P-doping is an effective way to modulate the electronic structure and improve the Na+diffusion kinetics of TiO_(2), enabling enhanced electrochemical performance. However, it is a challenge to prepare TiO;with a high P-doping concentration starting from TiO_(2)in a crystalline state. In this work, we design a novel two-step route for constructing a carbon-coated anatase P-doping TiO_(2)nanospheres(denote as(PAn TSS)@NC) with high P-doping concentration, by utilizing amorphous TiO;nanospheres with the ultrahigh specific area as P-doping precursor firstly, and followed by carbon coating treatment. Experimental results demonstrate that P is successfully doped into the crystal lattice and carbon layer is well coated on the surface of TiO_(2), with P-doping and carbon-coating contents of ~13.5 wt% and 10.4 wt%, respectively,which results in the enhanced pseudocapacitive behavior as well as favorable Na+and electron transferring kinetics. The(P-AnTSS)@NC sample shows excellent rate and cycle performance, exhibiting specific capacities of 177 and 115 m Ah/g at 0.1 and 1.0 A/g after 150 and 2000 cycles, respectively.

Based on the recently published whole-genome sequence of cultivated strawberry ’Camarosa’, in this study, 222FaWRKY genes were identified in the ’Camarosa’ genome. Phylogenetic analysis showed that the 222 FaWRKY candidate genes were classified into three groups, of which 41 were in group Ⅰ, 142 were in group Ⅱ, and 39 were in group Ⅲ. The 222 FaWRKY genes were evenly distributed among the seven chromosomes. The exon–intron structures and motifs of the WRKY genes had evolutionary diversity in different cultivated strawberry genomes. Regarding differential expression, the expression of FaWRKY133 was relatively high in leaves, while FaWRKY63 was specifically expressed in roots. FaWRKY207, 59, 46, 182, 156, 58, 39, 62 and 115 were up-regulated during achene development from the green to red fruit transition. FaWRK181, 166 and 211 were highly expressed in receptacles at the ripe fruit stage. One interesting finding was that Fa WRKY179 and 205 were significantly repressed after Colletotrichum fructicola inoculation in both ’Benihoppe’ and ’Sweet Charlie’ compared with Mock. The data reported here provide a foundation for further comparative genomics and analyses of the distinct expression patterns of FaWRKY genes in various tissues and in response to C. fructicola inoculation.

On 14 October 1999, the Chinese-Brazil earth resource satellite (CBERS-1) was launched in China. On board of the satellite there was an instrument designed at Peking University to detect the energetic particle radiation inside the satellite so the radiation fluxes of energetic particles in the cabin can be monitored continuously. Inside a satellite cabin, radiation environment consists of ether penetrated energetic particles or secondary radiation from satellite materials due to the interactions with primary cosmic *** of the detectors are twofold, to monitor the particle radiation in the cabin and also to study the space radiation environment The data can be used to study the radiation environment and their effects on the electronics inside the satelhte cabin. On the other hand, the data are useful in study of geo-space energetic particle events such as solar proton events, particle precipitation and variations of the radiation belt since there should be some correlation between the radiation situation inside and outside the *** instrument consists of two semi-conductor detectors for protons and electrons respectively. Each detector has two channels of energy ranges. They are 0.5-2MeV and ≥2MeV for electrons and 5-30MeV and 30-60MeV for protons. Counting rate for all channels are up to 104/(cm2@s)and power consumption is about 2.5 W. There are also the additional functions of CMOS TID (total integrated dose) effect and direct SEU monitoring. The data of CBMC was first sent back on Oct. 17 1999 and it's almost three years from then on. Dissipative Kerr solitons(DKS) have long been suffering from poor power conversion efficiency when driven by continuous-wave lasers. By deriving the critical coupling condition of a multimode nonlinear optics system in a generalized theoretical framework,two efficiency limitations of the conventional pump method of DKS are revealed: the effective coupling rate is too small and is also power-dependent. A general approach is provided to resolve this challenge by introducing two types of nonlinear couplers to couple the soliton cavity and CW input through nonlinear processes. The collective coupler opens multiple coupling channels and the self-adaptive coupler builds a power-independent effective external coupling rate to the DKS for approaching the generalized critical coupling condition, which promises near-unity power conversion efficiencies. For instance, a conversion efficiency exceeding 90% is predicted for aluminum nitride microrings with a nonlinear coupler utilizing second-harmonic generation. The mechanism applies to various nonlinear processes, including Raman and Brillouin scattering, and thus paves the way for micro-solitons toward practical applications.

A self-balanced charge pump （CP） with fast lock circuit to achieve nearly zero phase error is proposed and analyzed. The proposed CP is designed based on the SMIC 0.25μm 1P5M complementary metal oxide semiconductor （CMOS） process with a 2.5 V supply voltage, HSPICE simulation shows that even if the mismatch of phase/frequency detector （PFD） was beyond 10%, the charge pump could still keep nearly zero phase error, Incorporated fast lock circuit can shorten start-up time to below 300 ns.
