All-solid-state batteries,renowned for their enhanced safety and high energy density,have garnered broad *** solid electrolytes are highly anticipated for their balanced ***,their high Young’s modulus and inadaptability to volume change during cycling lead to poor contact and eventual battery *** this work,Young’s modulus of Li_(1+x)(OH)_(x)Cl samples is lowered to a level comparable to that of sulfide by regulating the–OH *** the–OH content increases,Young’s modulus of Li_(1+x)(OH)_(x)Cl samples decreases *** may be due to the local aggregation of–OH groups,forming cavities similar to LiOH structure,which reduces the bonding of the *** the premise of high Li-ion conductivity and electrochemical stability,the lowered Young’s modulus improves the contact between the solid electrolyte and the electrodes,forming a strong and stable interfacial layer,thereby improving interfacial and cycling *** symmetrical lithium metal cell shows excellent cycle performance of 600 h,and the assembled LiFePO_(4)|Li_(2.4)(OH)1.4Cl|Li cell shows significantly enhanced cycling endurance with 80%capacity retention after 150 *** work not only emphasizes the crucial importance of Young’s modulus in improving interface issues but also offers innovative approaches to advance the mechanical properties of solid electrolytes.

Impaired implicit emotion regulation in patients with panic disorder:An event-related potential study on affect labeling

BACKGROUND Panic disorder(PD)involves emotion dysregulation,but its underlying mechanisms remain poorly *** research suggests that implicit emotion regulation may play a central role in PD-related emotion dysregulation and symptom ***,there is a lack of studies exploring the neural mechanisms of implicit emotion regulation in PD using neurophysiological *** To study the neural mechanisms of implicit emotion regulation in PD with eventrelated potentials(ERP).METHODS A total of 25 PD patients and 20 healthy controls(HC)underwent clinical *** study utilized a case-control design with random sampling,selecting participants for the case group from March to December *** performed an affect labeling task,using affect labeling as the experimental condition and gender labeling as the control *** and behavioral data were recorded to compare the late positive potential(LPP)within and between the *** Both PD and HC groups showed longer reaction times and decreased accuracy under the affect *** the HC group,late LPP amplitudes exhibited a dynamic pattern of initial increase followed by ***,a significant group×condition interaction effect was *** effect analysis revealed a reduction in the differences of late LPP amplitudes between the affect labeling and gender labeling conditions in the PD group compared to the HC ***,among PD patients under the affect labeling,the late LPP was negatively correlated with disease severity,symptom frequency,and *** PD patients demonstrate abnormalities in implicit emotion regulation,hampering their ability to mobilize cognitive resources for downregulating negative *** late LPP amplitude in response to affect labeling may serve as a potentially valuable clinical indicator of PD severity.

Covering corneal stromal lenticule for macular hole in pathological myopia

AIM:To evaluate the clinical effect of a new surgery technique(covering corneal stromal lenticule,CSL)for macular hole(MH)in pathological ***:This was a prospective non-randomized series case *** eyes of 14 patients whose axial length were more than 29 mm and suffered from MH and macular hole retinal detachment(MHRD)were included in this *** cases were treated with 25-gauge pars plana vitrectomy(PPV)with internal limiting membrane(ILM)peeling,covering CSL and C_(3)F_(8) gas *** cases were followed for 6mo,and the best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA),healing status of MH,the reattached rate of retinal detachment(RD),and reoperation rate were ***:All cases were successfully performed the surgery and the postoperative follow-up was *** surgery,MHs were healed in all 14 eyes(100%,14/14)after assessed by optical coherence *** reattachment of retina was achieved in all 6 eyes(100%,6/6)with *** was improved in 12 eyes(85.71%,12/14),and had no significant change in 2 eyes(14.29%,2/14).The overall mean BCVA was improved from 1.80±0.77 to 0.82±0.46 logMAR(F=10.46,P<0.01).No serious complications occurred in all ***:The new surgery technique(covering CSL)has high reattached rate of RD and high healing rate of MH in pathological myopia in the preliminary *** it can effectively improve the visual function of *** new technique offers meaningful new ideas for treating refractory MH in pathological myopia.

Highly efficient tunable photodetector with a bipolar response in van der Waals heterojunctions

The heterojunction integration of two-dimensional(2D)materials via van der Waals(vdW)forces,unencumbered by lattice and processing constraints,constitutes an efficacious approach to enhance the overall optoelectronic performance of photodetectors,due to an assortment of distinctive light-matter ***,vdW heterojunction photodetectors based on transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs)face an inevitable trade-off between low dark currents and high responsivity,curtailing the application potential of myriad novel optoelectronic components in sensing,spectral,and communication *** this study,we present the successful actualization of a highly sensitive,self-powered,and gate-tunable bipolar response *** mechanisms underlying photocurrent generation were scrutinized via bias-,power-,and position-dependent mapping photoresponse measurements,identifying the photovoltaic effect,which is attributable to the Schottky junction’s built-in electric field,as the predominant *** prototype Au-WS2-graphene photodetector exhibits a remarkable light on/off ratio of 1.2×10^(6),a specific detectivity of 6.12×10^(11)cm H^(z1/2)W^(-1)with 20μs response time at 638 *** wide gate-tunable responsivity provides an adjustability scope,ranging from 0.9 to 3.1 A W^(-1).Notably,the device demonstrates an exceptional linear photocurrent response,with a linear dynamic range(LDR)value approximating 130 dB,which significantly surpasses that of other photodetectors based on TMDs.

