Comprehensive analysis of gene mutations and mismatch repair in Chinese colorectal cancer patients

准噶尔盆地玛西斜坡八道湾组一段厚层砂砾岩储层评价及强非均质控藏特征

准噶尔盆地侏罗系是增储上产的主力层系,其中玛湖凹陷西斜坡(简称“玛西斜坡)侏罗系八道湾组一段主要为低孔低渗砂砾岩储层,玛西斜坡同一套储层(构造、沉积、成岩条件类似)有的成藏、有的未成藏,亟需开展砂砾岩储层评价,明确控藏特征。利用岩心、薄片、分析化验、试油试产等资料,进行玛西斜坡八道湾组一段厚层砂砾岩储层评价,重点开展储层非均质评价明确非均质控藏特征。研究结果表明:①玛西斜坡八道湾组一段主要发育厚层砂砾岩储层,为辫状河道沉积,储层中主要发育泥质、致密砂岩层、钙质与煤层等4种隔夹层,隔夹层在纵向上增强了储层非均质性;②玛西斜坡八道湾组一段储层孔隙度分布范围2.9%~18.8%,平均孔隙度为10.60%,渗透率分布范围是0.02×10^(-3)~255×10^(-3)μm^(2),平均渗透率为3.29×10^(-3)μm^(2),其中砂砾岩储层孔隙度分布范围4.1%~15.8%,平均为8.27%,渗透率分布范围是0.05×10^(-3)~145×10^(-3)μm^(2),平均值1.24×10^(-3)μm^(2),属于特低孔特低渗储层,储层具有孔喉半径较小,孔隙结构复杂,喉道连通性较差,排驱压力高的特征;③建立起储集空间与含油性的关系,储集空间发育、非均质性弱的层段含油性差,而储集空间弱发育、非均质性强的层段含油性好,储层非均质性是控制准噶尔盆地玛西斜坡八道湾组厚层砂砾岩储层油气成藏的主控因素;④利用数据包络法计算了玛西斜坡八道湾组一段厚层砂砾岩储层非均质指数,主要介于0.621~0.782,属于较强—中等非均质性。试油出油层段储层非均质指数为0.621~0.673,为较强非均质性储层,试油未或少出油层段储层非均质指数为0.674~0.782,为中等非均质性储层。结论认为储层非均质性对玛西斜坡八道湾组一段厚层砂砾岩储层油气成藏具有控制作用,强非均质储层中油气难以逸散而得到保存,油藏主要富集在强非均质储层中。

Effects of Rare Earth,Titanium,and Magnesium Additions on Microstructures and Properties of High-boron Medium-carbon Alloy

In order to improve the toughness and wear resistance of high-boron medium-carbon alloy （HBMCA）, a novel wear-resistant HBMCA comprising granular borocarbide was obtained by titanium, magnesium, and rare earth modifications. These modifications gave rise to greatly refined as-cast eutectic borocarbide structures and a less interconnected continuous borocarbide network. Heat treatment mostly produced broken and spheriodized borocarbides that tended to exist as isolated particles in modified HBMCA. The heat treated modified HBMCA exhibited enhanced hardness than pristine and impact toughness was improved significantly to 12.5 J/cm^2. In addition, it displayed 2.39 and 1.7 times greater wear resistance than high-speed steel （HSS） and high nickel-chromium alloy steel （Cr25） at high temperature （500℃）, respectively. Here, the modification mechanisms involving Re2O3, TiN, and MgO/ MgS heterogeneous nuclei were discussed.

Evaluation of high-resolution satellite precipitation products with surface rain gauge observations from Laohahe Basin in northern China

Three high-resolution satellite precipitation products, the Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission （TRMM） standard precipitation products 3B42V6 and 3B42RT and the Climate Precipitation Center＇s （CPC） morphing technique precipitation product （CMORPH）, were evaluated against surface rain gauge observations from the Laohahe Basin in northern China. Widely used statistical validation indices and categorical statistics were adopted. The evaluations were performed at multiple time scales, ranging from daily to yearly, for the years from 2003 to 2008. The results show that all three satellite precipitation products perform very well in detecting the occurrence of precipitation events, but there are some different biases in the amount of precipitation. 3B42V6, which has a bias of 21%, fits best with the surface rain gauge observations at both daily and monthly scales, while the biases of 3B42RT and CMORPH, with values of 81% and 67%, respectively, are much higher than a normal receivable threshold. The quality of the satellite precipitation products also shows monthly and yearly variation： 3B42RT has a large positive bias in the cold season from September to April, while CMORPH has a large positive bias in the warm season from May to August, and they all attained their best values in 2006 （with 10%, 50%, and -5% biases for 3B42V6, 3B42RT, and CMORPH, respectively）. Our evaluation shows that, for the Laohahe Basin, 3B42V6 has the best correspondence with the surface observations, and CMORPH performs much better than 3B42RT. The large errors of 3B42RT and CMORPH remind us of the need for new improvements to satellite precipitation retrieval algorithms or feasible bias adjusting methods.

