The as-rolled AZ31 Mg alloy sheets are welded by friction stir welding（FSW） in this study, followed by annealing and hot rolling with different reductions. The effects of welding speed and the rolling reduction on the microstructure, tensile properties, microhardness and fracture surfaces of the specimens are investigated. The results show that the microstructures of the FSW joint in different regions become more and more consistent as the hot rolling reduction increases. The mechanical properties of the FSW joints and the joint coefficient are improved with increasing rolling reduction; however,the hardness value in the stirred zone decreases firstly and then increases. When the rolling reduction is 50%, the tensile strength of FSW joint is close to that of base metal. The sample L_3 achieves the best comprehensive properties, with the yield strength, ultimate tensile strength and elongation of 162, 287.9 MPa, and 17.9%, respectively.

Epididymitis can be caused by infectious and noninfectious etiological *** microbial infections are responsible for infectious epididymitis,the etiological factors contributing to noninfectious epididymitis remain to be *** present study demonstrated that damaged male germ cells(DMGCs)induce epididymitis in *** injection of the alkylating agent busulfan damaged murine male germ *** was observed in mice 4 weeks after the injection of busulfan and was characterized by massive macrophage *** was coincident with an accumulation of DMGCs in the *** contrast,busulfan injection into mice lacking male germ cells did not induce *** induced innate immune responses in epididymal epithelial cells(EECs),thereby upregulating the pro-inflammatory cytokines such as tumor necrosis factor-a(7/VF-a),interleukin-6(/L-6),and interleukin-ip(IL-ip) as well as the chemokines such as monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1),monocyte chemotactic protein-5(MCP-5),and chemokine ligand-10(CXCL10).These results suggest that male germ cell damage may induce noninfectious epididymitis through the induction of innate immune responses in *** findings provide novel insights into the mechanisms underlying noninfectious epididymitis,which might aid in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.

We present the first simulation results of a multi-shell target ignition driven by Z-pinch dynamic hohlraum radiation *** radiation pulse is produced with a special Z-pinch dynamic hohlraum configuration,where the hohlraum is composed of a single metal liner,a low-Z plastic foam,and a high-Z metallic *** implosion dynamics of a hohlraum and a multi-shell target are investigated separately by the one-dimensional code *** the peak drive current is 50 MA,simulations suggest that an x-ray pulse with nearly constant radiation temperature(-310 eV)and a duration about 9 ns can be obtained.A small multi-shell target with a radius of 1.35 mm driven by this radiation pulse is able to achieve volumetric ignition with an energy gain(G)about 6.19,where G is the ratio of the yield to the absorbed *** this research,we better understand the effects of non-uniformities and hydrodynamics instabilities in Z-pinch dynamic hohlraum.

Stem lignin content(SLC) in common wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) contributes to lodging resistance. Caffeic acid 3-O-methyltransferase(COMT) is a key enzyme involved in lignin biosynthesis. Characterization of TaCOMT genes and development of gene-specific markers could enable marker-assisted selection in wheat breeding. In the present study, the full-length genomic DNA(gDNA) sequences of TaCOMT genes located on chromosomes 3 A, 3 B, and 3 D were cloned by homologous cloning. Two allelic variants, TaCOMT-3 Ba and TaCOMT-3 Bb, were identified and differed by a 222-bp insertion/deletion(InDel) in the 3′-untranslated region(3′-UTR). A co-dominant gene-specific marker based on this InDel was developed and designated as Ta COMT-3 BM. A total of 157 wheat cultivars and advanced lines grown in four environments were used to validate the associations between allelic patterns and SLC. The SLC of cultivars with TaCOMT-3 Ba was significantly(P<0.01) higher than that of those with TaCOMT-3 Bb, and the marker TaCOMT-3 BM could be effectively used in wheat breeding.

Objective： Advances in genomics and molecular biology have led to the discovery of a large group of uncharacterized long noncoding RNAs （lncRNAs）. Emerging evidence indicated that many lncRNAs function in multiple biological processes and its dysregulation otten causes diseases. Recent studies suggested that almost all regulatory lncRNAs interact with biological macromolecules such as DNA, RNA, and protein. LncRNAs regulate gene expression mainly on three levels, including epigenetic modification, transcription, and posttranscription, through DNA methylation, histone modification, and chromatin remodeling. LncRNAs can also affect the development of diseases and tllerefore be used to diagnose and treat diseases. With new sequencing and microarray techniques, hundreds oflncRNAs involved in reproductive disorders have been identified, but their functions in these disorders are undefined. Data Sources： This review was based on articles published in PubMed databases up to July 10, 2017, with the tbllowing keywords：＂long noncoding RNAs＂, ＂＇LncRNA＂, ＂placentation＂, and ＂＇reproductive diseases＂. Study Selection： Original articles and reviews on the topics were selected. Results： LncRNAs widely participate in various physiological and pathological processes as a new class of important regulatory/＇,actors. In spermatogenesis, spermatocytes divide and differentiate into mature spermatozoa. The whole process is elaborately regulated by the expression of phase-specific genes that involve many strains of lncRNAs. Literature showed that IncRNA in reproductive cumulus cells may contribute to the regulation of oocyte maturation, fertilization, and embryo development. Conclusions： LncRNA has been found to play a role in the development of reproduction. Meanwhile, we reviewed the studies on how lncRNAs participate in reproductive disorders, which provides a basis fbr the study of [ncRNA in reproduction regulation.

To gain deep insight into the Morphological effect of NixMg1-xO catalysts on the reaction of CO2reforming with methane, we designed and fabricated three different spatial structural NixMg1-xO *** NixMg1-xO catalysts with specific models such as rod, sheet and sphere, exhibited various activity and stability in CO2reforming reaction. Herein NixMg1-xO nanorods displayed higher catalytic activity, in which methane conversion was up to 72% and CO2conversion was 64% at 670°C with a space velocity of 79,200 mL/(gcath), compared with nanosheet and nanosphere counterparts. Furthermore, both catalysts of NixMg1-xO nanorod and nanosheet showed a high resistance toward coke deposition and sintering of active sites in the process of CO2reforming of methane.
