患儿男,生后2 h,因早产(胎龄27+5周)、生后气促2 h入院。患儿入院后出现发热,血C反应蛋白升高,生后第4天脑脊液宏基因组二代测序示人型支原体阳性(序列数9898);生后第8天复查脑脊液宏基因组二代测序示人型支原体阳性(序列数56806)阳性。患儿人型支原体化脓性脑膜炎诊断明确,抗生素调整为莫西沙星静脉滴注[5 mg/(kg·d)],总疗程4周。治疗后患儿脑脊液检查恢复正常,于生后第76天治愈出院。该文对新生儿人型支原体化脓性脑膜炎的诊断和治疗进行重点描述,介绍超早产儿人型支原体化脓性脑膜炎的多学科诊疗.

Herein,a three-dimensional(3D)inversion method in the frequency domain based on a time–frequency transformation was developed to improve the efficiency of the 3D inversion of transient electromagnetic(TEM)*** Fourier transform related to the electromagnetic response in the frequency and time domains becomes a sine or cosine transform under the excitation of downward-step *** established a transformation matrix based on the digital fi ltering calculation for the sine transform,and then the frequency domain projection of the TEM data was determined from the linear transformation system using the smoothing constrained least squares inversion method,in which only the imaginary part was used to maintain the TEM data transformation equivalence in the bidirectional ***,the time-domain TEM inversion problem was indirectly and effectively solved in the frequency *** the 3D inversion of the transformed frequency-domain data,the limited-memory Broyden–Fletcher–Goldfarb–Shannoquasi–Newton(L-BFGS)method was used and modifi ed with a restart strategy to adjust the regularization parameter when the algorithm tended to a local *** data tests showed that our domain transformation method can stably project the TEM data into the frequency domain with very high accuracy;furthe rmore,the 3D inversion of the transformed frequency-domain data is stable,can be used to recover the real resistivity model with an acceptable effi ciency.

Backgroundand Originality Content,Cembranoids are a structurally diverse class of diterpenoids commonly occurring in marine and terrestrial organisms.(+)-Cembrene was the first reported cembranoid diterpenoid discovered in 1962,l and more than 1400 cembranoid diterpenoids have been identified in the last six decades,[2]Cembranoids are characterized by a 14-membered carbocyclic ring,an isopropyl group and three methyl groups,which form their core carbon *** processes such as oxidation,oxidative rearrangements and transannular cyclizations occur in organisms,leading to the formation of distinctive specialized metabolites such as epoxide,lactone,ester,furan,pyrane and other ringbased cembranoids.[2-3]

Improving flangeability of multiphase steel by increasing microstructural homogeneity

Multiphase microstructure significantly increases the strength,usually at the expense of flangeability because of lacking microstructure *** further improve the strength-flangeability of multiphase steel,the microstructural homogeneity was advanced by adjusting the hard martensite/austenite(M/A)*** strength-flangeability was measured via uniaxial tensile tests and hole expansion *** microstructures were characterized using a scanning electron microscope equipped with an electron backscatter diffraction detector and a transmission electron *** tests were supplementally used to quantitatively reveal the microstructural homogeneity of the *** show that the adjusted multiphase steel achieves an excellent ultimate tensile strength(~800 MPa)and flangeability(~135%hole expansion ratio).A promising homogeneous multiphase microstructure was obtained by controlling undercooled austenite transformed at about 600℃.This microstructure consists of soft polygonal ferrite,blocky bainitic ferrite,and hard M/A *** volume fraction of M/A islands is around 5%,and the average size is less than l *** nanoindentation analysis indicated that the participation of M/A islands impressively influenced the microstructural *** strain partition and better mechanical compatibility were present in the adjusted multiphase steel since the plasticity initiation started late,which resulted in a positive ***,avoiding M/A islands distributed in the chain along the rolling direction on the matrix hindered the possibility of voids coalescing into cracks and stabilized the flanging performance.

The reduction behavior of iron ore powder by high-volatile coal was investigated,and its kinetic mechanism was *** effect of volatiles in coal on the reduction reaction of iron ore was compared by utilizing a Xinjiang lignite with a high volatile content and its pyrolysis carbon produced by high-temperature pyrolysis to remove volatiles,serving as a *** mass loss and gas composition of the samples during the reduction process were detected using thermo-gravimetric analysis and gas chromatography,and the morphological changes of iron ore powder were observed through scanning electron *** kinetic parameters of the iron oxide reduction reaction were calculated by the Flynn-Ozawa-Wall method,and the kinetic mechanism of volatile participation in the iron oxide reduction reaction was determined through the Coats-Redfern *** results indicate that the coupling effect between the high-volatile coal pyrolysis and reduction reactions occurs during the second stage of the entire coupling process,which corresponds to the late stage of coal pyrolysis with a substantial release of H_(2)and *** volatiles in coal actively participated in the reduction reaction,reducing the initiation temperature of the reaction by around 200℃.The reduction of iron oxides by high-volatile coal was jointly promoted by the"hydrogen cycle"and"carbon cycle",resulting in a higher reduction extent and metallization rate at the end of the *** high-volatile coal was used as the reductant,the average activation energy for the entire process was 76.5 kJ/mol,a significant decrease compared to the employment of pyrolysis carbon without volatiles as the reductant(1167 kJ/mol).

The paper addresses the decentralized optimal control and stabilization problems for interconnected systems subject to asymmetric *** with previous work,a closed-loop optimal solution to the control problem and sufficient and necessary conditions for the stabilization problem of the interconnected systems are given for the first *** main challenge lies in three aspects:Firstly,the asymmetric information results in coupling between control and estimation and failure of the separation ***,two extra unknown variables are generated by asymmetric information(different information filtration)when solving forward-backward stochastic difference ***,the existence of additive noise makes the study of mean-square boundedness an *** adopted technique is proving and assuming the linear form of controllers and establishing the equivalence between the two systems with and without additive noise.A dual-motor parallel drive system is presented to demonstrate the validity of the proposed algorithm.

microplastic pollution is a global and ubiquitous environmental problem in the oceans as well as in the terrestrial *** examined the fate of microplastic polystyrene(MPS)beads in experimental soil in the presence and absence of symbiotic arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)and simulated acid rain(SAR)to determine whether the combinations of these three factors altered the growth of white clover Trifolium *** found that MPS,SAR,or AMF added singly to soil did not alter *** growth or *** contrast,MPS and AMF together significantly reduced shoot biomass,while SAR and MPS together significantly reduced soil available phosphorus independent of AMF *** polystyrene,AMF,and SAR together significantly reduced soil NO_(3)^(-)-*** mycorrhizal fungi added singly also enriched the beneficial soil bacteria(genus Solirubrobacter),while MPS combined with AMF significantly enriched the potential plant pathogenic fungus *** mycorrhizal fungi inoculation with MPS increased the abundance of soil hydrocarbon degraders independent of the presence of *** addition,the abundance of soil nitrate reducers was increased by MPS,especially in the presence of AMF and ***,SAR alone increased the abundance of soil pathogens within the fungal community including antibiotic *** findings indicate that the coexistence of MPS,SAR,and AMF may exacerbate the adverse effects of MPS on soil and plant health.