Rapid response to lipids profile and leukocyte gene expression after rosuvastatin administration in Chinese healthy volunteers

Background Statins are potent lipid-lowering agents widely used in medical practice. There has been growing evidence suggesting the pleiotropic effects of statins in addition to the lipid-lowering effect. However, it is still unclear how rapidly the beneficial effects of statins occur. The transcriptome of peripheral blood cells can be used as a sensor to drug therapy. The purpose of the study was to investigate the acute effects of rosuvastatin both on lipids profile and gene expression of peripheral leukocytes following therapy with a single dose of rosuvastatin. Methods Thirty healthy Chinese male volunteers were enrolled. The serum lipids, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, and plasma fibrinogen were determined before and 72 hours after administration of 20 mg of rosuvastatin. The differentially expressed genes of peripheral leukocytes after administration of rosuvastatin were screened using human oligonucleotide microarray gene expression chips. Then four of the differentially expressed genes including ATM, CASP8 IL8RB and SIOOB were verified by real-time polymerase chain reaction （PCR）. Results Rosuvastatin decreased both serum total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol significantly 72 hours after administration of a single dose of 20 mg rosuvastatin. However, no significant changes occurred in blood high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglycerides, C-reactive protein and fibrinogen after the treatment. A total of 24 genes were differentially expressed after the treatment. They were involved in important cell biological processes such as cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction, apoptosis signaling, etc. Conclusions Rosuvastatin rapidly modulates the serum lipids and affects the gene expression of peripheral leukocytes in healthy volunteers. This finding provides some new clues for further studies on its potential pleiotrooic effects.

Fast nuclear-spin gates and electrons−nuclei entanglement of neutral atoms in weak magnetic fields

We present a novel class of Rydberg-mediated nuclear-spin entanglement in divalent atoms with global laser ***,we show a fast nuclear-spin controlled phase gate of an arbitrary phase realizable either with two laser pulses when assisted by Stark shifts,or with three ***,we propose to create an electrons−nuclei-entangled state,which is named a super bell state(SBS)for it mimics a large Bell state incorporating three small Bell ***,we show a protocol to create a three-atom electrons-nuclei entangled state which contains the three-body W and Greenberger−Horne−Zeilinger(GHZ)states *** protocols possess high intrinsic fidelities,do not require single-site Rydberg addressing,and can be executed with large Rydberg Rabi frequencies in a weak,Gauss-scale magnetic *** latter two protocols can enable measurement-based preparation of Bell,hyperentangled,and GHZ states,and,specifically,SBS can enable quantum dense coding where one can share three classical bits of information by sending one particle.

Reduction behavior of iron ore powder by high-volatile coal in thermogravimetric-gas chromatographic and kinetic analysis

The reduction behavior of iron ore powder by high-volatile coal was investigated,and its kinetic mechanism was *** effect of volatiles in coal on the reduction reaction of iron ore was compared by utilizing a Xinjiang lignite with a high volatile content and its pyrolysis carbon produced by high-temperature pyrolysis to remove volatiles,serving as a *** mass loss and gas composition of the samples during the reduction process were detected using thermo-gravimetric analysis and gas chromatography,and the morphological changes of iron ore powder were observed through scanning electron *** kinetic parameters of the iron oxide reduction reaction were calculated by the Flynn-Ozawa-Wall method,and the kinetic mechanism of volatile participation in the iron oxide reduction reaction was determined through the Coats-Redfern *** results indicate that the coupling effect between the high-volatile coal pyrolysis and reduction reactions occurs during the second stage of the entire coupling process,which corresponds to the late stage of coal pyrolysis with a substantial release of H_(2)and *** volatiles in coal actively participated in the reduction reaction,reducing the initiation temperature of the reaction by around 200℃.The reduction of iron oxides by high-volatile coal was jointly promoted by the"hydrogen cycle"and"carbon cycle",resulting in a higher reduction extent and metallization rate at the end of the *** high-volatile coal was used as the reductant,the average activation energy for the entire process was 76.5 kJ/mol,a significant decrease compared to the employment of pyrolysis carbon without volatiles as the reductant(1167 kJ/mol).

High-Temperature Stability of Mg-1Al-12Y Alloy Containing LPSO Phase and Mechanism of Its Portevin-Le Chatelier(PLC)Effect

In this study,the high-temperature stability and the generation mechanism of the Portevin-Le Chatelier(PLC)effect in solid-solution Mg-1Al-12Y alloy with different heat treatment processes were investigated by adjusting the content of long-period stacking ordered(LPSO)*** was found that the content of LPSO phases in the alloys differed the most after heat treatment at 530℃for 16 h and 24 h,with values of 13.56%and 3.93%***,high-temperature tensile experiments were conducted on these two alloys at temperatures of 150℃,200℃,250℃,and 300℃.The results showed that both alloys exhibited the PLC effect at temperatures ranging from 150 to 250℃.However,at a temperature 300℃,only the alloy with a greater concentration of LPSO phases exhibited the PLC effect,whereas the alloy with a lower proportion of LPSO phases did not exhibit this ***,both alloys exhibited remarkable high-temperature stability,with the alloy containing a greater percentage of LPSO phases also demonstrating superior *** underlying mechanism for this phenomenon lies in the exceptional high-temperature stability exhibited by the second phase within the ***,the LPSO phase effectively obstructs the movement of dislocations,and it also undergoing kinking to facilitate plastic deformation of the *** results indicate that the PLC effect can be suppressed by reducing dislocation pile-up at grain boundaries,which leads to a decrease in alloy plasticity but an increase in *** presence of the PLC effect in the WA121 alloy is attributed to the abundant dispersed second phase within the alloy,which initially hinders the movement of dislocations,leading to an increase in stress,and subsequently releases the dislocations,allowing them to continue their movement and thereby reducing in stress.
