Bilirubin removal from human plasma was obtained via an affinity microporous polytetrafluoroethylene（MPTFE） capillary. The new adsorbent comprised grafted glycidyl methacrylate（GMA） via radiation-induced polymerization as hydrophilic coating and reactive sites; ethylenediamine（EDA） as a spacer arm; Cibacron Blue F3GA（CB F3GA） as an affinity ligand; MPTFE capillary as the supporting matrix. The average density of CB F3GA attachment to MPTFE capillaries was found to be 136.5 μmol/g. The capacity of bilirubin adsorbed on affinity MPTFE capillaries is 76.1 mg bilirubin/g polymer（at 25℃）. This new adsorbent has advantages over both membrane and traditional micro-column, and this system is stable and easy to operate. The results of blood tests suggest the CB F3GA affinity capillary has good blood compatibility.

Self-supervised graph representation learning has recently shown considerable promise in a range of fields, including bioinformatics and social networks. A large number of graph contrastive learning approaches have shown promising performance for representation learning on graphs, which train models by maximizing agreement between original graphs and their augmented views(i.e., positive views). Unfortunately, these methods usually involve pre-defined augmentation strategies based on the knowledge of human experts. Moreover, these strategies may fail to generate challenging positive views to provide sufficient supervision signals. In this paper, we present a novel approach named graph pooling contrast(GPS) to address these *** by the fact that graph pooling can adaptively coarsen the graph with the removal of redundancy, we rethink graph pooling and leverage it to automatically generate multi-scale positive views with varying emphasis on providing challenging positives and preserving semantics, i.e., strongly-augmented view and weakly-augmented view. Then, we incorporate both views into a joint contrastive learning framework with similarity learning and consistency learning, where our pooling module is adversarially trained with respect to the encoder for adversarial robustness. Experiments on twelve datasets on both graph classification and transfer learning tasks verify the superiority of the proposed method over its counterparts.

Enhancing thermal conductivity coefficient (λ) of liquid crystal polyesters would further widen their application in electronics and electricals. In this work, a kind of biphenyl-based dihydroxy monomer is synthesized using 4, 4’-biphenyl (BP) and triethylene glycol (TEG) as raw material, which further reacts with three different dicarboxylic acids (succinic acid, p-phenylenediacetic acid, and terephthalic acid, respectively) by melt polycondensation to prepare intrinsically highly thermally conductive poly 4’, 4”’-[1, 2-ethanediyl-bis(oxy-2, 1-ethanediyloxy)]-bis(p-hydroxybiphenyl) succinate (PEOS), poly 4’, 4”’-[1, 2-ethanediyl-bis(oxy-2, 1-ethanediyloxy)]-bis(p-hydroxybiphenyl) p-phenyldiacetate (PEOP) and poly 4’, 4”’-[1, 2-ethanediyl-bis(oxy-2, 1-ethanediyloxy)]-bis(p-hydroxybiphenyl) terephthalate (PEOT), collectively called biphenyl-based liquid crystal polyesters (B-LCPE). The results show that B-LCPE possess the desired molecular structure, exhibit smectic phase in liquid crystal range and semicrystalline polymers at room temperature, and possess excellent intrinsic thermal conductivities, thermal stabilities, and mechanical properties. λ of PEOT is 0.51 W/(m·K), significantly exceeds that of polyethylene terephthalate (0.15 W/(m·K)) which has similar molecular structure with PEOT, and also higher than that of PEOS (0.32 W/(m·K)) and PEOP (0.38 W/(m·K)). The corresponding heat resistance index (THRI), elasticity modulus, and hardness of PEOT are 174.6℃, 3.6 GPa, and 154.5 MPa, respectively, and also higher than those of PEOS (162.2℃, 1.8 GPa, and 83.4 MPa) and PEOP (171.8℃, 2.3 GPa, and 149.6 MPa).

Activated carbon-supported mercuric chloride（HgCl2） is used as an industrial catalyst for acetylene hydrochlorination. However, the characteristic of easy sublimation of HgCl2 leads to the deactivation o the catalyst. Here, we showed that the thermal stability of the Hg/AC catalyst can be evidently improved when Cs Cl is added into the Hg/AC catalyst. Compared with the pure Hg/AC catalyst, the sublimation rate of HgCl2 from the Hg–Cs/AC catalyst decreased significantly and the Hg–Cs/AC catalyst showed bette catalytic activity and stability in the reaction. This promoting effect is related to the existence of cesium mercuric chlorides（CsxHgyCl（x＋2y）） highlighted by XRD, HR-TEM and EDX analyses. Thus, reacting HgCl2 with alkali chlorides to form alkali-mercuric chlorides may be a key to design highly efficient and thermally stable mercuric chloride catalyst for hydrochlorination reactions.

