We installed two sets of Astronomical Site Monitoring Systems(ASMSs)at Lijiang Observatory(GMG),for the running of the 2.4-meter Lijiang optical telescope(LJT)and the 1.6-meter Multi-channel Photometric Survey Telescope(Mephisto).The Mephisto is under *** ASMS has been running on robotic mode since *** core instruments:Cloud Sensor,All-Sky Camera and AutonomousDIMM that are developed by our group,together with the commercial Meteorological Station and Sky Quality Meter,are combined into the astronomical optical site monitoring *** new Cloud Sensor's Cloud-Clear Relationship is presented for the first time,which is used to calculate the All-Sky cloud *** designed the Autonomous-DIMM located on a tower,with the same height as *** seeing data have been observed for a full ***'s data for the year 2019 are also analysed in detail,which are valuable to observers.

The vibration response and noise caused by subway trains can affect the safety and comfort of *** study the dynamic response characteristics of subway stations and superstructures under train loads with a hard combination,a numerical model is developed in this *** indoor model test verified the accuracy of the numerical *** influence laws of different hard combinations,train operating speeds and modes were studied and evaluated *** results show that the frequency corresponding to the peak vibration acceleration level of each floor of the superstructure property is concentrated at 10–20 *** vibration response decreases in the high-frequency parts and increases in the lowfrequency parts with increasing distance from the ***,the factors,such as train operating speed,operating mode,and hard combination type,will affect the vibration of the *** vibration response under the reversible operation of the train is greater than that of the unidirectional *** operating speed of the train is proportional to its vibration *** vibration amplification area appears between the middle and the top of the superstructure at a higher train *** vibration acceleration level will exceed the limit value of relevant regulations,and vibration-damping measures are *** the scope of application,this study provides some suggestions for constructing subway stations and superstructures.

The multi-target assignment(MTA)problem,a crucial challenge in command control,mission planning,and a fundamental research focus in military operations,has garnered significant attention over the *** studied across various domains such as land,sea,air,space,and electronics,the MTA problem has led to the emergence of numerous models and *** delve deeper into this field,this paper starts by conducting a bibliometric analysis on 463 Scopus database papers using CiteSpace *** analysis includes examining keyword clustering,co-occurrence,and burst,with visual representations of the *** this,the paper provides an overview of current classification and modeling techniques for addressing the MTA problem,distinguishing between static multi-target assignment(SMTA)and dynamic multi-target assignment(DMTA).Subsequently,existing solution algorithms for the MTA problem are reviewed,generally falling into three categories:exact algorithms,heuristic algorithms,and machine learning ***,a development framework is proposed based on the"HIGH"model(high-speed,integrated,great,harmonious)to guide future research and intelligent weapon system development concerning the MTA *** framework emphasizes application scenarios,modeling mechanisms,solution algorithms,and system efficiency to offer a roadmap for future exploration in this area.

Flexible energy storage devices have been paid much attention and adapts to apply in various *** from the active sites of boron(B)and phosphorus(P)doping materials,co-doped carbon materials are widely used in energy storage devices for the enhanced electrochemical ***,B and P co-doped flexible carbon nanofibers with nitrogen-rich(B-P/NC)are investigated with electro-spinning for sodium-ion *** flexible of binderless B-P/NC with annealing of 600℃(B-P/NC-600)exhibits the remarkable performance for the robust capacity of 200 mAh/g at 0.1 A/g after 500 cycles and a durable reversible capacity of 160 m Ah/g even at 1 A/g after 12,000 cycles,exhibiting the equally commendable stability of flexible B-P/*** addition,B-P/NC-600 delivers the reversible capacity of265 m Ah/g with the test temperature of 60℃.More importantly,the flexible B-P/NC-600 is fabricated as anode for the whole battery,delivering the capacity of 90 m Ah/g at 1 A/g after 200 ***,theoretical calculation further verified that boron and phosphorus co-doping can improve the adsorption capacity of nitrogen carbon *** favorable performance of flexible B-P/NC-600 can be ascribed to the nitrogen-rich carbon nanofibers with three-dimensional network matrix for the more active site of boron and phosphorus *** work paves the way for the improvement of flexible anodes and wide-operating temperature of sodium-ion batteries by doping approach of much heteroatom.

