Regulating luminescent dynamics of lanthanide-based luminescent materials via external stimuli is of great significance in the fields of optical thermometry and high-level ***,it is still a huge challenge to realize multimodal emissions with tunable color outputs from a single activator in simple structures via smart dynamic control of photon transition ***,we present a mechanistic strategy to achieve multimodal luminescence of Er^(3+)activators with color-switchable outputs in a non-core-shell *** the control of excitation dynamics(λ_(ex)=980,808,1532,377 nm),the population among the intermediate en ergy levels of Er^(3+)and the interaction between Er^(3+)and Yb^(3+)could be precisely modulated through energy transfer and migration processes,leading to the generation of colortunable multimodal luminescence upon diverse excitation modes(non-steady-state,single-/dual-wavelength steady,thermal activation).Inspired by its special luminescent performance,the as-obtained material exhibits great potential in noncontact thermometry,multimodal anticounterfeiting,and high-capacity information encryption by performing a series of proof-of-concept *** findings might provide a conceptual model to modulate the luminescent dynamics in a simple-structured system for the generation of color-adjustable multimodal emissions,which is convenient for the development of advanced luminescent materials toward versatile cuttingedge applications.

AIM:To figure out whether various atropine dosages may slow the progression of myopia in Chinese kids and teenagers and to determine the optimal atropine concentration for effectively slowing the progression of ***:A systematic search was conducted across the Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science,EMBASE,CNKI,CBM,VIP,and Wanfang database,encompassing literature on slowing progression of myopia with varying atropine concentrations from database inception to January 17,*** extraction and quality assessment were performed,and a network Meta-analysis was executed using Stata version 14.0 *** were visually represented through ***:Fourteen papers comprising 2475 cases were included;five different concentrations of atropine solution were *** network Meta-analysis,along with the surface under the cumulative ranking curve(SUCRA),showed that 1%atropine(100%)>0.05%atropine(74.9%)>0.025%atropine(51.6%)>0.02%atropine(47.9%)>0.01%atropine(25.6%)>control in refraction change and 1%atropine(98.7%)>0.05%atropine(70.4%)>0.02%atropine(61.4%)>0.025%atropine(42%)>0.01%atropine(27.4%)>control in axial length(AL)***:In Chinese children and teenagers,the five various concentrations of atropine can reduce the progression of *** the network Meta-analysis showed that 1%atropine is the best one for controlling refraction and AL change,there is a high incidence of adverse effects with the use of 1%***,we suggest that 0.05%atropine is optimal for Chinese children to slow myopia progression.

In this work,a spherical calixpyridinium-IR-820 supramolecular assembled material was fabricated based on the calixpyridiniuminduced IR-820 *** assembled material exhibited a well visible light responsiveness by the photodecomposition of aggregated IR-820 accompanied by an obvious color *** photochromic material has many potential *** interestingly,the photodecomposition of aggregated IR-820 was significantly promoted,although the aggregated photosensitizers usually exhibited a lower *** approach can be further extended to construct various visible-light responsive supramolecular assembled materials and potentially applied in many ***,benefitting from the pH-dependent luminescent properties of calixpyridinium and the photodegradation products of IR-820,a pH-controlled visual multicolor luminescence was achieved,which was perfectly applied in the detection of pH from 5 to 10 by naked eyes.

The existence of high-density bedding planes is a typical characteristic of shale oil *** the behavior of hydraulic fracturing in high-density laminated rocks is significant for promoting shale oil *** this study,a hydraulic fracturing model considering tensile failure and frictional slip of the bedding planes is established within the framework of the unified pipe-interface element method(UP-IEM).The model developed for simulating the interaction between the hydraulic fracture and the bedding plane is validated by comparison with experimental *** hydraulic fracturing patterns in sealed and unsealed bedding planes are ***,the effects of differential stress,bedding plane permeability,spacing,and the friction coefficient of the bedding plane are *** results showed that a single main fracture crossing the bedding planes is more likely to form in sealed bedding planes under high differential *** decrease in bedding plane permeability and the increase in the friction coefficient also promote the fracture propagating perpendicular to the bedding *** with high-density bedding planes has a poorer fracturing effect than that with low-density bedding planes,as the hydraulic fracture is prone to initiate and propagate along the bedding ***,higher injection pressure is needed to maintain fracture propagation along the *** increase in bedding density will lead to a smaller fracturing *** fluid seepage into the bedding planes slows shale *** is recommended that increasing the injection flow rate,selecting alternative fracturing fluids,and employing multi-well/multi-cluster fracturing may be efficient methods to improve energy production in shale oil reservoirs.

