Two hydrazone ligands （E）-N＇-（2-hydroxy-5-methoxybenzylidene）-2-hydroxybenzo- hydrazide （HLa） and （E）-N＇-（3,5-dichloro-2- hydroxybenzylidene）-4-methoxybenzohydrazide （HLb） were prepared and characterized by IR, UV-Vis and 1H NMR spectra. Based on the hydrazone ligands, two new structurally similar vanadium（V） complexes, [VOLaL].CH3OH （1） and [vOLbL] （2）, where L is the monoanionic form of benzohydroxamic acid （HL）, were prepared and characterized by IR and UV-Vis spectra, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes as the monoclinic space group P21/n, with a = 7.5208（10）, b = 15.490（2）, c = 20.8929（18） A, β = 96.373（2）°, V = 2418.9（5） A3, Z = 4, R = 0.0831, wR = 0.2607 and GOOF = 1.061. Complex 2 crystallizes as the monoclinic space group P21/c, with a = 11.8577（18）, b = 16.468（2）, c = 12.2288（18） A, β = 106.064（2）°, V= 2294.7（6） A3, Z = 4, R= 0.0741, wR= 0.1745 and GOOF= 1.014. X-ray analysis indicates that the complexes are mononuclear vanadium （V） species, with the V atoms located in the octahedral coordination. The hydrazone ligands and the complexes were evaluated for their antibacterial （Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Pseudomonas fluorescence） and antifungal （Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger） activities by MTT （3-（4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl）-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide） method.

The mechanical properties and phase morphologies of cis-1,4-butadiene rubber（BR） blended with polyethylene（PE） at different blend ratios were studied. The tensile test results show that the PE exhibits excellent reinforcing capabilities towards BR. Blending BR with PE results in a remarkable enhancement of tensile strength, modulus and the elongation at break simultaneously. An increment of tensile strength from 1.11 MPa to 16.26 MPa was achieved by incorporation of 40 wt% PE in the blends. The modulus and elongation at break of 40/60 PE/BR blends are also about 5 times higher than those of the pure BR treated under exactly the same conditions. The tear test indicates that the tear strength also increases with the increase of PE content. It reaches 58.38 MPa for the 40/60 PE/BR blend, which is approximately 10 times higher than that of the pure BR. Morphological study demonstrates that the PE forms elongated microdomains finely dispersed in the BR matrix when its content is over 30 wt%, which corresponds to the remarkably enhanced mechanical *** to the results, reinforcement mechanism of PE toward BR dependent on the microstructure has been discussed and two different mechanisms have been proposed.

Chronic musculoskeletal pain(CMP)is a common occurrence in clinical practice and there are a variety of options for the treatment of ***,the pharmacological therapy is still considered to be a primary *** recent years have witnessed the emergence of opioid crisis,yet there are no relevant guidelines on how to treat CMP with non-opioid analgesics *** Chinese Medical Association for the Study of Pain convened a panel meeting to develop clinical practice consensus for the treatment of CMP with non-opioid *** purpose of this consensus is to present the application of nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs,serotonin norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors,serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors,muscle relaxants,ion channel drugs and topical drugs in CMP.

目的:测定脑脊液中tau蛋白及淀粉样β蛋白42和血清中转化生长因子α和淀粉样β蛋白42表达水平对血管性痴呆患者的评估价值。方法:所有实验对象均来自沈阳医学院附属中心医院。选择2000-01/2004-10神经内科门诊和住院的包括血管性痴呆患者31例为血管性痴呆组,无痴呆脑梗死患者31例为无痴呆脑梗死组及同期健康体检者31名为健康对照组。均知情同意。运用成人韦氏记忆量表,Hachinski缺血量表和社会功能活动调查评定患者认知功能。采集所有实验对象的脑脊液及血清,用酶联免疫吸附实验测定脑脊液中tau蛋白和淀粉样β蛋白42的含量,采用放射免疫法测定血清中转化生长因子α、淀粉样β蛋白42的含量。结果:所有实验对象均采集到脑脊液及血清,测定值全部进入结果分析。①脑脊液中tau蛋白检测结果:血管性痴呆组比无痴呆脑梗死组明显升高[(528.49±296.35),(208.48±136.49)ng/L,q=4.72,P0.05)。②脑脊液中淀粉样β蛋白42含量:血管性痴呆组比无痴呆脑梗死组明显下降[(278.21±69.25),(496.45±81.13)ng/L,q=4.64,P<0.05],比健康对照组明显升高[(504.25±79.81)ng/L,q=4.69,P<0.05],无痴呆脑梗死组与健康?

AIM： To investigate the relationship between the superoxide dismutase （SOD）, malondialdehyde （MDA） metabolic changes and the gastric carcinogenesis.METHODS： The SOD activity and MDA content were measured in the gastric tissues from the focus center, peripheral and far-end areas of gastric carcinoma （n = 52） arid gastric ulcer （n = 10）. All the tissues were subjected to routine histological examinations and classifications.RESULTS： The SOD activity was greatly reduced but the MDA content was markedly increased in the center areas of the non-mucous gastric carcinoma （non-MGC）; and the poorly differentiated gastric carcinoma varied. The SOD activity was gradually decreased and the MDA content was gradually increased in the tissues from the focus far-end, peripheral to center areas of non-MGC. Both of the SOD activity and the MDA content were significantly declined and were respectively at same low level in the tissues from the focus center, peripheral, and far-end area with the mucous gastric carcinoma （MGC）. In contrast to the gastric ulcer and grade I or II of non-MGC, the same level of the SOD activity and the MDA content were found in the focus center areas. Between non-MGC （groups A-D） and gastric ulcer （group F）, the differences of SOD activity and MDA content were very noticeable in the gastric tissues from the focus peripheral and far-end areas, in which the SOD activity showed noticeable increase and the MDA content showed noticeable decreasein the gastric ulcer.CONCLUSION： The active free radical reaction in the gastric tissues can induce the carcinogenesis of non-MGC. The utmost low ability of antioxidation in the gastric tissues can induce the carcinogenesis of MGC. The metabolic change of the free radicals centralized mostly in the center of ulcerated lesions only, which suggested the ability of antioxidation was declined only in these lesions. However, the metabolism of free radicals varied significantly and the ability of antioxidation declined not
