The homologs of transcription factors c-Fos and c-jun have been detected in slime moldPhysarum polycepha{2.m during progression of the synchronous cell *** we demonstrated that c-Fos-like and c-jun-like proteins participated in G2.M transition by the regulation of the level of Cyclin B1protein in *** study of antibody neutralization revealed that interruption of the functions ofc-Fos-like and c-jun-like proteins resulted in G2.M transition arrest,implicating their functional roles in cellcycle *** G2.M transition was blocked by histone deacetylase inhibitor trichostatin A,changes inc-Fos- and c-jun-like protein levels,and hyperacetylation of c-jun-like protein,were *** datasuggest that in ***,c-Fos- and c-jun-like proteins may be the key factors in the regulation ofhistone acetylation-related G2.M transition,involving the coordinated expression and hyperacetylation ofthese proteins.

Histone acetyltransferases/deacetylases contribute to the activation or inactivation of transcription by modifying thestructure of *** we examined the effects of histone deacetylase inhibitors(HDIs),trichostatin A,and sodiumbutyrate on hsp 70 gene transcriptional regulation in *** chromatin immunoprecipitation assays revealedthat HDI treatments induced the hyperacetylation of histone H3 at the promoter and the transcribing regions of hsp70gene,increased the accessibility of heat-shock factor to target heat-shock element,and promoted the RNA polymeraseⅡ-mediated ***,the quantitative real-time PCR confirmed that the HDI-induced hyperacetylation ofhistone H3 enhanced both the basal and the inducible expression of hsp70 mRNA *** addition,the acetylation levelof histone H3 at the promoter exhibited a f{2.ctuated change upon the time of heat *** experimental data impli-cated a causal link between histone acetylation and enhanced transcription initiation of hsp70 gene in Drosophila.

We present the observational results from a detailed timing analysis of the black hole candidate EXO 1846-031 during its outburst in 2.19 with the observations of Insight-HXMT,NICER and *** outburst can be classified roughly into four different ***-C quasi-periodic oscillations(QPOs)observed by NICER(about 0.1-6 Hz)and Insight-HXMT(about 0.7-8 Hz)are also reported in this ***,we study various physical quantities related to QPO *** QPO rms-frequency relationship in the energy band 1-10 keV indicates that there is a turning pointing in frequency around2.Hz,which is similar to that of GRS 1915+105.A possible hypothesis for the relationship above may be related to the inclination of the source,which may require a high inclination to explain *** relationships between QPO frequency and QPO rms,hardness,total fractional rms and count rate have also been found in other transient sources,which can indicate that the origin of type-C QPOs is non-thermal.

In this paper,the implantation-decay method is introduced to study the β-delayed charged particle decay.A silicon detector array was used for the implantation of the incident beams and for the detection of the emitted *** experimental measurement on the β-delayed particle emission from ^(2.)Al was used to demonstrate the *** half-life va{2.e,charged particle spectroscopy,γ ray spectrum,and γ particle coincidence for the decay process were obtained and compared with previous experimental results for ^(2.)*** results show that the implantation-decay method,using a silicon detector array,is a suitable experimental method to study the β-delayed charged particle decay for proton-rich nuclei.

Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(iCCA)can originate from the large bile duct group(segment bile ducts and area bile ducts),small bile duct group(septal bile ducts and interlobular bile ducts),and terminal bile duct group(bile ductules and canals of Hering)of the intrahepatic biliary tree,which can be histopathological corresponding to large duct type iCCA,small duct type iCCA and iCCA with ductal plate malformation pattern,and cholangiolocarcinoma,*** challenge in pathological diagnosis of above subtypes of iCCA falls in the distinction of cellular morphologies,tissue structures,growth patterns,invasive behaviors,immunophenotypes,molecular mutations,and surgical *** these reasons,this expert consensus provides nine recommendations as a reference for standardizing and refining the diagnosis of pathological subtypes of iCCA,mainly based on the 5th edition of the World Health Organization Classification of Tumours of the Digestive System.
