Synergistic Ru/RuO_(2) heterojunctions stabilized by carbon coating as efficient and stable bifunctional electrocatalysts for acidic overall water splitting

The development of highly active and stable acidic water oxidation electrocatalysts is of great significant for promoting the industrial application of proton exchange membrane ***-based catalysts have broad application prospects in acidic water oxidation,but their limitations in stability and activity hinder their further ***,a nitrogen-doped carbon(NC)coated porous Ru/RuO_(2) heterojunctional hollow sphere(Ru/RuO_(2)/NC)is designed as high-active and stable bifunctional electrocatalyst for acidic oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).In synthesis,the key is to use mesoporous polydopamine spheres as a template for forming hollow spheres,a source of NC coating and a reducing agent for forming Ru/RuO_(2) *** Ru/RuO_(2) heterojunction adjusts the electronic structure of Ru active sites,optimizing the adsorption of intermediate ***,the NC coating and the interaction between NC and Ru/RuO_(2) effectively prevent Ru from over-oxidation and *** porous hollow structure provides more exposed active sites and promotes mass ***,Ru/RuO_(2)/NC exhibits outstanding OER and HER performance with low overpotentials of 211 and 32 mV at 10 mA·cm^(−2),respectively,and shows excellent *** acid water splitting electrolyzer,based on the bifunctional Ru/RuO_(2)/NC,requires low cell voltages of 1.46 and 1.76 V at 10 and 100 mA·cm^(−2),respectively,with good stability for over 100 h operation,surpassing Pt/C||RuO_(2) and most of the reported catalysts.

To expand the use of metal–organic frameworks(MOFs)based self-lubricating composite,flexible MOFs MIL-88D has been studied as a nanocontainer for loading *** this work,the mechanism of oleamine adsorption and desorption by MIL-88D was investigated through molecular simulations and *** simulations showed that the oleamines can be physically adsorbed into open MIL-88Ds with the Fe and O atoms of MIL-88D interacting with oleamine *** temperature can cause Ole@MIL-88D to release more oleamines,while higher pressure on Ole@MIL-88D caused less oleamines *** the Ole@MIL-88D was incorporated into epoxy resin(EP)for friction *** optimum mass ratio of MIL-88D to EP is 15 wt%,and the EP/Ole@MIL-88D prefers light load and high frequency *** work suggests that flexible MOFs can be used as a nanocontainer for loading lubricant,and can be used as a new self-lubricating composite.

Protective effect of dexmedetomidine on the propofol-induced cognitive dysfunction and neuron apoptosis in rats

Objective:To study the protective effect of dexmedetomidine on the propofol-induced cognitive dysfunction and neuron apoptosis in ***: SD rats were selected as the experimental animals and randomly divided into control group, propofol group and Dex group, propofol group and Dex group were established into propofol-induced cognitive dysfunction models by intraperitoneal injection of propofol, and Dex were given dexmedetomidine intervention on the basis of model establishment. The cognitive behavioral indicators were measured 1 d, 3 d and 5 d after model establishment;the contents of nerve marker molecules as well as inflammatory and oxidative stress response molecules in brain tissue of the hippocampus were measured at 5 d after model ***: 1 d, 3 d and 5 d after model establishment, the escape latency of propofol group were significantly longer than those of control group while the frequency of original platform crossing were significantly less than those of control group, and the escape latency of Dex group were significantly shorter than those of propofol group while the frequency of original platform crossing were significantly more than those of propofol group;5 d after model establishment, BDNF, SYN1, GPx and SOD contents in brain tissue of propofol group were significantly lower than those of control group while Nogo-A, Aβ, NF-kB p65, P2X7, TNFα, MCP1, ROS, p47PHOX and MDA contents were significantly higher than those of control group;BDNF, SYN1, GPx and SOD contents in brain tissue of Dex group were significantly higher than those of propofol group while Nogo-A, Aβ, NF-kB p65, P2X7, TNFα, MCP1, ROS, p47PHOX and MDA contents were significantly lower than those propofol ***: Dexmedetomidine can reduce the cognitive dysfunction induced by propofol and inhibit the apoptosis induced by inflammatory response and oxidative stress response.

