The arrangement of fiber positioning units in the LAMOST focal plane may lead to collisions during the fiber allocation process, To avoid these collisions, a software-based protection system has to abandon some targets located in the overlapping field of adjacent fiber units. In this paper, we first analyze the probability of collisions between fibers and infer their possible reasons. It is useful to solve the problem of collisions among fiber positioning units so as to improve the efficiency of LAMOST. Based on this, a collision handling system is designed by using a master-slave control structure between the micro control unit and microcomputer. Simulated experiments validate that the system can provide real-time inspection and swap information between the fiber unit controllers and the main controller.

Blast furnace data processing is prone to problems such as *** overcome these problems and identify an improved method for processing blast furnace data,we conducted an in-depth study of blast furnace *** on data samples from selected iron and steel companies,data types were classified according to different characteristics;then,appropriate methods were selected to process them in order to solve the deficiencies and outliers of the original blast furnace *** interpolation was used to fill in the divided continuation data,the Knearest neighbor(KNN)algorithm was used to fill in correlation data with the internal law,and periodic statistical data were filled by the *** error rate in the filling was low,and the fitting degree was over 85%.For the screening of outliers,corresponding indicator parameters were added according to the continuity,relevance,and periodicity of different ***,a variety of algorithms were used for *** the analysis of screening results,a large amount of efficient information in the data was retained,and ineffective outliers were *** processing of blast furnace big data as the basis of applied research on blast furnace big data can serve as an important means to improve data quality and retain data value.

CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-Fex O slag occurs in the production process of Corex ironmaking technology. Most of its metallurgical properties, especially the phosphorus property, are different from the slag produced from blast furnace or converter. In order to explore the dephosphorization ability of CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-Fex O slag, its phosphorus capacity was measured at 1673 K by gas-slag-metal equilibrium technique. An iron crucible was used as the reaction vessel, Ag alloy with 0.2 % P was used as the metal phase which equilibrated with CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-Fex O slag, and a constant flow of CO-CO2-N2 gas was used to provide oxygen partial pressure in the experi- ment. The effects of MgO, Fex O and basicity on slag phosphorus capacity were investigated by single factor test. The results show that the phosphorus capacity rises firstly and then decreases with increasing MgO content under the condition of basicity 1.3, Fe2 O content of 20% and A12 03 content of 12%. The phosphorus value reaches maximum as the MgO content is 8%. When the basicity of slag is 1.1, MgO content is 10%, and Al2O3 is 12%, the phos- phorus capacity increases with the increase of Fe, O content. The phosphorus capacity rises linearly when the basicity is increased from 1.1 to 1. 5.

The system of hot metal quality monitoring was established based on big data and machine learning using the real-time production data of a steel enterprise in China.A working method that combines big data technology with process theory was proposed for the characteristics of blast furnace production *** the data have been comprehensively processed,the independent variables that affect the target parameters are selected by using the method of multivariate feature *** use of this method not only ensures the interpretability of the input variables,but also improves the accuracy of the machine learning process and is more easily accepted by *** timely guidance on production,specific evaluation rules are established for the key quality that affects the quality of hot metal on the basis of completed predictions work and uses computer technology to build a quality monitoring system for hot *** online results show that the hot metal quality monitoring system established by relying on big data and machine learning operates stably on site,and has good guiding significance for production.

Formation of Hearth Sediment during Vanadium Titano-magnetite Smelting in Blast Furnace No.7 of Chengde Iron and Steel Company

The large quantity of sediment produced in the hearth during vanadium titano-magnetite smelting in a blast furnace（BF） affects the stability of the blast furnace operation. Testing and analysis of the sediment in the hearth of Chengde Iron and Steel Company？s BF No.7 revealed that it was mainly concentrated in the location below the tuyere and above the iron notch. Notably, some of the bonding material（sediment） consisted of greater than 50% pig iron, and the pig iron distributed in the slag was granular. It is proposed that a large quantity of Ti C and Ti（C,N） are deposited on the surface of the pig iron. These high melting point materials mix with iron drops, preventing the slag from flowing freely, thus leading to the formation of bonding materials. In addition, the viscosity and melting temperature of the slag in the tuyere areas fluctuate greatly, and thus the properties of the slag are unstable. Moreover, the slag contains large quantities of carbon, which results in the reduction of Ti O2. The resultant precipitation of Ti is followed by the formation of Ti C in the slag, which also leads to an increase in the viscosity of the slag and difficulty in achieving separation of the slag-iron. In fact, all of these factors interact with each other, and as a result, sediment is formed when the operating conditions in the hearth fluctuate.

Alzheimer disease （AD）, a progressive neurodegenerative disorder, is characterized by cognitive decline and the accumulation of senile plaques in the brain. Amyloid β protein （Aβ） in the plaques is thought to be responsible for the memory loss in AD patients. [Glyl4]- humanin （HNG）, a derivative of humanin （HN）, has much stronger neuroprotective effects than natural HN in vitro. However, clarification of the Aβ active center and the neuroprotective mechanism of HN still need in vivo evidence. The present study first compared the in vivo bio- logical effects of three Aβ fragments （1-42, 31-35, and 35-31） on spatial memory in rats, and investigated the neuroprotective effects and molecular mechanisms of HNG. The results showed that intrahippocampal injection of Aβ1-2 and Aβ1-35 almost equally impaired spatial learning and memory, but the reversed sequence Aβ1-31 did not have any effect; a high dose of Aβ1-35 （20 nmol） produced a more detrimental response than a low dose （2 nmol）; Aβ1-35 injection also disrupted gene and protein expression in the hippocampus, with up-regulation of caspase3 and down-regulation of STAT3; pretreatment with HNG not only protected spatial memory but also rescued STAT3 from Aβ-induced disruption; and the neuropro- tective effects of HNG were effectively counteracted by genistein, a specific tyrosine kinase inhibitor. These results clearly show that sequence 31-35 in AI5 is the shortest active center responsible for the neurotoxicity of A[3 from molecule to behavior; and HNG protects spatial learning and memory in rats against Aβ-indnced insults; and prob- ably involves the activation of tyrosine kinases and sub- sequent beneficial modulation of STAT3 and caspase3.
