The effects of hydrogen charging time and pressure on the hydrogen embrittlement(HE)susceptibility of X52 pipeline steel material are studied by slow strain rate tensile *** fracture morphologies of the specimens are observed by scanning electron *** HE susceptibility of the X52 pipeline steel material increases with an increase in both hydrogen charging time and hydrogen *** a charging time of 96 h,the HE susceptibility index reaches 4..86%,approximately 3.6 times that at a charging time of 0 ***,a charging pressure of 4.MPa results in a HE susceptibility index of 3..61%,approximately 2.5 times higher than that at a charging pressure of 0.3.MPa.

High-sensitivity radio-frequency optically pumped magnetometers (RF-OPMs), working without cryogenic condition, play a critical role in magnetic field imaging(MFI) at low frequencies(e.g., 100 Hz to 1 MHz). We introduce the principle of operation and recent developments of RF-OPMs and focus on reviewing the MFI applications in magnetic induction tomography, ultralow-field magnetic resonance imaging, and magnetic particle imaging. For the applications of RF-OPMs, ranging from industrial monitoring to medical imaging and security screening, the unshielded and portable RF-OPMs(and RF-OPM array)techniques are still under the further development for detecting and scanning over the target object for accomplishing the final three-dimensional imaging, and thus extremely require the abilities of active compensation of the ambient magnetic field and sensor miniaturization in the future.

We report results of the H2CO and H110α survey toward 281 UCHII regions using the Urumqi 25m radio *** obtained 3. new H2CO detections,and H110α was simultaneously detected in eight of *** H110α was detected in another UCHII *** calculated kinematic distances of nine UCHII regions with the detected H110α and resolved the kinematic distance ambiguity for six of *** detection rate of H2CO of our observation was 13.2%,which is low compared with one of the other *** possible reason is that the sensitivity of our telescope is relatively low.

The buildings and structures of mines were monitored automatically using modern surveying technology. Through the analysis of the monitoring data, the deformation characteristics were found out from three aspects containing points, lines and regions, which play an important role in understanding the stable state of buildings and structures. The stability and deformation of monitoring points were analysed, and time-series data of monitoring points were denoised with wavelet analysis and Kalman filtering, and exponent function and periodic function were used to get the ideal deformation trend model of monitoring points. Through calculating the monitoring data obtained, analyzing the deformation trend, and cognizing the deformation regularity, it can better service mine safety production and decision-making.

The use of fillers to enhance the corrosion protection of epoxy resins has been widely *** this work,cerium dioxide(CeO_(2))and benzotriazole(BTA)were introduced into an epoxy resin to enhance the corrosion resistance of Q23. carbon *** electron microscopy results indicated that the CeO_(2) grains were rod-like and ellipsoidal in shape,and the distribution pattern of BTA was analyzed by energy dispersive *** dynamic potential polarization curve proved the excellent corrosion resistance of the composite epoxy resin with CeO_(2) and BTA co-addition,and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy test analysis indicated the significantly enhanced long-term corrosion protection performance of the composite *** the optimal protective performance was provided by the coating containing 0.3.(mass)CeO_(2) and 20%(mass)BTA,which was attributed to the barrier performance of CeO_(2) particles and the chemical barrier effect of *** formation of corrosion products was analyzed using X-ray *** addition,the corrosion resistance mechanism of the coating was also discussed in detail.

The electrochemical CO_(2) reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR)holds significant promise in advancing carbon *** catalysts for the electrochemical CO_(2)RR to multi-carbon(C_(2+))products(e.g.,C_(2)H_(4.)under industrial-level current density is urgently needed and ***,we report the Cu_(2)O nanoparticles doped with interstitial carbon atoms(denoted as C-Cu_(2)O NPs)for the conversion of CO_(2) to C_(2+)*** interstitial carbon promotes the C-Cu_(2)O NPs to possess abundant unsaturated Cu–O bonds,leading to a high-density Cu^(δ+)(04. achieved an FE of 57.4.with a partial current density of 4.9.2 mA·cm^(–2).In situ electrochemical attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and in situ Raman spectroscopy analyses revealed that C-Cu_(2)O NPs stabilized the intermediate*CO and facilitated C–C coupling,leading to increased selectivity towards C_(2+) products.

Bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of jaw(BRONJ)is characterized by impaired osteogenic differentiation of orofacial bone marrow stromal cells(BMSCs).Corin has recently been demonstrated to act as a key regulator in bone development and orthopedic ***,the role of corin in BRONJ-related BMSCs dysfunction remains unclarified.A m6A epitranscriptomic microarray study from our group shows that the CORIN gene is significantly upregulated and m6A hypermethylated during orofacial BMSCs osteogenic *** knockdown inhibits BMSCs osteogenic differentiation,whereas corin overexpression or soluble corin(sCorin)exerts a promotion ***,corin expression is negatively regulated by bisphosphonates(BPs).Corin overexpression or sCorin reverses BPs-impaired BMSCs differentiation ***,we find altered expression of phos-ERK in corin knockdown/overexpression BMSCs and BMSCs under sCorin ***98059(a selective ERK inhibitor)blocks the corin-mediated promotion *** regard to the high methylation level of corin during osteogenic differentiation,we apply a non-selective m6A methylase inhibitor,Cycloleucine,which also blocks the corin-mediated promotion ***,we demonstrate that METTL7A modulates corin m6A modification and reverses BPs-impaired BMSCs function,indicating that METTL7A regulates corin expression and thus contributes to orofacial BMSCs differentiation *** conclude,our study reveals that corin reverses BPs-induced BMSCs dysfunction,and METTL7A-mediated corin m6A modification underlies corin promotion of osteogenic differentiation via the ERK *** hope this brings new insights into future clinical treatments for BRONJ.
