Tendon adhesion is a common complication after tendon injury with the development of accumulated fibrotic tissues without effective anti-fibrotic therapies,resulting in severe *** are widely recognized as a fibrotic trigger during peritendinous adhesion ***,different clusters of macrophages have various functions and receive multiple regulation,which are both still *** our current study,multi-omics analysis including single-cell RNA sequencing and proteomics was performed on both human and mouse tendon adhesion tissue at different stages after tendon *** transcriptomes of over 74000 human single cells were *** results,we found that SPP1^(+)macrophages,RGCC^(+)endothelial cells,ACKR1^(+)endothelial cells and ADAM12^(+)fibroblasts participated in tendon adhesion ***,despite specific fibrotic clusters in tendon adhesion,FOLR2^(+)macrophages were identified as an antifibrotic cluster by in vitro experiments using human ***,ACKR1 was verified to regulate FOLR2^(+)macrophages migration at the injured peritendinous site by transplantation of bone marrow from Lysm-Cre;R26R^(tdTomato) mice to lethally irradiated Ackr1^(-/-)mice(Ackr1^(-/-)chimeras;deficient in ACKR1)and control mice(WT chimeras).Compared with WT chimeras,the decline of FOLR2^(+)macrophages was also observed,indicating that ACKR1 was specifically involved in FOLR2^(+)macrophages *** together,our study not only characterized the fibrosis microenvironment landscape of tendon adhesion by multi-omics analysis,but also uncovered a novel antifibrotic cluster of macrophages and their *** results provide potential therapeutic targets against human tendon adhesion.

Aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs)are regarded as promising energy storage devices due to their low cost,high capacity,and ecological ***,the severe dendritic growth and side reactions hinder their practical applicability ***,an ultrathin Cu coating layer(~200 nm)is decorated on zinc foils via filtered cathodic vacuum arc deposition technology,aiming to achieve high-performance *** Cu layer effectively suppresses chemical corrosion and hydrogen evolution reactions and enables preferential(002)Zn deposition during the stripping/plating ***,the Cu@Zn anode represents an elongated cycle life over 4,000 h at 2 mA·cm^(-2)/2 mAh·cm^(-2).Even in conditions of high current density of 5 and 10 mA·cm^(-2),the Cu@Zn anode shows prolonged cycling stability exceeding 4000 and 2000 h,*** advantages also bring high Coulombic efficiency of 99.87%under 5 mAh·cm^(-2)in Cu@Ti||Zn half-cell over 1500 ***,the Cu@Zn||MnO_(2)full cell demonstrates a superior cyclability with a specific capacity of 203 mAh·g^(-1)after 500 cycles a1 A·g^(-1).

Solar vapor generation is a promising sustainable technology that uses solar distillation to produce fresh water from seawater and wastewater,helping relieve global water resource ***,inspired by naturally grown integrally molded mulberry leaves with a Janus hydrophilic and hydrophobic structure,a novel,simple,and efficient integrated molding method is proposed to break through the limitations of the traditional split manufacturing strategy and realizes the integrated formation of Janus *** on the spontaneous sedimentation characteristics of MXene in silk fibroin solution and its regulation of mesoscopic structure and hydrophilicity of silk fibroin,layered structures with different compositions and hydrophilicities were obtained in one ***,ethanol and glutaraldehyde were added to construct a physical crystallization-chemical crosslinking dual stabilization structure in silk *** evaporator has the evaporation rate of 3.07 kg·m^(-2)·h^(-1) and the efficiency of 86.8%under 1 sun and maintains high evaporation performance under various extreme test conditions including vigorous washing,repeated compression,and high-intensity ultraviolet(UV)***,the evaporator performs well in practical application scenarios,its evaporation rate in the simulated Dead Sea seawater exceeds 2.13 kg·m^(-2)·h^(-1),and more than 99.9%of the salt,heavy metal ions,oil pollution,and dyes are purified.

Correlation between Sex and Prognosis of Acute Aortic Dissection in the Chinese Population