Response of yield,quality,water and nitrogen use efficiency of tomato to different levels of water and nitrogen under drip irrigation in Northwestern China

The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of applying different amounts of water and nitrogen on yield, fruit quality, water use efficiency （WUE）, irrigation water use efficiency （IWUE） and nitrogen use efficiency （NUE） of drip-irrigated greenhouse tomatoes in northwestern China. The plants were irrigated every seven days at various proportions of 20-cm pan evaporation （Ep）. The experiment consisted of three irrigation levels （11, 50% Ep; 12, 75% Ep; and 13, 100% Ep） and three N application levels （N1, 150 kg N ha^-1; N2, 250 kg N ha^-1;and N3, 350 kg N ha^-1）. Tomato yield increased with the amount of applied irrigation water in 12 and then decreased in 13. WUE and IWUE were the highest in Ii. WUE was 16.5% lower in 12 than that in I1, but yield was 26.6% higher in 12 than that in I1. Tomato yield, WUE, and IWUE were significantly higher in N2 than that in N1 and N3. NUIE decreased with increasing N levels but NUE increased with increase the amount of water applied. Increasing both water and N levels increased the foliar net photosynthetic rate. I1 and 12 treatments significantly increased the contents of total soluble solids （TSS）, vitamin C （VC）, lycopene, soluble sugars （SS）, and organic acids （OA） and the sugar：acid ratio in the fruit and decreased the nitrate content. TSS, VC, lycopene, and SS contents were the highest in N2. The harvest index （HI） was the highest in 12N2. 12N2 provided the optimal combination of tomato yield, fruit quality, and WUE. The irrigation and fertilisation regime of 75% Ep and 250 kg N ha^-1 was the best strategy of water and N management for the production of drip-irrigated greenhouse tomato.

Mn^(2+)doping has been adopted as an efficient approach to regulating the luminescence properties of halide perovskite nano-crystals(NCs).However,it is still difficult to understand the interplay of Mn^(2+)luminescence and the matrix self-trapped exciton(STE)emission *** this study,Mn^(2+)-doped CsCdCl_(3) NCs are prepared by hot injection,in which CsCdCl_(3) is selected because of its unique crystal structure suitable for STE *** blue emission at 441 nm of undoped CsCdCl_(3) NCs originates from the defect states in the ***^(2+)doping promotes lattice distortion of CsCdCl_(3) and generates bright orange-red light emission at 656 *** en-ergy transfer from the STEs of CsCdCl_(3) to the excited levels of the Mn^(2+)ion is confirmed to be a significant factor in achieving efficient luminescence in CsCdCl_(3):Mn^(2+)*** work highlights the crucial role of energy transfer from STEs to Mn^(2+)dopants in Mn^(2+)-doped halide NCs and lays the groundwork for modifying the luminescence of other metal halide perovskite NCs.

The non-ordinary state-based peridynamic(NOSB PD)model has the capability of incorporating existing constitutive relationships in the classical continuum *** the present work,we first develop an NOSB PD model corresponding to the Johnson–Holmquist II(JH-2)constitutive damage model,which can describe the severe damage of concrete under intense impact ***,the numerical oscillation problem of the NOSB PD caused by zero-energy mode is analyzed and hence a bond-associated non-ordinary state-based peridynamic(BA-NOSB PD)model is adopted to remove the ***,the elastic deformation of a three-dimensional bar is analyzed to verify the capability of BA-NOSB PD in eliminating the numerical ***,concrete spalling caused by the interaction of incident compression wave and reflected tension wave is *** dynamic tensile fracture process of concrete multiple spalling is accurately reproduced for several examples according to the spalling number and spalling thickness analysis,illustrating the approach can well simulate and analyze the concrete spalling discontinuities.

A novel asymmetric Ni/PVC film has been developed by solution casting method. The structure, electrical conductivity, electromagnetic interference （EMI） shielding, and impact resistance were investigated. The results showed that the Ni particles were asymmetrically distributed along the thickness direction in the film. The top surface resistivity increased with film thickness, while the bottom surface exhibited the different trend. EMI shielding effectiveness （SE） depended on formation of closed packed conductive Ni network, which was influenced by both Ni content and film thickness. A linear relationship was observed between EMI SE and film thickness. The films with lower Ni content showed the faster increasing rate of EMI SE with film thickness. Some of the films show appreciably high EMI SE （〉 40 dB）, indicating the promising application in EMI shielding field. Moreover, the films exhibit different impact performance under different impacting directions. All the experimental facts demonstrate that the asymmetric structure endows the film achieving high-performance EMI shielding function.

Objective:To reveal the anti-inflammatory mechanism of guanxinⅤ,which is prescribed for ventricular remodeling in clinical ***:guanxinⅤ-,ventricular remodeling-,and inflammationrelated targets were obtained through an integrated strategy of virtual screening and systematic pharmacology,and then the shared targets were visualised with a Venn ***Ⅴnetwork and the protein-protein interaction network were drawn,and enrichment analysis was ***,the main results obtained from the integrated strategy were validated by molecular docking and in vivo ***:A total of 251,11,425,and 15,246 guanxinⅤ-,ventricular remodeling-,and inflammation-related targets were acquired,***,211 shared targets were considered to contribute to the mechanism of ventricular remodeling treated by guanxinⅤ.guanxin network and the protein-protein interaction network were drawn,and enrichment analysis showed some cardiovascular-related biological processes and signaling *** docking revealed that the guanxinⅤ-derived compounds could align with key *** in vivo experiments proved that guanxinⅤreverses ventricular remodeling by inhibiting ***:guanxinⅤrelieves ventricular remodeling by regulating inflammation,which provides new ideas for the anti-ventricular remodeling mechanism of guanxinⅤ.