Diabetes mellitus in patients with type 1 autoimmune pancreatitis at diagnosis and after corticosteroid therapy

Background:A high prevalence of diabetes mellitus(DM)coexisting with autoimmune pancreatitis(AIP)is ***,evidence on the circumstances under which corticosteroid therapy(CST)for AIP improves or worsens DM is *** study aimed to demonstrate and identify predictors of DM control under the influence of ***:Patients diagnosed with type 1 AIP were enrolled from a prospectively maintained cohort and were classified into three groups according to the chronology in which AIP and DM were diagnosed:pre-existing DM(pDM),concurrent DM(cDM),and non-DM(nDM).The responses of DM to CST were assessed when corticosteroid was ceased or tapered to a maintenance dose and classified as‘improvement’and‘non-improvement’(including‘no change’and‘exacerbation’).Results:Among 101 patients with type 1 AIP,52(51.5%)patients were complicated with DM at the time of AIP diagnosis,with 36 patients in the cDM group and 16 patients in the pDM *** incidences of diffuse pancreatic swelling(72.2%)and pancreatic body/tail involvement(91.7%)were significantly higher in the cDM group than in both the pDM and nDM *** the 52 patients with DM,CST was administered in 48 *** logistic analysis identified that elevated serum gamma-glutamyl transferase(GGT)level at AIP diagnosis[odds ratio(OR)=0.032,95%confidence interval(CI):0.003-0.412,P=0.008]and pancreatic atrophy after CST(OR=0.027,95%CI:0.003-0.295,P=0.003)were negatively associated with DM control ***:Patients with diffuse pancreatic swelling and pancreatic body/tail involvement in pancreatitis tended to be complicated with cDM at AIP *** exerted a beneficial effect on the clinical course of DM in nearly half of the AIP patients complicated with DM at diagnosis,particularly in those without elevated serum GGT levels at diagnosis and who did not experience pancreatic atrophy after CST.

Objective To investigate the role and molecular mechanism of exosomal miR-224-5p in colorectal cancer(CRC).Methods The miR-224-5p expression in CRC patient tissues and cell-derived exosomes was measured by laser capture microdissection and qRT-PCR,***-luciferase reporter gene assay was used to determine the target gene of *** protein expressions of p53 and unc-51 like kinase 2(ULK2)in CRC cells were detected by western *** cytometry was used to detect cell cycle and *** proliferation was measured by CCK8 and EdU *** The miR-224-5p expression was upregulated in CRC tissues and increased progressively with the rise of CRC *** cells secreted extracellular miR-224-5p mainly in an exosome-dependent manner,and then miR-224-5p could be transferred to surrounding tumor cells to regulate cell proliferation in the form of autocrine or ***,ULK2 was characterized as a direct target of miR-224-5p and was downregulated in CRC ***,ULK2 inhibited CRC cell proliferation in a p53-dependent ***,exosome-derived miR-224-5p partially reversed the proliferation regulation of ULK2 on CRC *** Our findings demonstrate that exosome-transmitted miR-224-5p promotes p53-dependent cell proliferation by targeting ULK2 in CRC,which may offer promising targets for CRC prevention and therapy.

Drying soil has been conducive to a high frequency of extreme high-temperature events over many regions worldwide in recent ***,changes in the intraseasonal variability of soil moisture can also influence the likelihood of extremely high *** previous investigators have examined the association between extremely high temperatures and large-scale atmospheric circulation variability,the role of land-atmosphere coupling dominated by soil moisture variability in extremely high temperatures,particularly over the Eurasian continent,is not well *** this study,on the basis of the Land Surface,Snow,and Soil Moisture Model Intercomparison Project,we found that land-atmosphere feedback amplified the variability of soil moisture in most regions of Eurasia during summer from 1980 to *** amplification of soil moisture variability is closely correlated with more intensive intraseasonal variability of surface air temperature and more frequent occurrences of extreme high-temperature events,particularly in Europe,Siberia,Northeast Asia,and the Indochina *** correlation implies that increasing the intraseasonal variability of soil moisture results in a high likelihood of heat extremes during summer in most parts of Eurasia except Asian desert *** the intraseasonal timescale,the land-atmosphere coupling increases the variability of surface sensible heat flux and net long-wave radiation heating the atmosphere by intensifying the soil moisture variability,thus amplifying the variability of surface air temperature and enhancing the extreme high-temperature *** finding demonstrates the importance of changes in intraseasonal soil moisture variability for the increasing likelihood of heat extremes in summer.

A seven-crystal spectrometer for high-energy resolution X-ray spectroscopy at Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility

A Johann-type X-ray spectrometer was successfully developed at the hard X-ray branch(in-vacuum undulator with a 24-mm periodic length)of the energy material beamline(E-line)at the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF).This spectrometer was utilized to implement X-ray emission spectroscopy(XES),high-energy resolution fluorescence-detected X-ray absorption spectroscopy(HERFD-XAS),and resonant inelastic X-ray *** spherically bent crystals were positioned on the respective vertical 500-mm-diameter Rowland circles,adopting an area detector to increase the solid angle to 1.75%of 4πsr,facilitating the study of low-concentrate systems under complex reaction *** under the atmosphere pressure,the spectrometer covers the energy region from 3.5 to 18 keV,with the Bragg angle ranging from 73°to 86°during vertical *** offers a promised energy resolution of sub-eV(XES)and super-eV(HERFD-XAS).Generally,these comprehensive core-level spectroscopy methods based on hard X-rays at the E-line with an extremely high photon flux can meet the crucial requirements of a green energy ***,they provide substantial support for scientific advances in fundamental research.

Glucocorticoids-based prodrug design:Current strategies and research progress
