BACKGROUND Prostate cancer(PCa)has high morbidity and mortality rates in elderly *** a history of thousands of years,traditional Chinese medicine derived from insects could be an important source for developing cancer-targeted drugs to prevent tumorigenesis,enhance therapeutic effects,and reduce the risk of recurrence and *** studies have shown that Coridius chinensis(Cc)has anticancer *** To elucidate the mechanism of action of Cc against PCa via network pharma-cology and molecular *** Potential targets for Cc and PCa were predicted using ChemDraw 19.0 software,the PharmMapper database and the GeneCards ***,the STRING database was used to construct the protein–protein interaction *** Ontology(GO),Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)enrichment and molecular docking analyses were subsequently conducted to identify the key targets,active ingredients and pathways *** GO and KEGG analyses indicated that the PI3K-Akt signalling pathway was the critical pathway(P value<1.0×10-8).Multiple targeting ingredients that can affect multiple pathways in PCa have been identified in *** active compounds(asponguanosines A,asponguanine B,asponguanine C,aspong-pyrazine A,N-acetyldopamine,aspongadenine B and aspongpyrazine B)were selected for molecular docking with 9 potential targets,and the results revealed that aspongpyrazine A and asponguanosine A are the main components by which Cc affects PCa(affinity<-5 kcal/mol,hydrogen bonding),but more studies are *** We used network pharmacology to predict the bioactive components and important targets of Cc for the treatment of PCa,supporting the development of Cc as a natural anticancer agent.

BACKGROUND:The predictive scoring systems for early stent thrombosis(EST)remains blank in *** study aims to evaluate the risk factors and conduct a prediction model of EST in the Chinese ***:EST was defined as thrombosis that occurs within the first 30 days after primary percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Patients from ten Chinese hospitals diagnosed as stent thrombosis(ST)from January 2010 to December 2016 were retrospectively included as the study group.A control group(1 case:2 controls)was created by including patients without ST,major adverse cardiovascular events,or cerebrovascular events during *** present study evaluated 426 patients with single-vessel lesions and ultimately included 40 patients with EST and 80 control patients,who were included to identify factors that predicted EST and to develop a prediction scoring *** other 171 patients without integrated 1:2 pair were used for external ***:EST was independently associated with a low hemoglobin concentration(adjusted odds ratio[OR]0.946,95%confi dence interval[95%CI]0.901-0.993,P=0.026),a high pre-PCI Synergy between Percutaneous Coronary Intervention with Taxus and Cardiac Surgery(SYNTAX)score(OR 1.166,95%CI 1.049-1.297,P=0.004),and a DAPT(DAPT)duration of<30 days(OR 28.033,95%CI 5.302-272.834,P<0.001).The simple EST prediction score provided an area under the curve(AUC)of 0.854(95%CI 0.777-0.932,P<0.001)with 70.0%sensitivity and 90.0%specifi city,and 0.742(95%CI 0.649-0.835,P<0.001)with 54.5%sensitivity and 81.0%specifi city for external validation ***:EST may be independently associated with DAPT discontinuation within 30 days,a low hemoglobin concentration,and a high SYNTAX *** scoring system also has a good ability to predict the risk of EST and may be useful in the clinical setting.

为研究四川盆地臭氧(O_(3))污染长期变化,使用四川盆地18个城市的地面O_(3)浓度数据和气象观测数据,首先分析了2017~2020年间四川盆地O_(3)浓度的时空分布特征,再利用随机森林模型,筛选出影响O_(3)浓度变化的主导气象因子,构建了气象因子和O_(3)浓度之间的统计预测模型,并对2020年四川盆地城市群的O_(3)污染状况进行预测分析.结果表明:①2017~2020年间O_(3)浓度呈现波动变化趋势,2019年出现一个低值,2020年O_(3)浓度又有所回升.②气象影响因子中相对湿度、日最高温度和日照时数对O_(3)浓度变化具有重要意义,而风速、气压和降水量的重要性较低;同时,气象因子之间也存在着不同的线性关系,气压与其他气象要素呈现负相关性,而剩余气象要素之间正相关关系较为明显.③基于随机森林构建的O_(3)预测模型的拟合优度(R^(2))较高,展示出较好的预测性能,能够较好地预测O_(3)浓度的长时间逐日变化,具有良好的稳定性和泛化能力.④通过对四川盆地18城市的O_(3)浓度变化进行预测分析,结果表明除雅安外,所有城市预测模型的变量解释率均达到80%以上,说明随机森林模型能够较为准确地预测O_(3)浓度的变化趋势.

提出一种交错并行的有限体积投影算法求解基于相场法的两相流控制方程组。该算法的实施主要依赖于压力泊松方程的显式推进设计,从而突破投影算法求解不可压Navier-Stokes方程的效率瓶颈。同时,提出了一种交错扫描策略来更新节点上的变量,以实现更紧凑的时空耦合。本算法与相场模型相结合,能够高效、准确地捕获相界面的动态拓扑变化。测试算例结果表明:网格量为131 072,采用8线程CPU并行时,新提出并行算法的效率达到串行标准投影算法的80倍以上。

Background Respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)is the leading global cause of respiratory infections and is responsible for about 3 million hospitalizations and more than 100,000 deaths annually in children younger than 5 years,representing a major global healthcare *** is a great unmet need for new agents and universal strategies to prevent RSV infections in early life.A multidisciplinary consensus development group comprising experts in epidemiology,infectious diseases,respiratory medicine,and methodology aims to develop the current consensus to address clinical issues of RSV infections in *** sources The evidence searches and reviews were conducted using electronic databases,including PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,and the Cochrane Library,using variations in terms for"respiratory syncytial virus","RSV","lower respiratory tract infection","bronchiolitis","acute","viral pneumonia","neonatal","infant""children",and"pediatric".Results Evidence-based recommendations regarding diagnosis,treatment,and prevention were proposed with a high degree of *** supportive care remains the cornerstone for the management of RSV infections,new monoclonal antibodies,vaccines,drug therapies,and viral surveillance techniques are being rolled *** This consensus,based on international and national scientific evidence,reinforces the current recommendations and integrates the recent advances for optimal care and prevention of RSV *** improvements in the management of RSV infections will require generating the highest quality of evidence through rigorously designed studies that possess little bias and sufficient capacity to identify clinically meaningful end points.

