Metal-organic nanosheet assembly ions sieving membrane for precise lithium ion and anion/solvent separation toward robust lithium metal battery

Metal-organic nanosheets(MONs)as a novel material with tunable pore structures and low mass transfer resistance,have emerged as molecular sieves for the separation of gases and *** theory,they can also serve as ion sieves for lithium metal batteries(LMBs),realizing the high-energy and dendritic free ***,there are rarely relevant reports,because it is difficult to simultaneously balance efficient ion sieving ability,high ion passing rate and high electrochemical ***,we synthesized a stable ultrathin MON[Zn_(2)(Bim)_(4)]([Zn_(2)(Bim)_(4)]nanosheet,HBim=benzimidazolate),which can achieve both efficient lithium ion sieving ability,high lithium ion passing rate and high electrochemical stability at the same *** separator assembled by this MON exhibits high Li^(+)transfer number of 0.81 due to the accurate lithium ion and anion/solvent *** battery containing such separator shows high lithium ionic conductivity of 0.74 m S cm^(-1)and low activation energy of 0.099 eV,which can be attributed to the nanometer level thickness and the ion sieving *** is more,we realized the application of MONs-based ion sieves in LMBs with intercalation cathodes for the first *** the LiFePO_(4)|Li battery with as-assembled separator demonstrates improved Coulombic efficiency(>99%)and significantly extended cycling life(>1600 cycles)with 80%capacity retention.

Deep learning model combined with computed tomography features to preoperatively predicting the risk stratification of gastrointestinal stromal tumors

BACKGROUND Gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST)are prevalent neoplasm originating from the gastrointestinal *** 50%of GIST patients experience tumor recurrence within 5 ***,there is a pressing need to accurately evaluate risk stratification *** To assess the application of a deep learning model(DLM)combined with computed tomography features for predicting risk stratification of *** Preoperative contrast-enhanced computed tomography(CECT)images of 551 GIST patients were retrospectively *** image features were independently analyzed by two *** parameters were statistically analyzed to identify significant predictors of high-risk *** were randomly assigned to the training(n=386)and validation cohorts(n=165).A DLM and a combined DLM were established for predicting the GIST risk stratification using convolutional neural network and subsequently evaluated in the validation *** Among the analyzed CECT image features,tumor size,ulceration,and enlarged feeding vessels were identified as significant risk predictors(P<0.05).In DLM,the overall area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUROC)was 0.88,with the accuracy(ACC)and AUROCs for each stratification being 87%and 0.96 for low-risk,79%and 0.74 for intermediate-risk,and 84%and 0.90 for high-risk,*** overall ACC and AUROC were 84%and 0.94 in the combined *** ACC and AUROCs for each risk stratification were 92%and 0.97 for low-risk,87%and 0.83 for intermediate-risk,and 90%and 0.96 for high-risk,*** in AUROCs for each risk stratification between the two models were significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION A combined DLM with satisfactory performance for preoperatively predicting GIST stratifications was developed using routine computed tomography data,demonstrating superiority compared to DLM.

Osteoglycin Expression Influences Gelatinases Activity of Murine Hepatocarcinoma Cells Cultured with Extract of Lymph Node

Objective： To investigate the possible correlation between osteoglycin expression and gelatinases activity of tumor cells. Methods： Eukaryotic expression plasmid and antisense expression plasmid of osteoglycin were constructed, and transfected into mouse hepatocarcinoma Hca-F cells and Hca-P cells, respectively. RT-PCR and Western blot were employed to analyze osteoglycin expression in tumor cells. Zymographic analysis was used to observe the possible correlation between osteoglycin expression and gelatinases activity of tumor cells cultured under different conditions. Results： High expression of osteoglycin after transfection of osteoglycin gene attenuated secretion of gelatinases in Hca-F cells cultured with extract of lymph node （P〈0.05）. However, transfection of osteoglycin gene into Hca-F cells failed to influence gelatinases activity of tumor cells cultured with extracts of liver and spleen or in DMEM medium. Effective suppression of osteoglycin expression in Hca-P cells by osteoglycin shRNA resulted in enhanced activity of gelatinases in Hca-P cells cultured with extract of lymph node （P〈0.05）. However, inhibition of osteoglycin expression in Hca-P cells failed to influence gelatinases activity of tumor cells cultured with extracts of liver and spleen or in DMEM medium. Conclusion： Osteoglycin expression influences gelatinases activity of murine hepatocarcinoma cells cultured with extract of lymph node. Regulation of gelatinases activity might be one of the mechanisms by which osteoglycin contribute to lymphatic metastasis suppression.

AIM: To identify genes differentially expressed in mouse hepatocarcinoma ascites cell line with low potential of lymphogenous metastasis. METHODS: A subtracted cDNA library of mouse hepatocarcinoma cell line with low potential of lympho- genous metastasis Hca-P and its synogenetic cell line Hca-F with high metastatic potential was constructed by suppression subtracted hybridization (SSH) method. The screened clones of the subtracted library were sequenced and GenBank homology search was performed. RESULTS: Fifteen differentially expressed cDNA fragments of Hca-P were obtained which revealed 8 known genes, 4 expressed sequence tags (ESTs) and 3 cDNAs showed no homology. CONCLUSION: Tumor metastasis is an incident involving multiple genes. SSH is a useful technique to detect differentially expressed genes and an effective method to clone novel genes.

Exploring the impact of non-small cell lung cancer tumor microbiome on the efficacy of chemotherapy and immune checkpoint inhibitors

BACKGROUND Colorectal cancer(CRC)is a prevalent malignant neoplasm characterized by subtle early *** To investigate the correlation among serum lipid profiles,the triglyceride-glucose(TyG)index,and the atherosclerotic index(AI)in patients with ***,it explored the clinical diagnostic utility of combining serum lipids with cancer antigens in the context of *** A retrospective analysis encompassed 277 patients with CRC and 1034 healthy *** Following propensity score matching,patients with CRC exhibited significantly reduced levels of serum triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),as well as a diminished TyG ***,they displayed elevated AI levels compared to their healthy *** in advanced stages exhibited lower serum levels of TG,TC,and LDL-C compared to those in early *** with positive lymph node metastasis demonstrated reduced levels of TG,LDL-C,and the TyG *** operating characteristic analysis revealed that the combination of the TyG index,carcinoembryonic antigen,and carbohydrate antigen 19-9 yielded the highest positive prediction rate for CRC at 75.3%.CONCLUSION Preoperative serum lipid profiles exhibit a robust association with patients with *** concurrent assessment of multiple serum lipids and cancer antigens effectively enhances the diagnostic accuracy for CRC.

Effect of high-or low-speed fluctuations on the small-scale bursting events in an active control experiment

Active control of a fully developed turbulence boundary layer(TBL) over a flat plate has been investigated with a statistical view. The piezoelectric(PZT) oscillator is employed to produce periodic input into the inner region of the TBL.A wall probe is fixed upstream of the oscillator to identify the high-or low-speed fluctuations as the detecting ***, the impact of the detecting signals on the small-scale bursting process is investigated based on the data acquired by the traversing probe downstream of the oscillator. The results indicate that the small-scale bursting intensity is restrained more apparently at high-speed detecting fluctuations but less impacted at low-speed detecting fluctuations. Furthermore, the perturbed-scale fluctuations arrange the small-scale bursting process in the near-wall region. The detecting signals have an obvious impact on this arrangement, especially the high-intensity regions of the small-scale bursting events: the vibration enhances the intensity at high-speed detecting signals but weakens it at low-speed detecting signals in these regions, which gives a direct evidence on how detecting signals interfering the small-scale bursting process.
