during ultradeep oil and gas drilling,fluid loss reducers are highly important for water-based drilling fluids,while preparing high temperature-and salt-resistance fluid loss reducers with excellent rheology and filtration performance remains a ***,a micro-crosslinked amphoteric hydrophobic association copolymer(i.e.,dAdC)was synthesized using N,N-dimethyl acrylamide,diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride,2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid,hydrophobic monomer,and pentaerythritol triallyl ether *** to the synergistic effects of hydrogen bonds,electrostatic interaction,hydrophobic association,and micro-crosslinking,the dAdC copolymer exhibited outstanding temperature-and *** rheological experiments have shown that the dAdC copolymer had excellent shear dilution performance and a certain degree of salt-responsive viscosity-increasing *** dAdC copolymer could effectively adsorb on the surface of bentonite particles through electrostatic interaction and hydrogen bonds,which bring more negative charge to the bentonite,thus improving the hydration and dispersion of bentonite particles as well as the colloidal stability of the drilling ***,the drilling fluids constructed based on the dAdC copolymer exhibited satisfactory rheological and filtration properties(FLHTHP=12 m L)after aging at high temperatures(up to200℃)and high salinity(saturated salt)***,this work provided new insights into designing and fabricating high-performance drilling fluid treatment agents,demonstrating good potential applications in deep and ultradeep drilling engineering.

Objective:To assess the risk of aristolochic acid(AA)-associated cancer in patients with AA nephropathy(AAN).Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on patients diagnosed with AAN at peking University First Hospital from January 1997 to december ***-term surveillance and follow-up data were analyzed to investigate the influence of different factors on the prevalence of *** primary endpoint was the incidence of liver cancer,and the secondary endpoint was the incidence of urinary cancer during 1 year after taking AA-containing medication to ***:A total of 337 patients diagnosed with AAN were included in this *** the initiation of taking AA to the termination of follow-up,39 patients were diagnosed with *** cases of liver cancer were observed throughout the entire follow-up period,with urinary cancer being the predominant type(34/39,87.17%).Logistic regression analysis showed that age,follow-up period,and diabetes were potential risk factors,however,the dosage of the drug was not significantly associated with urinary ***:No cases of liver cancer were observed at the end of ***,a high prevalence of urinary cancer was observed in AAN *** a direct causality between AA and HCC is challenging.

Fishway research is important for mitigating the fragmentation of river habitats caused by hydraulic *** vertical slit fishway is a broadly used fishway type because of its high efficiency and adaptability to water ***,the resulting vortex current disrupts the fish passage hence directly affecting fish *** study aims to accurately capture the vortex structure in the fishway and analyze the effect of vortex elements(vortex structure,vortex intensity,etc.)on *** conducted an analysis of the 3-d current flow field in the fishway through the utilization of an experimental model and the large eddy simulation(LeS)***,we captured the vortex information in the fishway at different flow rates using the Liutex vortex identification method and investigated the effect of the vortex on fish *** results revealed that the structures inside the fishway pool occupy most of the room,however,the areas with higher vortex strength were primarily located in the vortex near the vertical seam and the mainstream,the vortex strength inside the fishway gradually increases with increasing flow,suppressing fish *** experienced significantly increased resistance when encountering strong *** suggests that the vortex may act as a physical barrier to fish *** findings highlight the potential negative effects of vortex on fish movement and reiterate the importance of understanding vortex dynamics for aquatic environmental *** an effective tool for identifying vortices in fluid flow,the Liutex method demonstrates features of vortex within the fishway,thereby providing important insights into the interaction between fluid dynamics and aquatic organisms.

Increasing the utilization efficiency of platinum is critical for advancing proton exchange-membrane fuel cells(peMFCs).despite extensive research on catalysts for the cathodic oxygen reduction reaction(ORR),developing highly active and durable Pt-based catalysts that can suppress surface dealloying in corrosive acid conditions remains ***,we report a facile synthesis of bimetallic ultrathin PtM(M=Mo,W,and Cr)nanowires(NWs)composed of group VI B transition metal atomic sites anchored on the *** NWs possess uniform sizes and well-controlled atomic *** to PtW and PtCr catalysts,the PtMo0.05 NWs exhibit the highest half-wave potential of 0.935 V and a mass activity of 1.43 A·mgPt^(−1).Remarkably,they demonstrate a remarkable 23.8-fold enhancement in mass activity compared to commercial Pt/C for ORR,surpassing previously reported Pt-based ***,the PtMo NWs cathode in membrane electrode assembly tests achieves a remarkable peak power density of 1.443 W·cm^(−2)(H_(2)-O_(2)conditions at 80℃),which is 1.09 times that of commercial Pt/*** ligand effect in the bimetallic surface not only facilitates strong coupling between Mo(4d)and Pt(5d)atomic orbitals to hinder atom leaching but also modulates the d-states of active site,significantly optimizing the adsorption of key oxygen(*O and*OH)species and accelerating the rate-determining step in ORR pathways.