Background： The prevalence, presentation, management, and prognosis of coronary heart disease differ according to sex. Greater understanding on the differences between men and women with acute aortic dissection （AAD） is needed. We aimed to investigate whether sex disparities are found in patients with AAD, and to study sex differences in complications, mortality in-hospital, and tong-term. Methods： We included 884 patients enrolled in our institute between June 2002 and May 2016. Considering psychosocial factors, treatments, and the outcomes in men versus those in women with AAD, we explored the association of sex with psychosocial characteristics and mortality risk. For categorical variables, significant differences between groups were assessed with the Chi-square test or Fisher＇s exact test, and continuous parameters were assessed with Student＇s t-test. Univariate and stratified survival statistics were computed using Kaplan-Meier analysis. Results： A total of 884 patients （76.1% male, mean age 51.4 ± 11.8 years） were inchidcd in this study. There were fewer current smokers in female compared with male （ 17.5% vs. 67.2%,χ^2= 160.06, P〈 0.05）. The percentage of men who reported regular alcohol consumption was significantly higher than that in women （40.6% vs. 3.8%, χ^2== 100.18, P 〈 0.05）. About 6.2% （55 of 884） of patients with AAD died before vascular or endovascular surgery was performed, 34.4% （304 of 884） of patients underwent surgical procedures, and 52.7% （466 of 884） and 12.8% （113 of 884） of patients received endovascular treatment and medication, Postoperative mortality similar （6.0% vs. 5.6%, respectively, χ^2= 0.03, P = 0.91） between men and women. Follow-up was completed in 653 of 829 patients （78.8%）. We systematically analyze the quark and gluon gravitational form factors(GFFs)of the proton by connecting the energy-momentum tensor and near-threshold vector meson photoproduction(NTVMP).Specifically,the quark contributions of GFFs are determined by applying global fitting to the cross section of the lightest vector mesonρ0 *** with the gluon GFFs obtained from heavy quarkonium J/ψphotoproduction data,the complete GFFs are obtained and compared with the experimental results and lattice quantum chromodynamics *** addition,we use the resonance via Padé(RVP)method based on the Schlessinger point method to obtain a model-independent quark D-term distribution through direct analytical continuation of deeply virtual Compton scattering experimental *** errors are considered,the results obtained with RVP are essentially consistent with those obtained by ***,the comprehensive information on GFFs helps to uncover the mass distribution and mechanical properties inside the *** study is not only an important basis for delving into the enigmatic properties of the proton,but also has significance for theoretically guiding future JLab and EIC experimental measurements.

A novel efficient Cu2WS4/MoS2step-scheme（S-scheme） heterojunction photocatalyst was constructed for the first time and applied in the removal of environmental *** the as-prepared photocatalysts,the Cu2WS4/MoS2-8 % heterojunc tion photoc atalyst demonstrates the optimal photocatalytic performance,with the catalytic oxidation efficiency of tetracycline（TC） and the catalytic reduction efficiency of Cr6+reaching 93.3%and 82.1 %,*** excellent catalytic properties of Cu2WS4/MoS2heterojunction photocatalysts are attributed to the effective separation pathways of charges and the presence of S-scheme heterojunctions,together with stronger redox *** is speculated that the photogenerated carrier migration path of the Cu2WS4/MoS2catalyst follows the typical S-scheme photocatalytic mechanism,which is verified by the in-depth experimental study and simulated calculations including the electron paramagnetic resonance（EPR） analysis,free radical quenching experiments,charge density distribution,and simulated built-in electric field formation at the interface,which acts as driving force to promote the separation of photoinduced electrons and ***,the photocatalytic mechanism of S-scheme photogenerated carrier migration for the Cu2WS4/MoS2catalyst is revealed based on the systematic experimental techniques and simulated calculations,accounting for its superior photocatalytic oxidation and reduction *** study provides inspiring implications to develop high-efficient S-scheme photocatalytic systems for versatile applications in solarenergy conversion.

Species’ geographical range, environmental range and traits lead to specimen collection preference of dominant plant species of grasslands in Northern China

Many different factors,such as species traits,socio-economic factors,geographical and environmental factors,can lead to specimen collection *** study aims to determine whether grassland specimen collection in China is preferred by species traits(i.e.,plant height,flowering and fruiting period),environmental range(i.e.,the temperature and precipitation range)and geographical range(i.e.,distribution range and altitudinal range).Ordinary least squares models and phylogenetic generalized linear mixed models were used to analyze the relationships between specimen number and the explanatory *** Forest models were then used to find the most parsimonious multivariate *** results showed that interannual variation in specimen number between 1900 and 2020 was *** number of these species in southeast China was notably lower than that in northwest *** range and geographical range of species had significant positive correlations with specimen *** addition,there were relatively weak but significant associations between specimen number and species trait(i.e.,plant height and flowering and fruiting period).Random Forest models indicated that distribution range was the most important variable,followed by flowering and fruiting period,and altitudinal *** findings suggest that future floristic surveys should pay more attention to species with small geographical range,narrow environmental range,short plant height,and short flowering and fruiting *** correction of specimen collection preference will also make the results of species distribution model,species evolution and other works based on specimen data more accurate.