Effects of parecoxib sodium intervention before induction on inflammatory stress response and endocrine steady state after laparoscopic surgery

Objective:To study the effects of parecoxib sodium intervention before induction on the inflammatory stress response and endocrine steady state after laparoscopic ***:120 cases of patients who accepted laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Medical University between March 2015 and December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the parecoxib group who accepted parecoxib sodium combined with general anesthesia and the control group who accepted general anesthesia. Before anesthesia induction (T0), immediately after extubation of anesthesia (T1) and 6 hours after extubation (T2), serum levels of inflammatory cytokines and stress hormones as well as peripheral blood levels of immune cells were ***:At T0, serum PGE2, TNF-α, IL-6, CRP, Cor, NE, Ins, C-P and AT-II levels as well as peripheral blood IFNγ+CD4+T cell and Perforin+CD8+T cell levels were not significantly different between two groups of patients;at T1 and T2, serum PGE2, TNF-α, IL-6, CRP, Cor, NE, Ins, C-P and AT-II levels of parecoxib group were significantly lower than those of control group while peripheral blood IFNγ+CD4+T cell and Perforin+CD8+T cell levels were significantly higher than those of control ***: Parecoxib sodium intervention before induction can inhibit inflammatory stress response and improve endocrine steady state after laparoscopic surgery.

Effects of acid-rock reaction on physical properties during CO_(2)-rich industrial waste gas(CO_(2)-rich IWG)injection in shale reservoirs

"Carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"is an essential national strategy,and the geological storage and utilization of CO_(2)is a hot issue ***,due to the scarcity of pure CO_(2)gas sources in China and the high cost of CO_(2)capture,CO_(2)-rich industrial waste gas(CO_(2)-rich IWG)is gradually emerging into the public's ***_(2)has good adsorption properties on shale surfaces,but acidic gases can react with shale,so the mechanism of the CO_(2)-rich IWG-water-shale reaction and the change in reservoir properties will determine the stability of geological ***,based on the mineral composition of the Longmaxi Formation shale,this study constructs a thermodynamic equilibrium model of water-rock reactions and simulates the regularity of reactions between CO_(2)-rich IWG and shale *** results indicate that CO_(2)consumed 12%after reaction,and impurity gases in the CO_(2)-rich IWG can be dissolved entirely,thus demonstrating the feasibility of treating IWG through water-rock *** IWG inhibits the dissolution of CO_(2),the optimal composition of CO_(2)-rich IWG is 95%CO_(2)and 5%IWG when CO_(2)geological storage is the main *** contrast,when the main goal is the geological storage of total CO_(2)-rich IWG or impurity gas,the optimal CO_(2)-rich IWG composition is 50%CO_(2)and 50%*** the CO_(2)-rich IWG-water-shale reaction,temperature has less influence on the water-rock reaction,while pressure is the most important ***2 has the greatest impact on water-rock reaction in *** minerals,clay minerals such as illite and montmorillonite had a significant effect on water-rock *** overall reaction is dominated by precipitation and the volume of the rock skeleton has increased by 0.74 cm3,resulting in a decrease in shale porosity,which enhances the stability of CO_(2)geological storage to some *** the reaction between CO_(2)-rich IWG-water-shale at simulated temperatures and pressures,precipitation

Investigating the Potential Mechanism of Huazhi Rougan Granules Against Alcoholic Liver Disease by Network Pharmacology and Experiment

Objective: Huazhi Rougan granules(HRGs) are a promising drug to improve alcoholic liver disease(ALD), but its mechanism remains unclear. Materials and Methods: Network pharmacology, molecular docking, and animal experiments were used to reveal the potential mechanism of HRG against ALD. Results: A total of 245 potential targets of HRG against ALD were obtained. Functional enrichment analysis suggests that HRG could synergistically regulate various biological pathways to exert therapeutic effects on ALD. Molecular docking showed that the key targets exhibited the good binding ability with the key compounds. The in vivo experiments showed that HRG can effectively alleviate pathological changes in liver tissue, improve blood lipid levels, antioxidant stress ability, and liver function, and reduce the release of inflammatory cytokines in the liver. Conclusions: This study reflects that HRG is an effective strategy for treating ALD, providing a basis for revealing the prevention and treatment mechanisms of ALD.

With morphological features resembling hepatocellular carcinoma,hepatoid adenocarcinoma of the lung(HAL)is a rare and aggressive subtype of lung cancer with a 5-year survival of only 8%.1 Most HAL patients present increased serum alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)levels that are commonly related to poor *** insights into HAL have come from case series or reports,and TP53 is frequently mutated in *** heterogeneity of HAL complicates the *** no established standard,the management of HAL is modeled on that of classical lung adenocarcinoma,although with dismal outcomes.2 Herein,we reported the effective management of a stage IIIb HAL patient with perioperative chemoimmunotherapy and curative-intent *** patient remained disease-free and minimal residual disease(MRD)-negative for more than one year after surgery.
