This article introduces an element diffusion behavior model for a titanium/steel explosive clad plate characterized by a typical curved interface during the heat-treatment process. A series of heat-treatment experiments were conducted in the temperature range from 750℃ to 950℃, and the effects of heat-treatment parameters on the microstructural evolution and diffusion behavior were investigated by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis, and electron-probe microanalysis. Carbon atoms within the steel matrix were observed to diffuse toward the titanium matrix and to aggregate at the bonding interface at 850℃ or lower; in contrast, when the temperature exceeded 850℃, the mutual diffusion of Ti and Fe occurred, along with the diffusion of C atoms, resulting in the for- marion of Ti-Fe intermetallics （Fe2Ti/FeTi）. The diffusion distances of C, Ti, and Fe atoms increased with increasing heating temperature and/or holding time. On the basis of this diffusion behavior, a novel diffusion model was proposed. This model considers the effects of various factors, including the curvature radius of the curved interface, the diffusion coefficient, the heating temperature, and the holding rime. The experimental results show good agreement with the calculated values. The proposed model could clearly provide a general prediction of the elements＇ diffusion at both straight and curved interfaces.

Casting titanium alloy TC4(ZTC4) after hot isostatic pressing(HIP) is one of the preferred materials in the field of aerospace manufacturing. In this paper, HIPZTC4 after a long-term thermal exposure was *** order to evaluate the variation of mechanical properties with service time, the tensile properties of this alloy after exposure at 400 °C for 100, 500, and 1,000 h were investigated. Microstructure of samples was observed by the means of optical microscopy(OM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). Tensile test was carried out under different test temperatures and fracture appearance was studied. The results show that the strength increases with exposure time due to the harder a2(Ti3Al) phase precipitated in the a phase and superficial oxygen layer formed, which results in the fact that the resistance of crack propagation could be increased and cracks first initiate between surface oxidation and the matrix. Besides, the tensile temperature also has a significant effect on the mechanical properties of HIPZTC4. The yield strength and tensile strength decrease with the increase of tensile temperature, while the total elongation increases.

In this paper, the single-pass hot compression experiment of titanium clad steel plate was carried out by Gleeble-3500 thermal mechanics simulation test machine,and the effect of deformation temperature(T), strain rate(ε),thickness ratio(k), and friction coefficient(l) on flow pattern of the metal and stress in the deformation zone was *** results show that the metal flow behavior and the stress during compressive deformation depend strongly on the deformation temperature. At 800 and 850 °C, the bimetal can flow uniformly, while at 900 °C, the TA2 flows faster than Q235 B, and the phenomenon of TA2 wrapping Q235 B is observed. The metal flow of the bimetal material will coordinate each other through the bonding interface. It is noted that the stress increases with the increase of the ε and l and decreases when the metal flows along the contact area.

Acne is a kind of commonly-encountered and frequently-occurring disease that influences people’s beautiful outlook and mood easily. Acne’s etiological factors are related closely to living habits, food habits, psychological factor, environmental factor, endocrine, genetic factor, improper use to cosmetics, and so on. Under the condition of worrying about that chemical drugs treatment induces another kind of sequelae, the cosmetology of traditional Chinese medicine has been more and more paid attention. For the non-fine mouthfeel by TCM oral use and the inconvenience of decocting, the application of external treatment with traditional Chinese medicine facial mask has been more widespread. The traditional Chinese medicine facial mask of Baizhi (Radix Angelicae Formosanae) and Baifuzi (Rhizoma Typhonii Gigantei) as the basis formula can directly protect, recondition and ameliorate acne.

Oxygen release and electrolyte decomposition under high voltage endlessly exacerbate interfacial ramifications and structu ral degradation of high energy-density Li-rich layered oxide（LLO）,leading to voltage and capacity ***,the dual-strategy of Cr,B complex coating and local gradient doping is simultaneously achieved on LLO surface by a one-step wet chemical reaction at room *** functional theory（DFT） calculations prove that stable B-O and Cr-O bonds through the local gradient doping can significantly reduce the high-energy O 2p states of interfacial lattice O,which is also effective for the near-surface lattice O,thus greatly stabilizing the LLO surface,Besides,differential electrochemical mass spectrometry（DEMS） indicates that the CrxB complex coating can adequately inhibit oxygen release and prevents the migration or dissolution of transition metal ions,including allowing speedy Li+migration,The voltage and capacity fading of the modified cathode（LLO-CrB） are adequately suppressed,which are benefited from the uniformly dense cathode electrolyte interface（CEI） composed of balanced organic/inorganic ***,the specific capacity of LLO-CrB after 200 cycles at 1C is 209.3 mA h g-1（with a retention rate of 95.1%）.This dual-strategy through a one-step wet chemical reaction is expected to be applied in the design and development of other anionic redox cathode materials.