Syngas produced from the gasification of organic feedstocks from biomass is one of the clean and sustainable sources of *** advantages of simple access and renewability of biomass energy can meet the energy needs of temporary power *** study presents a biomass power-generation system for vehicular *** biomass and a free-piston Stirling engine generator(FPSEG)as the primary material and prime mover,respectively,biomass energy is converted into electricity by combusting the syngas to heat the *** and key parameter design for biomass gasification and thermoelectric conversion systems within a power generation system were performed.A porous medium area was constructed using Si-C foam ceramics to obtain an energy-conversion experimental *** effects of bed height,porosity,porous-region diameter,and air-intake conditions on the power-generation performance were investigated,and optimisations were performed for the thermoelectric conversion *** rate of increase during FPSEG power generation first increased and then decreased with increasing bed height,peaking at a bed height of 40 *** increasing porous-region diameter accelerated FPSEG power generation,whereas porosity changes in the porous media did not significantly affect the rate of change during FPSEG power *** increasing air intake,the rate of increase during power generation first increased and then *** maximum change rate and the highest thermoelectric conversion efficiency of the power-generation system occurred at 9.5 m^(3)/h and 6.5 m^(3)/h(~45.1%)air intakes,*** the thermal inertia and combustion structure of the thermoelectric conversion system significantly increased the power-generation rate of the system,with 1.8 W/s being observed at a 9.7 m^(3)/h air intake.

Elucidating the nature of the active sites in heterogeneous catalysts is fundamental for understanding their reactivity and catalytic performances. Although stannosilicate zeolites have tremendous application potential for catalyzing biomass-related compounds in aqueous media, the detailed local structures and features of the real active sites and their possible structural variations under reaction conditions are poorly understood to date. In this study, a dynamic transformation of framework Sn−O−Si sites to Sn−OH/Si−OH pairs and subsequently a pseudo-Brønsted acid in stannosilicate zeolites upon molecular adsorption, which is analogous to various adsorbates/reactants under working conditions, was identified by solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy for the first time, which challenges the widespread assumption that the active center structures remain rigid/stable during the catalytic process. These results provide new comprehensive insights for the fundamental understanding of the dynamic and flexible active centers and involved reaction mechanisms of novel zeolite catalysts with heterometal atoms, such as Sn, Ti, and Zr. © 2023

6-（Bromomethyl）-4-methoxy-5,6,7,8-tetrahydropyrido[3,2-d]pyrimidin-2-ol（compound 9） was synthe sized from 6-methylpyrimidine-2,4-diol（compound 1） through the crucial steps of 6-methyl alkylating and intramo lecular cyclization. The assignment of the structure of compound 9 was performed by its spectral data, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, HMBC, and HRMS spectra.

AIM： TO investigate the role of Lactobacillus crispatus （L. crispatus） strain China Center for Type Culture Col- lection （CCTCC） M206119 in intestinal inflammation.METHODS： Forty 8-wk-old Balb/c mice （20± 2 g） were divided into four groups of 10 mice each. Three groups that had received dextran sulfate sodium （DSS） were administered normal saline, sulfasalazine or CCTCC M206119 strain, and the fourth group received none of these. We assessed the severity of colitis using a disease activity index, measured the colon length and weight, collected stools and mesenteric lymph nodes for bacterial microflora analysis. One centimeter of the proximal colon, middle colon and distal colon were collected and fixed in 10% buffered formalin, dehydrated in ethanol, and embedded in paraffin. Interleukin （IL）- 1β, IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor （TNF）-α expression was detected using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. Protective factors zonula occludens （ZO）-1 and β-defensin 2 were detected by immunoblot-ting. The features of CCTCC M206119 strain were identified based on morphology, biochemical profile, and 16S RNA sequencing.RESULTS： DSS-colitis animals treated with CCTCC M206119 had markedly more severe disease, with greater weight loss, diarrhea, fecal bleeding, and shortened colon length. In addition, the CCTCC-M206119- treated group had comparatively higher histologi- cal scores and more neutrophil infiltration than the controls. Expression of protective factors ZO-1 and β-defensin 2 was downregulated due to destruction of the mucosal barrier after CCTCC M206119 strain treatment. An in vitro assay demonstrated that CCTCC M206119 strain increased the nuclear translocation of nuclear factor-κB in epithelial cells. Intestinal proinflam- matory or anti-inflammatory cytokine responses were evaluated. Proinflammatory colonic cytokine （IL-Iβ, IL-6 and TNF-α） levels were clearly increased in CCTCC- M206119-treated animals, whereas anti-inflammatory colonic cytokine （IL-
