Aim:Angiopoietin-1 (Ang1) and vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF)play important roles in vascular formation and maturation,suggesting a combina-tion of these 2 would be a promising therapy for ischemic *** we con-structed an adeno-associated virus (AAV) vector,simultaneously encoding hu-man VEGF165and Ang 1 (AAV-VEGF/Ang 1),and investigated its therapeutic effectin a rabbit ischemic hind-limb ***:Four experimental groups wereused to prepare the rabbit ischemic hind-limb model following AAV vectors intra-muscular administration as follows:PBS (phosphate buffered solution),AAV-VEGF,AAV-Ang1,AAV-VEGF/***:Eight weeks after administration,humanVEGF165and Ang1 were detected by RT-PCR,Western blotting and histochemicalstaining methods in AAV-VEGF/Ang1 transduced *** AAV-VEGF/Ang1 showed a significantly increased blood-flow recovery in ischemic hind-limbs compared with the other *** staining for alkaline phos-phatase showed that capillary density of group AAV-VEGF/Ang1 or AAV-VEGFwas significantly higher than that of group PBS or *** for smooth muscle α-actin (α-SMA) revealed that group AAV-VEGF/Ang 1 had the highest density of α-SMA-positive vessels compared withthe other *** leakage,one of the major adverse effects induced byVEGF,was very severe in group AAV-VEGF,but the permeability was obviouslyreduced when VEGF was co-expressed with Ang1 in group AAV-VEGF/***:AAV vectors can simultaneously encode 2 proteins which can beefficiently and stably co-expressed in transduced ***-mediated VEGFand Ang1 gene transfer enhances neovascularization,prevents capillary leakage,and improves blood flow in a rabbit hind-limb ischemic *** findingssuggest that intramuscular administration of AAV-VEGF/Ang 1 may be useful inthe treatment of ischemic diseases.

This study investigates the mechanism of action of representative molecules of basalt fibers on the healing of water-soaked *** parameters,morphological characteristics,interfacial healing energy,and interfacial healing strength were analyzed using molecular dynamics and macroscopic tests under different time,temperature,and water conditions to evaluate the specific states and critical conditions involved in *** results indicate that basalt-fiber molecules can induce rearrangement and a combination of water-soaked asphalt at the healing *** groups with different bonding states increase the interfacial adsorption capacity of water-soaked *** interaction between basalt fiber molecules and water molecules leads to a"hoop"phenomenon,while aromatics-2 molecules exhibit a"ring band aggregation"*** former reduces the miscibility of water and asphalt molecules,while the latter causes slow diffusion of the ***,a micro-macro dual-scale comparison of interfacial healing strength was conducted at temperatures of 297.15 and 312.15 K to identify the strength transition point and critical temperature of 299.4 K during the self-healing process of basalt-fiber modified water-soaked asphalt.

Effects of the extrusion parameters on microstructure,texture and room temperature mechanical properties of extruded Mg-2.49Nd-1.82Gd-0.2Zn-0.2Zr alloy

Microstructure,texture,and mechanical properties of the extruded Mg-2.49Nd-1.82Gd-0.2Zn-0.2Zr alloy were investigated at different extrusion temperatures(260 and 320℃),extrusion ratios(10:1,15:1,and 30:1),and extrusion speeds(3 and 6 mm/s).The experimental results exhibited that the grain sizes after extrusion were much finer than that of the homogenized alloy,and the second phase showed streamline distribution along the extrusion direction(ED).With extrusion temperature increased from 260 to 320℃,the microstructure,texture,and mechanical properties of alloys changed *** dynamic recrystallization(DRX)degree and grain sizes enhanced as the extrusion ratio increased from 10:1 to 30:1,and the strength gradually decreased but elongation(EL)*** the extrusion speed increased from 3 to 6 mm/s,the grain sizes and DRX degree increased significantly,and the samples presented the typical-rare-earth(RE)*** alloy extruded at 260℃ with extrusion ratio of 10:1 and extrusion speed of 3 mm/s showed the tensile yield strength(TYS)of 213 MPa and EL of 30.6%.After quantitatively analyzing the contribution of strengthening mechanisms,it was found that the grain boundary strengthening and dislocation strengthening played major roles among strengthening *** results provide some guidelines for enlarging the industrial application of extruded Mg-RE alloy.

The combination of photodynamic therapy（PDT） and chemodynamic therapy（CDT） in tumor treatment has attracted considerable ***,tumor hypoxia and glutathione（GSH） overproduction in the tumor tissue restricted the progress of their ***,a Mn-porphyrinic metal-organic framework（Mn-TCPP） was constructed by the one-pot method and further used for immobilizing glucose oxidase（GOx） to obtain GOx@*** would rapidly exhaust endogenous glucose into hydrogen peroxide（H2O2） and gluconic acid,thus shutting off the energy supply of tumor cells for starvation ***-TCPP catalyzed H2O2to produce oxygen,regulating the hypoxic tumor microenvironment and in turn improving1O2generation under laser ***,Mn-TCPP can reduce reactive oxygen species consumption owing to the redox reaction between Mn3+and GSH,thus greatly enhancing ***,benefiting from GOx-mediated starvation therapy,Mn2+produced by Mn3+reduction can react with sufficient intracellular H2O2to generate ·OH with high cytotoxicity through a Fenton-like *** treatment by GOx@Mn-TCPP under laser irradiation in vitro,the cell viability of 4T1 and A549 tumor cells reached to 20%,reflecting GOx@Mn-TCPP could give full play to the advantages of PDT/CDT/starvation *** results in vivo demonstrated that GOx@Mn-TCPP mediated synergistic cascade therapy could significantly inhibit tumor growth and improve the therapeutic effect.

Spinal and bulbar muscular atrophy is a neurodegenerative disease caused by extended CAG trinucleotide repeats in the androgen receptor gene,which encodes a ligand-dependent transcription facto *** mutant androgen receptor protein,characterized by polyglutamine expansion,is prone to misfolding and forms aggregates in both the nucleus and cytoplasm in the brain in spinal and bulbar muscular atrophy *** aggregates alter protein-protein interactions and compromise transcriptional *** this study,we reported that in both cultured N2a cells and mouse brain,mutant androgen receptor with polyglutamine expansion causes reduced expression of mesencephalic astrocyte-de rived neurotrophic *** n of mesencephalic astrocyte-derived neurotrophic factor amelio rated the neurotoxicity of mutant androgen receptor through the inhibition of mutant androgen receptor *** down endogenous mesencephalic astrocyte-derived neurotrophic factor in the mouse brain exacerbated neuronal damage and mutant androgen receptor *** findings suggest that inhibition of mesencephalic astrocyte-derived neurotrophic factor expression by mutant androgen receptor is a potential mechanism underlying neurodegeneration in spinal and bulbar muscular atrophy.

为了研究冲压发动机燃烧室的热防护性能,用类比法计算了整体式固体火箭冲压发动机燃烧室壁面的烧蚀,其中考虑了热解气流对烧蚀的影响,并将国外有关固体火箭发动机喷管烧蚀计算时所用经验参数(指前因子)通过换算转换到冲压发动机燃烧室烧蚀计算中。计算结果符合物理规律,并与试验结果符合较好。该项研究为冲压发动机燃烧室热防护层的设计提供了有效的分析手段。