Background： Ambient aerosol fine particulate matter （PM2.5） is associated with male reproductive toxicity in experiments and may have adverse effects in the female. However, studies evaluating the protective effects and precise mechanisms of aspirin, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, or ozone against toxic effects of PM2.5 are sparse. This study was conducted to investigate the possible protective effects and mechanisms of aspirin, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, or ozone on fertility in female mice treated with PM2.5, Methods： Eighty-four ICR mice were divided into six groups： control group, PM2.5 group, PM2.5 ＋ aspirin group, PM2.5 ＋ Vitamin C group, PM2.5 ＋ Vitamin E group, and PM2.5 ＋ ozone group. PM2.5 was given by intratracheal instillation every 2 days for 3 weeks. Aspirin, Vitamin C, and Vitamin E were given once a day by oral gavage for 3 weeks, and ozone was administered by intraperitoneal injection once a day for 3 weeks. The levels ofanti-Mullerian honnone （AMH）, interleukin-6 （IL-6）, tumor necrosis factor-alpha （TNF-α）, and 8-hydroxy-2＇-deoxyguanosine （8-OHdG） were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Western blotting analysis was used to analyze the expressions ofBcl-2, Bax, and caspase-3 in ovaries. Changes in histological structure were examined by light microscope and electron microscopy was used to detect ultramicrostructure. Results： The results demonstrated that PM2.5 decreased AMH levels （P 〈 0.001）; however, aspirin （P 〈 0.001）, Vitamin C （P 〈 0.001）, Vitamin E （P = 0.001）, and ozone （P = 0.002） alleviated the decrease. Changes of IL-6, TNF-α, 8-OHdG, Bax/Bcl-2, and caspase-3 in PM2.5 group were increased compared to control group （P 〈 0.001）, while in PM2.5 ＋ aspirin, PM2.5 ＋ Vitamin C, PM2.5 ＋ Vitamin E, and PM2.5 ＋ ozone groups, they were statistically decreased compared to PM2.5 group （P 〈 0.001 or P 〈 0.05）. AIM: In order to assess hepatocellular carcinoma associated antigen HCA587 as a potential target for immunotherapy,the Bac-to-Bac expression system was used to express recombinant protein HCA587 in insect ***: The cDNA encoding HCA587 gene was cloned into donor vector pFasBacHtb and recombinant pFasBac Htb587 was transformed into competent cells *** Bacmid-587 was transfected into Sf9 insect cells using CELLFECTIN, Recombinant HCA587 protein was produced in Sf9 insect cells after infection with recombinant baculovirus, and was purified using Ni-NTA resin. Sera from HCC patients were also screened using recombinant protein ***: The molecular weight of the recombinant protein HCA587 expressed in insect cells was approximately *** blot results proved the recombinant protein HCA587had the similar antigenicity with its native *** analysis told that the rate of seroreactivity to HCA587 was not high in HCC ***: The recombinant protein HCA587 was successfully expressed and purified using Bac-to-Bac expression system. AIM:To analyze whether alterations of voxel mirror homology connectivity(VMHC)values,as determined by resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rsfMRI),occur in cerebral regions of patients with hypertensive retinopathy(HR)and to determine the relationship between VMHC values and clinical characteristics in patients with ***:Twenty-one patients with HR and 21 agematched healthy controls(HCs)were assessed by rsfMRI *** functional connectivity between the hemispheres of the cerebrum was assessed by measuring VMHC,with the ability of VMHC to distinguish between the HR and HC groups assessed using receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve *** in the demographic and clinical characteristics of the HR and HC groups were analyzed by independent sample *** relationship between average VMHC in several brain areas of HR patients and clinical features was determined using Pearson correlation ***:Mean VMHC values of the bilateral cuneus gyrus(BA19),bilateral middle orbitofrontal gyrus(BA47),bilateral middle temporal gyrus(BA39)and bilateral superior medial frontal gyrus(BA9)were lower in the HR than in the HC ***:VMHC values can predict the development of early HR,prevent the transformation of hypertensive microangiopathy,and provide useful information explaining the changes in neural mechanism associated with HR.

Dual-role regulator of a novel miR-3040 in photoperiod-mediated wing dimorphism and wing development in green peach aphid

Wing dimorphism is regarded as an important phenotypic plasticity involved in the migration and reproduction of aphids. However, the signal transduction and regulatory mechanism of wing dimorphism in aphids are still unclear. Herein, the optimal environmental conditions were first explored for inducing winged offspring of green peach aphid, and the short photoperiod was the most important environmental cue to regulate wing dimorphism. Compared to 16 L:8 D photoperiod, the proportion of winged offspring increased to 90% under 8 L:16 D photoperiod. Subsequently, 5 differentially expressed microRNAs (miRNAs) in aphids treated with long and short photoperiods were identified using small RNA sequencing, and a novel miR-3040 was identified as a vital miRNA involved in photoperiod-mediated wing dimorphism. More specifically, the inhibition of miR-3040 expression could reduce the proportion of winged offspring induced by short photoperiod, whereas its activation increased the proportion of winged offspring under long photoperiod. Meanwhile, the expression level of miR-3040 in winged aphids was about 2.5 times that of wingless aphids, and the activation or inhibition of miR-3040 expression could cause wing deformity, revealing the dual-role regulator of miR-3040 in wing dimorphism and wing development. In summary, the current study identified the key environmental cue for wing dimorphism in green peach aphid, and the first to demonstrate the dual-role regulator of miR-3040 in photoperiod-mediated wing dimorphism and wing development.