Long-lived luminescent materials possess wide application prospects in various areas,but their constructions still face a huge challenge,especially the achievement in *** aggregate is an effective method to attain intriguing luminescence,thus it is expected to build long-lived materials in *** this work,a series of new gold(I)complexes were developed by employing unique carbazole and phosphine as the ligands,and these resulting systems exhibited rare long lifetimes of milliseconds in the aggregate *** was well unveiled that these complexes emitted blue thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)with the lifetimes of several microseconds in dilute solution;while orange-red phosphorescence with much longer lifetimes of several milliseconds were achieved in the aggregate *** our knowledge,this is the first implementation of aggregation-induced conversion from TADF to *** on their excellent luminescent properties,we successfully applied these complexes in cell imaging and inhibition of cancer cells.

Immune checkpoint blockade(ICB)has emerged as a promising immunotherapeutic modality against cancer in the ***,only 10-30%of patients respond to ICB,primarily due to poor immunogenicity and insufficient T cell infiltration in solid ***,we presented an approach for high-performance cancer treatment using the programmed cell death protein-1 and programmed cell death ligand-1(PD-1/PD-L1)inhibitor(BMS-202)-loaded PEGylated graphene oxide(GPi).On the one hand,GPi dissociated tight junctions of vascular endothelial cells(VECs)in tumor,thus promoting the extravasation and intratumoral accumulation of liposomal doxorubicin(LipDox),which then effectively induced immunogenic cell death of tumor *** the other hand,GPi also stimulated VECs to upregulate the expression of cell-cell interaction molecules,such as intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1 and vascular cell adhesion molecule-1,which facilitated the infiltration of T cells in *** acting as a stimulator of VECs,GPi could exert responsive release of BMS-202 under the acidic tumor microenvironment and blockade PD-1/PD-L1 axis in ***,the alternating administration of GPi and LipDox effectively inhibited tumor growth in a 4T1 tumor model,providing a novel treatment mode for chemo-immunotherapy.

BACKGROUND An acute myocardial infarction(AMI)is often treated with direct coronary intervention and requires home-based *** of patients with AMI need adequate social support to maintain high-quality care;however,their social support function is low,and relevant indicators for intervention must be *** To analyze the correlation between social support for primary caregivers,their anxiety,and depression,when caring for patients with AMI after interventional *** Using convenience sampling,we selected 300 primary caregivers of patients with AMI who had undergone interventional *** Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to assess the primary caregivers.A Pearson’s correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlations between the SSRS,SAS,and SDS,and a multiple logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the factors influencing the low social support function of primary *** receiver operating characteristic curve and area under the curve(AUC)were used to evaluate the predictive ability of the SAS and SDS for low social support function in primary *** Considering the norm among Chinese people,AMI caregivers’objective support,subjective support,support utilization,and SSRS scores were lower,while their SAS and SDS scores were *** SSRS scores of female caregivers were higher than those of the male caregivers(t=2.123,P=0.035).The Pearson correlation analysis showed that objective support,subjective support,support utilization,and SSRS total scores were significantly correlated with both SAS(r=-0.414,-0.460,-0.416,-0.535)and SDS scores(r=-0.463,-0.379,-0.349,-0.472).Among the 300 AMI caregivers,56 cases(18.67%)had a low level of support function(SSRS≤22 points).Logistic regression model analysis showed that SAS and SDS were independent risk factors for low social support function of AMI caregivers,regardless of
