Research on the quasi-isentropic driving model of aluminized explosives in the detonation wave propagation direction

Taking Cl-2.(Hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane)-based aluminized explosives with high gurney energy as the research object, this research experimentally investigates the work capability of different aluminized explosive formulations when driving metal flyer plates in the denotation wave propagation *** research results showed that the formulations with 43 μm aluminum(Al) powder {2.s(The {2. sizes of Al powder were in the range of 2.43 μm) exhibited the optimal performance in driving flyer plates along the denotation wave propagation direction. Compared to the formulations with Al powder 13 μm, the formulations with Al powder 2.μm delivered better performance in accelerating metal flyer plates in the early stage, which, however, turned to be poor in the later stage. The Cl-2.-based explosives containing 2.% Al far under-performed those containing 15% Al. Based on the proposed quasi-isentropic hypothesis, relevant isentropy theories, and the functional relationship between detonation parameters and entropy as well as Al reaction degree, the characteristic lines of aluminized explosives in accelerating flyer plates were theoretically studied, a quasi-isentropic theoretical model for the aluminized explosive driving the flyer plate was built and the calculation methods for the variations of flyer plate velocity, Al reaction degree, and detonation product parameters with time and axial positions were developed. The theoretical model built is verified by the experimental results of the Cl-2.-based aluminized explosive driving flyer plate. It was found that the model built could accurately calculate the variations of flyer plate velocity and Al reaction degree over time. In addition, how physical parameters including detonation product pressure and temperature varied with time and axial positions was identified. Based on the unified Hauser–Feshbach and exciton model,which can describe the particle emission processes between discrete energy levels with energy,angular momentum,and parity conservations,a statistical theory of light nucleus reaction(STlN)is developed to calculate the double-differential cross-sections of the outgoing neutron and light charged particles for the proton-induced^(6) li reaction.A significant difference is observed between the p+^(6) li and p+^(7) li reactions owing to the discrepancies in the energy-level structures of the *** reaction channels,including sequential and simultaneous emission processes,are analyzed in *** the double-differential cross-sections of the outgoing proton as an example,the influence of contaminations(such as^(1) H,^(7)li,^(12.C,and^(16)O)on the target is identified in terms of the kinetic energy of the first emitted *** optical potential parameters of the proton are obtained by fitting the elastic scattering differential *** calculated total double-differential cross-sections of the outgoing proton and deuteron at E_(p)=14 MeV agree well with the experimental data for different outgoing ***,the mixed double differential cross-sections of^(3) He andαare in good agreement with the *** agreement between the measured data and calculated results indicates that the two-body and three-body breakup reactions need to be considered,and the pre-equilibrium reaction mechanism dominates the reaction *** on the STlN model,a PlUNF code for the p+^(6) li reaction is developed to obtain an ENDF-6-formatted file of the double-differential cross-sections of the nucleon and light composite charged particles.

Does the Hartman effect exist in triangular barriers

We study the phase,larmor and dwell times of a particle scattered off triangular barriers(TBs).It is interesting that the dependences of dwell,reflective phase and larmor times on the wave number,barrier width and height for a pair of mirror-symmetric(MS)exact triangular barriers(ETBs)are quite different,as the two ETBs have quite distinct scattering *** comparison,the dependence of the transmitted phase or larmor times is exactly the same,since the transmitted amplitudes are the same for a pair of MS *** further study the Hartman effect by defining the phase and larmor velocities associated with the phase and larmor *** find no barrier width saturation effect for the transmitted and reflected *** is indicated by the fact that all the velocities approach finite constants that are much smaller than the speed of light in vacuum for TBs with positive-slope impact *** for ETBs with vertical left edges,the naive velocities seem to also indicate the absence of the Hartman *** are quite distinct from rectangular barriers and may shed new light on the clarification of the tunneling time issues.

A new beta counting system has been developed to study the beta decay of exotic nuclei produced by fission and *** system employs the Micron Semiconductor ltd.[1]Model W 1(DS)-1500 DC coupled double-sided silicon strip detector(DSSSD) with 16 front strips and 16 back strips,each of width 3mm,to detect both fragment implants and their subsequent beta *** of the challenges in designing electronics for the beta counting system is the range of charged particle energies that must be measured.A fast particle will deposit more than 1GeV total {2. in the DSSSD,while an emitted beta particle will deposit less than *** can be seen in figure,implantation and decay events are dircetly correlated within each pixel of the detector,providing a measurement of the beta-decay time in the seconds *** with mesytc[2.and Multi Channel System[3] electronics will be described and experimental results of a 2.1Amα-source is discussed.

Using the single particle states and residual interaction derived from the relativistic point-coupling model with PC-F1 parameter set,the second-order core polarization corrections to nuclear magnetic moments of double-closed shell nuclei plus or minus one nucleon with A = 15,17,39 and 41 have been studied and compared with previous non-relativistic *** has been found that the second-order corrections are *** these corrections,the relativistic description of isoscalar magnetic moments for nuclei with A= 15 and A = 39, becomes *** the isovector magnetic moments of nuclei with A = 15 and A = 39,the negative second-order corrections improve the description significantly,while the positive corrections for nuclei with A = 17 and A = 41 still worsen the description.

In response to practical application challenges in utilizing solar-powered unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)for remote sensing,this study presents a three-dimensional path planning method tailored for urban-mountainous *** into account constraints related to the solar-powered UAV,terrain,and mission objectives,a multi-objective trajectory optimization model is transferred into a single-objective optimization problem with weight factors and multiconstraint and is developed with a focus on three key indicators:minimizing trajectory length,maximizing energy flow e±ciency,and minimizing regional risk ***,an enhanced sparrow search algorithm incorporating the levy flight strategy(SSA-levy)is introduced to address trajectory planning challenges in such complex *** simulation,the proposed algorithm is compared with {2. swarm optimization(PSO)and the regular sparrow search algorithm(SSA)across 17 standard test functions and a simplified simulation of urban-mountainous *** results of the simulation demonstrate the superior effectiveness of the designed improved SSA based on the levy flight strategy for solving the established single-objective trajectory optimization model.

The underwater X-ray imaging technology development is significant to subaqueous target reconnaissance/detection/identification, subfluvial archaeology,submerged resource exploration, etc. As the core of X-ray imaging detection, the scintillator has been plagued by inherent moisture absorption and decomposition, and strict requirements for seamless packaging and ***, we designed a manganese-doped two-dimensional(2.) perovskite scintillator modified by hydrophobic longchain organic amine through the combination of component and doping engineering. The modified perovskites show high water repellency that can be used as an underwater X-ray scintillator. X-ray images of aquatic organisms or other objects with a high spatial resolution of10 lp·mm^(-1) at a big view field(32.mm × 32.mm) were obtained by scintillation screen. This hydrophobic perovskite scintillator based on molecular design is of great promise in underwater X-ray nondestructive testing technology development.

Rescattering of stimulated Raman side scattering(SRSS)is observed for the first time via two-dimensional(2.)particle-in-cell(PIC)*** construct a theoretical model for the rescattering process,which can predict the region of occurrence of mth-order SRSS and estimate its *** rescattering process is identified by the 2. PIC simulations under typical conditions of a direct-drive inertial confinement fusion *** electrons produced by second-order SRSS propagate nearly perpendicular to the density gradient and gain nearly the same energy as in first-order SRSS,but there is no cascade acceleration to produce superhot *** studies for a wide range of ignition conditions show that SRSS and associated rescatterings are robust and important processes in inertial confinement fusion.
