Morphological alterations in dendritic spines have been linked to changes in functional communication between neurons that affect learning and ***-4 KIF21A helps organize the microtubule-actin network at the cell cortex by interacting with KANK1;however,whether KIF21A modulates dendritic structure and function in neurons remains *** this study,we found that KIF21A was distributed in a subset of dendritic spines,and that these KIF21A-positive spines were larger and more structurally plastic than KIF21A-negative ***,the interaction between KIF21A and KANK1 was found to be critical for dendritic spine morphogenesis and synaptic *** of either KIF21A or KANK1 inhibited dendritic spine morphogenesis and dendritic branching,and these deficits were fully rescued by coexpressing full-length KIF21A or KANK1,but not by proteins with mutations disrupting direct binding between KIF21A and KANK1 or binding between KANK1 and *** down KIF21A in the hippocampus of rats inhibited the amplitudes of long-term potentiation induced by high-frequency stimulation and negatively impacted the animals’cognitive *** together,our findings demonstrate the function of KIF21A in modulating spine morphology and provide insight into its role in synaptic function.

Water-soluble CdSe nanoparticles were synthesized using AOT （sodium bis（2-ethylehexyl）-sulfosuccinate） as stabilizer, cadmium acetate and NazSeSO3 as precursors in aqueous phase. The influence of some key factors, such as reaction time, temperature, concentration and molar ratio of precursors on the optical properties of CdSe nanoparticles was systematically investigated through UV-Vis and PL spectra. Powder X-ray diffraction （XRD） was used to characterize the crystalline structure of synthesized CdSe nanoparticles. As-prepared CdSe nanoparticles exhibit an apparent quantum confinement effect and typical hexagonal wurtzite structures. Finally, the optimal experimental conditions were obtained.

A spatial channel propagation model is presented. Consider a uniform linear antenna （ULA） at the base station （BS） and narrowband signals transmitted at the mobile. In two types of propagating environments： indoor and outdoor, performance of low spatial correlation is investigated and some results are provided, which are significant to an,3. lyze the performance of diversity systems and configuration of army. The results also show that the configuration of array with either smaller angular spread or bigger angle of arrival （AOA） dominates the impact on spatial correlation, and that increasing angular spread or decreasing AOA diminishes, or even eliminates this impact.

In this article,the authors introduce the concept of shadowable points for set-valued dynamical systems,the pointwise version of the shadowing property,and prove that a set-valued dynamical system has the shadowing property iff every point in the phase space is shadowable;every chain transitive set-valued dynamical system has either the shadowing property or no shadowable points;and for a set-valued dynamical system there exists a shadowable point iff there exists a minimal shadowable *** the end,it is proved that a set-valued dynamical system with the shadowing property is totally transitive iff it is mixing and iff it has the specification property.

Preparation and characterization of a new magnetic fluid with good low temperature resistance

Magnetic fluids are a type of novel functionalmaterial that has emerged over the past two decades, whichhave found applications in various aspects of production anddaily life. However, the application of conventional magneticfluids in low-temperature environments is severely limited andoften unsatisfactory. To address this issue, we havedeveloped a new magnetic fluid with excellent low-temperatureresistance. Initially, bare Fe_(3)O_(4) magnetic nanoparticles(FMNPs) were synthesized via co-precipitation without aprotective gas. Subsequently, these particles were modified using polyethylene glycol (PEG)-4000 as a surfactant. Thebare and modified FMNPs (MFMNPs) were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and thermogravimetricanalysis-differential thermal gravimetric (TGA-DTG) analysis. The rheological properties, low-temperature resistance of themagnetic fluid were also evaluated. The characterization results indicate that the MFMNPs are spherical andmonodisperse, with a narrow size distribution and a mean particle size of approximately 12 nm. Furthermore, the FTIRspectra and TGA-DTA results suggest that PEG-4000 is linked to the bare Fe_(3)O_(4) particles via hydrogen bonding, indicatingsuccessful modification of the Fe_(3)O_(4) magnetic nanoparticles using PEG. VSM measurements demonstrate that surfacemodification does not alter the crystal morphology or superparamagnetic of Fe_(3)O_(4). However, it does reduce the saturationmagnetization from 68.17 to 54.75 emu/g. Additionally, the prepared magnetic fluid exhibits shear thinning and magneticviscosity effects. It also exhibits excellent low-temperature resistance, maintaining good fluidity without freezing even at -60 ℃. In summary, these results collectively indicate that the new low-temperature resistant magnetic fluid developed in thisstudy is stable and has broad application prospects.
