The post-earthquake emergency period,which is a sensitive time segment just after an event,mainly focuses on saving life and restoring social *** improve the seismic resilience of city road networks,a resilience evaluation method used in the post-earthquake emergency period is *** road seismic damage index of a city road network can consider the influence of roads,bridges and buildings along the roads,*** road capacity after an earthquake.A function index for a city road network is developed,which reflects the connectivity,redundancy,traffic demand and traffic function of the *** optimization model for improving the road repair order in the post-earthquake emergency period is also developed according to the resilience evaluation,to enable decision support for city emergency management and achieve the best seismic resilience of the city road *** optimization model is applied to a city road network and the results illustrate the feasibility of the resilience evaluation and optimization method for a city road network in the post-earthquake emergency period.

To realize a liberalized peer-to-peer (P2P) electricity market in distribution systems with network security, this paper develops a general framework for P2P trading in distribution systems with the utility's operation. The model is formulated as a bi-level programming. The utility's operation is an upper level problem, where a calculation method of network usage charges for P2P trading is also proposed. Peers' P2P trading is a lower level problem. An iterative algorithm based on analytical target cascading (ATC) is proposed to solve the model, where the interactions between utility and peers are presented. Numerical results on the IEEE 33-bus system demonstrate that the proposed method realizes a liberalized P2P market and ensures network security in distribution systems.

Unbalanced traffic distribution in cellular networks results in congestion and degrades spectrum *** tackle this problem,we propose an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)-assisted wireless network in which the UAV acts as an aerial relay to divert some traffic from the overloaded cell to its adjacent underloaded *** fully exploit its potential,we jointly optimize the UAV position,user association,spectrum allocation,and power allocation to maximize the sum-log-rate of all users in two adjacent *** tackle the complicated joint optimization problem,we first design a genetic-based algorithm to optimize the UAV ***,we simplify the problem by theoretical analysis and devise a low-complexity algorithm according to the branch-and-bound method,so as to obtain the optimal user association and spectrum allocation *** further propose an iterative power allocation algorithm based on the sequential convex approximation *** simulation results indicate that the proposed UAV-assisted wireless network is superior to the terrestrial network in both utility and throughput,and the proposed algorithms can substantially improve the network performance in comparison with the other schemes.

The magma sources,origins and precise forming ages of the miarolite from Qishan and Kuiqi intrusions are still *** results reveal that,miarolites from the Qishan and Kuiqi intrusions yield crystallization ages of~101 and~98 Ma,and they have a high formation temperature(~910℃)and low oxygen fugacity value,indicating crystallization condition at low pressure in the upper crust with temperature of 678℃.The Qishan and Kuiqi miarolites are characterized by enrichment in SiO_(2) and high-K alkali,depletion in Ca and Mg,and belong to the high-K weak peraluminous rock *** samples are enriched in HFSEs(i.e.,Ta,Zr and Hf)and LILEs(i.e.,Ba,P and Sr),depleted in Ba and Sr with the negative anomaly of *** the primitive mantle normalized trace element spider diagram,the samples show a right-inclined‘seagull-type’pattern,combined the ratios of(La/Yb)_(N),10000×Al/Ga,Rb/Nb and Nb/Ta etc.,they were proved to be alkaline A-type *** the characterize of the trace elements,they were derived from clay-rich source accompanied pelite melting,and subjected to K-feldspar crystallization *** values of ε_(Hf)(t)and tDM2 are distributed in the range of-2.8 to 3.3 with~1.2 Ga,and-6.0 to 4.0 with~1.2 Ga,revealing that they were generated from the Mesoproterozoic Cathaysia basement *** comprehensive research reveals the Kuiqi and Qishan intrusions derived from crust-mantle mixing and partial melting of the crust,respectively,resulting from lithospheric extension generated by the Paleo-Pacific Plate subducted into the European-Asian Plate.

BACKGROUND Patients with lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-responsive beige-like anchor protein(LRBA)deficiency have a variety of clinical symptoms,but there is no apparent genotype–phenotype correlation,and patients carrying the same mutations may have different ***,it is not easy for doctors to make a decision regarding hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT)for LRBA-deficient *** hypothesized that there may be a protein–phenotype correlation to indicate HSCT for LRBA-deficient *** To report on three Chinese LRBA-deficient patients and determine the correlation between residual protein expression and disease *** Clinical data of three Chinese LRBA-deficient patients were collected,and protein levels were detected by Western blot *** addition,LRBA mutation information of another 83 previously reported patients was *** All the major clinical findings indicated enteropathy,but patients 1 and 3 presented with more severe symptoms than patient *** and histology indicated nonspecific colitis for patients 1 and 3 but Crohn's disease-like colitis for patient *** heterozygous mutations in LRBA were found in patient 1,and homozygous mutations in LRBA were found in patient 2 and patient *** patient 2 responded well to traditional immunosuppressive *** expression of the LRBA protein in patients 1 and 3 was very low,but in patient 2,a more than 0.5-fold in expression of the LRBA protein was found compared to that in the *** HSCT,patient 1 had increased LRBA protein *** summarized the genetic information of 86 patients,and the mutations in patients 1 and 3 were novel *** We described three Chinese LRBA-deficient patients,two of whom carried novel *** patients had no genotype-phenotype correlations,but their residual LRBA protein expression might be associated with disease outcome and could be an indicator for HSCT.

Topology optimization (TO) has developed rapidly recently. However, topology optimization with stress constraints still faces many challenges due to its highly non-linear properties which will cause inefficient computation, iterative oscillation, and convergence guarantee problems. At the same time, isogeometric analysis (IGA) is accepted by more and more researchers, and it has become one important tool in the field of topology optimization because of its high fidelity. In this paper, we focus on topology optimization with stress constraints based on isogeometric analysis to improve computation efficiency and stability. A new hybrid solver combining the alternating direction method of multipliers and the method of moving asymptotes (ADMM-MMA) is proposed to solve this problem. We first generate an initial feasible point by alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM) in virtue of the rapid initial descent property. After that, we adopt the method of moving asymptotes (MMA) to get the final results. Several benchmark examples are used to verify the proposed method, and the results show its feasibility and effectiveness.
