In order to facilitate nurses to understand the key points of COVID‑19’s common syndromes,master the key points of nursing with syndrome differentiation,use the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing characteristics,standardize TCM nursing behavior,and improve the TCM nursing effect,through the search of relevant information,combined with the clinical practice experience of more than 1 month of front‑line anti‑epidemic nursing staff,the TCM nursing protocols for COVID‑19(draft)were *** four rounds of expert consultation and discussion,and 15 times of collation and revision,the final version of TCM nursing protocols for COVID‑19 was *** TCM nursing protocols for COVID‑19 include the following five parts:key points of common syndromes,nursing for common symptoms/syndromes,TCM special nursing,healthy guidance,and difficulties in nursing;it is scientific and practical,and can provide clinical guidance for nursing of patients with COVID‑19.

Diagnostic value of novel retroflexion colonoscopy in the right colon: A randomized controlled trial

BACKGROUND Colonoscopy is the accepted gold standard for the detection of colorectal cancer. However, colonoscopy is less effective in preventing colon cancer in the right side compared with the left *** To investigate the feasibility of a novel type of retroflexion colonoscope, EC-3490 Ti colonoscope, for detection of proximal colon *** In this prospective trial, we recruited patients who underwent colonoscopy for screening or surveillance. When the endoscopists could not grasp the whole observation of the right-side colon mucosa in the forward view(FV), insertion and withdrawal were repeatedly performed in the FV group with the EC38-i10 F colonoscope while retroflexion was performed in the retroflexed view(RV) group with the EC-3490 Ti colonoscope. Adenoma detection rate, the total number of adenomas per positive participant, the success rate of retroflexion, and endoscope withdrawal time were recorded and *** The total adenoma detection rate(39.3% vs 37.7%, P = 0.646) did not show any significant difference between the two groups. However, the polyp detection rate(59.6% vs 51.0%, P = 0.002), adenoma detection rate in the right colon(21.6% vs 14.4%, P = 0.012), and the total number of adenomas per positive participant(2.1 vs 1.7, P = 0.011) reached statistical significance. Retroflexion was achieved in 91.7% of our cohort. Compared with the FV group, the withdrawal time was significantly prolonged in the RV group(586.1 ± 124.4 s vs 508.8 ± 129.6 s, P < 0.001). In contrast, the proportion of additional ancillary pressure decreased(27.4% vs 45.7%, P < 0.001), and the visual analog scale pain scores did not increase(2.7 ± 1.4 vs 2.8 ± 1.4, P = 0.377).CONCLUSION Retroflexion in the proximal colon could be performed successfully and safely with the EC-3490 Ti colonoscope. This maneuver could detect more adenomas effectively.

Nitrogen absorption by alpine forage species based on 15N tracer technique in a hydroponic culture

Multiple Positive Solutions for Multi-Point Boundary Value Problem of Fractional Differential Equation

In this paper, we study the multiplicity of positive solutions for multi-point boundary value problem of Riemann-Liouville fractional differential equation with multi-terms fractional derivative in the boundary conditions. By using the properties of the Green function and a generalization of the Leggett-Williams fixed point theorem due to the work of Bai and Ge, the sufficient conditions to guarantee the existence of at least three positive solutions are established. In the end of this paper, we have also given out the example to illustrate the wide range of potential application of our main results.

Effects of resveratrol on ARPE-19 cell proliferation and migration via regulating the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen, P21,P27 and p38MAPK/MMP-9

AIM： To explore whether resveratrol （Res） can inhibit human retinal pigment epithelial cell （ARPE-19 cell） proliferation and migration, and to research the molecular ***： ARPE-19 cells were pretreated with various concentrations at 0, 50, 100, 150, 200 and 300 μmol/L of Res, and with 0 μmol/L Res as the control for 24, 48 and 72h. The cell proliferation, apoptosis and migration were measured with cell counting kit-8 （CCK-8）, flow cytometry, and wound-healing and Transwell assays, respectively. The expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen （PCNA）, P21 and P27, as well as matrix metalloproteinase-9 （MMP-9） and p38 mitogen-activated protein kinases （p38MAPK） was identified by Western ***： Cell proliferation was effectively inhibited by Res （P〈0.05）. When pretreated with Res, cells arrested in S-phase increased remarkably （P〈0.05）, but the apoptosis ratios showed no significant difference between the treatment and control groups （P〉0.05）. Cell migration was suppressed by Res both in wound-healing assay and Transwell migration assay （P〈0.05）. Decreases of PCNA, MMP-9 and p38MAPK, as well as increases of P21 and P27 were detected by Western blot （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： Res can inhibit APRE-19 cell proliferation and migration in a concentration-dependent manner with up-regulation of the expression of P21 and P27, and down-regulation of PCNA, MMP-9 and p38MAPK.

Lake inventory and potentially dangerous glacial lakes in the Nyang Qu Basin of China between 1970 and 2016

There are a large number of glaciers and lakes developed in the Nyang Qu Basin of China. Recent climate change has significant impacted on the high-mountain glacial environment. Rapid melting of glaciers contributes to the formation and expansion of moraine-dammed lakes which increase the probability of glacial lake outburst floods(GLOFs). We calculated a multi-temporal lake inventory based on(1) topographic maps in the 1970 s,(2) satellite imageries from 1990 to 2016,(3) First Chinese Glacier Inventory(FCGI),(4) Glacier Inventory of Southeastern Tibet(GIST) and(5) meteorological data. A total of 880 lakes(>0.01 km^2) have been mapped in 2016, with 318 being glacial lakes(GLs) and 462 non-glacier lakes(NGLs). Most of the lakes were mainly located at 4500 m a.s.l. and the lakes dominated by small lakes(<0.1 km^2) where the change of their actual sizes are more significant compared to the larger ones. Meanwhile, we found that there were 178 newly formed GLs and 51 of them had disappeared between 1970 and 2016. During the same period, there can be identified 157 newly formed GLs and 226 had disappeared. We additionally performed a hazard and risk assessment for GL in 2016 and exposed 14 potentially dangerous morainedammed lakes(PDMDLs), covering a total area of 5.88 km2 in the Nyang Qu Basin. There can be found 4 GLs with very high risk, 3 GLs with high risk, 4 GLs with medium risk and 4 GLs with low risk of GLOFs susceptibility. The findings of this study can be used for the future policy of risk management and also be adapted for promoting water resources management.

Graphene is one of the most promising candidates for integrated circuits due to its robustness against short-channel effects, inherent high carrier mobility and desired gapless nature for Ohmic contact, but it is difficult to achieve satisfactory on/off ratios even at the expense of its carrier mobility, limiting its device applications. Here, we present a strategy to realize high back-gate switching ratios in a graphene monolayer with well-maintained high mobility by forming a vertical heterostructure with a black phosphorus multi-layer. By local current annealing, strain is introduced within an established area of the graphene, which forms a reflective interface with the rest of the strain-free area and thus generates a robust off-state via local current depletion. Applying a positive back-gate voltage to the heterostructure can keep the black phosphorus insulating, while a negative back-gate voltage changes the black phosphorus to be conductive because of hole accumulation. Then, a parallel channel is activated within the strain-free graphene area by edge-contacted electrodes, thereby largely inheriting the intrinsic carrier mobility of graphene in the on-state. As a result, the device can provide an on/off voltage ratio of >10～3 as well as a mobility of ～8000 cm2V-1s-1at room temperature, meeting the low-power criterion suggested by the International Roadmap for Devices and Systems.
