rate of –9.89 mm per decade, and the warming trends were statistically significant with an increasing rate of 0.256°C per decade in this region since 1980. The model simulation revealed that paddy field, forestland, and wetland had positive effects on precipitation, which caused their gravity centers to migrate towards the same direction accompanied by the center of precipitation gravity, while different responses were seen for building land, dry land and unused land. These results indicated that forestland had the largest influence on the increase of precipitation compared with the other land use *** responses in promoting the temperature increase differed significantly, being the highest in building land, and the lowest in forestland. In general, the analysis of regional-scale LUCC showed a significant reduction of wetland, and the increases in building land and cropland contributed to a continuous drying and rapid warming in the SNP.

This paper addresses a dynamic lot sizing problem with bounded inventory and stockout where both no backlogging and backlogging allowed cases are considered. The stockout option means that there is outsourcing in a period only when the inventory level at that period is non-positive. The production capacity is unlimited and production cost functions are linear but with fixed charges. The problem is that of satisfying all demands in the planning horizon at minimal total cost. We show that the no backlogging case can be solved in O（T^2） time with general concave inventory holding and outsourcing cost functions where T is the length of the planning horizon. The complexity can be reduced to O（T） when the inventory holding cost functions are also linear and have some realistic properties, even if the outsourcing cost functions remain general concave functions. When the inventory holding and outsourcing cost functions are linear, the backlogging case can be solved in O（ T^3 logT） time whether the outsourcing level at each period is bounded by the sum of the demand of that period and backlogging level from previous periods, or only by the demand of that period.

We study perturbation bound and structured condition number about the minimal nonnegative solution of nonsymmetric algebraic Riccati equation, obtaining a sharp perturbation bound and an accurate condition number. By using the matrix sign function method we present a new method for finding the minimal nonnegative solution of this algebraic Riccati equation. Based on this new method, we show how to compute the desired M-matrix solution of the quadratic matrix equation X^2 - EX - F = 0 by connecting it with the nonsymmetric algebraic Riccati equation, where E is a diagonal matrix and F is an M-matrix.