Effects of omeprazole or pantoprazole on platelet function in non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome patients receiving clopidogrel

Background: This study evaluated the effect of omeprazole or pantoprazole on platelet reactivity in non-STsegment elevation acute coronary syndrome(NSTE-ACS) patients receiving ***: Consecutive patients with NSTE-ACS(n =620) from general hospital of Shenyang Military Command were randomized to the omeprazole or pantoprazole(20mg/d) group(1:1), and received routine dual antiplatelet treatment. Patients' reversion rate of adenosine diphosphate-induced platelet aggregation(ADP-PA) was assessed at baseline, 12 to 24 h after administration of medication, and after 72 h of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). The primary endpoint of the study was platelet reactivity assessed with ADP-PA at 30 days after PCI. Adverse events(AEs) were recorded for 30-day and 180-day follow-up ***: There were no significant differences between both the groups in platelet response to clopidogrel at 12–24h after drug administration(54.09%±18.90% vs. 51.62%±19.85%, P=0.12), 72 h after PCI(52.15%±19.45% vs. 49.66%±20.05%, P=0.18), and 30 days after PCI(50.44%±14.54% vs. 48.52%±15.08%, P=0.17). The rate of AEs did not differ significantly between groups during the 30-day(15.2% vs. 14.8%, P=0.91) and 180-day(16.5% vs. 14.5%, P=0.50) follow-up periods after ***: The addition of omeprazole or pantoprazole to clopidogrel did not restrict the effect of platelet aggregation by reducing the conversion of clopidogrel. Compared with clopidogrel alone, pantoprazole-clopidogrel and omeprazoleclopidogrel combinations did not increase the incidence of adverse clinical events during 30-day and 180-day follow-up periods after PCI.

为探究地质高背景区土壤Cd含量的空间分异特征及其变异规律,以贵阳市喀斯特地貌区表层土壤为研究对象,采集14 421件表层土壤,综合运用全局Moran's I指数、冷热点分析、半方差函数与克里金插值等方法,揭示土壤Cd含量的空间结构和分布规律,并通过方差分析与地理探测器分析环境因子对土壤Cd含量的影响及其主控因子.结果表明:(1)贵阳市喀斯特表层土壤ω(Cd)范围介于0.03~1.36 mg·kg^(-1)之间,平均值为0.440 mg·kg^(-1),分别为贵州省土壤Cd背景值和中国土壤Cd背景值的1.77倍和5.95倍;土壤Cd超标率为30%,是我国土壤Cd超标率(7%)的4.29倍.(2)土壤Cd含量存在显著的空间正相关性,全局空间上呈现聚集分布,而局部区域上东北和西南地区表现为热点区,北部为冷点区;土壤Cd含量的块金系数为10.37%,表明土壤Cd主要受结构性因素影响.(3)空间分布上,土壤Cd呈现不同的累积趋势,息烽县、修文县、清镇市、花溪区和南明区等区域部分块状土壤ω(Cd)小于0.3 mg·kg^(-1);土壤ω(Cd)介于0.3~0.6 mg·kg^(-1)分布面积最广,白云区、乌当区、观山湖区和云岩区土壤Cd整体上介于这一含量范围;土壤ω(Cd)介于0.6~0.9 mg·kg^(-1)集中分布于清镇市西南部、花溪区南部以及开阳县北部,而土壤ω(Cd)介于0.9~1.2mg·kg^(-1)主要聚集在清镇市西南部;土壤ω(Cd)极值(>1.2 mg·kg^(-1))多分布于开阳县、修文县、清镇市和花溪区等地区.(4)方差分析与地理探测器结果表明,不同环境因子对土壤Cd空间分异影响显著,但对土壤Cd含量的解释力具有差异,其大小依次为:地层(0.176 5)>土壤类型(0.026 0)>有机质(0.025 1)>海拔(0.010 5)>母岩(0.007 3)>土地利用(0.006 4)>p H(0.001 3),并且地层与任意环境因子的交互作用均最大,因此地层是影响土壤Cd含量空间分异的主要因子.

【目的】分析国外科技成果的文化影响案例,为我国科技成果的文化价值评估提供参考。【方法】建立16个文化影响类别和4类研究成果概念框架并借助Notion AI工具,完成英国REF2021影响评估案例中科技医药领域的29个文化影响案例的影响类别和成果类别标引,对案例文本进行结构化分析。【结果】分析结果揭示了科技医药领域文化影响类别的丰富多样性,最突出的类别为“参与或被应用到各类传媒或文化载体中”,不同学科与不同类型的研究成果的文化影响表现具有差异性。【局限】案例数量偏少,所建立的文化影响概念框架有待进一步完善,未包含对文化意识形态方面的影响分析等。【结论】本文所提文化影响的概念框架有助于解释案例文本;不同学科和不同类型研究成果的文化影响差异揭示了分类评价的必要性和意义;文化影响的概念框架还有待进一步扩展才能更好地为评估决策提供支持。
