Testosterone is closely associated with lipid metabolism and known to affect body fat composition and muscle mass in ***,the mechanisms by which testosterone acts on lipid metabolism are not yet fully understood,especially in *** this study,cyp17a1-/-zebrafish(Danio rerio)exhibited excessive visceral adipose tissue(VAT),lipid content,and up-regulated expression and activity of hepatic de novo lipogenesis(DNL)*** assay for transposase accessible chromatinwithsequencing(ATAC-seq)results demonstrated that chromatin accessibility of DNL genes was increased in cyp17a1-/-fish compared to cyp17a1+/+male fish,including stearoyl-CoA desaturase(scd)and fatty acid synthase(fasn).Androgen response element(ARE)motifs in the androgen signaling pathway were significantly enriched in cyp17a1+/+male fish but not in cyp17a1-/-*** androgen receptor(ar)-/-and wildtype(WT)zebrafish administered with Ar antagonist flutamide displayed excessive visceral adipose tissue,lipid content,and up-regulated expression and activity of hepatic de novo lipogenesis *** Ar agonist BMs-564929 reduced the content of VAT and lipid content,and down-regulated acetyl-CoA carboxylase a(acaca),fasn,and scd ***,the rescue effect of testosterone on cyp17a1-/-fish in terms of phenotypes was abolished when ar was additionally ***,these findings reveal that testosterone inhibits lipid deposition by down-regulating DNL genes via Ar in zebrafish,thus expanding our understanding of the relationship between testosterone and lipid metabolism in teleosts.

Comparative analysis of the microbiome of sympatric wintering Bean Geese,Domestic Ducks,humans,and soil at shengjin Lake of China reveals potential public risk to human health

The gut microbiota of migratory waterbirds is affected by various complex factors,including cross-species transmission,which increases the risk of pathogen spreading among sympatric animals and poses a potential public health risk to *** this study,we investigated the microbial communities of wintering Bean Geese(Anser fabalis),Domestic Ducks(*** domesticus),humans,and soil us.ng high-throughput sequencing of the 16s rRNA gene region in shengjin Lake,*** total,6,046,677 clean reads were obtained,representing 41,119 operational taxonomic units(OTUs)across the four *** dominant microbial phyla were the Proteobacteria,Firmicutes,Bacteroidota,and *** sorensen similarity index and alpha and beta diversity results showed that the gut microbial communities of Bean Geese and Domestic Ducks were more similar to those of the other *** analysis revealed that Faecalibacterium prausnitzii,Pseudomonas fragi,and Bradyrhizobium elkanii were hubs of the three major *** common microbiomes were iden-tified in Bean Geese,Domestic Ducks,humans,and soil in shengjin Lake.A total of 96 potential pathogens were identified among the four groups,with 20 specific potentially pathogenic microbiomes found in the gut of Bean *** of these pathogens are responsible for significant financial losses in the poultry industry and pose risks to human *** pneumoniae,Morganella morganii,Escherichia coli,and Ralstonia insidiosa are potential core pathogens found in the four groups at shengjin Lake that can cause diseases in humans and an-imals and facilitate cross-species transmission through various ***,humans are at risk of con-tracting these pathogens from migratory birds because of their frequent contact with domestic ***,further studies are required to explore the potential pathogenic species and transmission pathways among sympatric wintering Bean Geese,Domestic Ducks,humans,and soil.

To effectively estimate the unknown aerodynamic parameters from the aircraft’s flight data,this paper proposes a novel aerodynamic parameter estimation method incorporating a stacked Long short-Term Memory(LsTM)network model and the Levenberg-Marquardt(LM)*** stacked LsTM network model was designed to realize the aircraft dynamics modeling by utilizing a frame of nonlinear functional mapping based entirely on the measured input-output data of the aircraft system without requiring explicit postulation of the *** LM method combines the already-trained LsTM network model to optimize the unknown aerodynamic *** proposed method is applied by us.ng the real flight data,generated by ATTAs aircraft and a bio-inspired morphing Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV).The investigation reveals that for the two different flight data,the designed stacked LsTM network structure can maintain the efficacy of the network prediction capability only by appropriately adjusting the dropout rates of its hidden layers without changing other network parameters(i.e.,the initial weights,initial biases,number of hidden cells,time-steps,learning rate,and number of training iterations).Besides,the proposed method’s effectiveness and potential are demonstrated by comparing the estimated results of the ATTAs aircraft or the bio-inspired morphing UAV with the corresponding reference values or wind-tunnel results.

BACKGROUND Presently,there is no established standard anti-blood clot therapy for patients facing acute myocardial infarction(AMI)complicated by left ventricular thrombus(LVT).While vitamin K antagonists are the preferred choice for oral blood thinning,determining the best course of blood-thinning medication remains *** is unclear if non-vitamin K antagonist oral blood thinners have different effectiveness in treating *** study significantly contributes to the medical *** sUMMARY The blood-thinning treatment of a patient with AMI and LVT was *** blood-thinning therapy included daily enteric-coated aspirin tablets at 0.1 g,daily clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate at 75 mg,and dabigatran etexilate at 110 mg twice *** 15 d,the patient’s LVT did not decrease but instead *** pharmacists comprehensively analyzed the cases from the perspective of the patient’s disease status and drug *** drug regimen was reformulated for the patient,replacing dabigatran etexilate with warfarin,and was administered for six *** clinical pharmacist provided the patient with professional and standardized pharmaceutical *** patient’s condition was discharged after meeting the international normalized ratio value(2-3)*** patient fully complied with the follow-up,and the time in the therapeutic range was 78.57%,with no serious adverse effects during pharmaceutical *** Warfarin proves to be an effective drug for patients with AMI complicated by LVT,and its blood-thinning course lasts for six months.

Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder(NMOsD)is an autoimmune inflammatory demyelinating disease of the central nervous system(CNs)accompanied by blood-brain barrier(BBB)*** in microglial lipid metabolism is believed to be closely associated with the neuropathology of ***,there is limited evidence on the functional relevance of circulating lipids in CNs demyelination,cellular metabolism,and microglial ***,we found that serum low-density lipoprotein(LDL)was positively correlated with markers of neurological damage in NMOsD *** addition,we demonstrated in a mouse model of NMOsD that LDL penetrates the CNs through the leaky BBB,directly activating *** activation leads to excessive phagocytosis of myelin debris,inhibition of lipid metabolism,and increased glycolysis,ultimately exacerbating myelin *** also found that therapeutic interventions aimed at reducing circulating LDL effectively reversed the lipid metabolic dysfunction in microglia and mitigated the demyelinating injury in *** findings shed light on the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying the positive correlation between serum LDL and neurological damage,highlighting the potential therapeutic target for lowering circulating lipids to alleviate the acute demyelinating injury in NMOsD.

Previous carbene insertion to C–H bonds of 1,3-azoles relied on metal carbene species. Herein, we report a metal-free C（sp2）–H bond functionalization of 1,3-azoles with trifluoroacetylsilanes. The reaction features mild conditions, broad substrate scope and wide functional group tolerance. The mechanistic study supports that the success of the reaction is probably attributed to the dual roles of trifluoroacetylsilanes under the photocatalyzed conditions: generating carbenes which undergo cyclopropanation and generating biradicals which promote ring-opening aromatization of the in situ generated fused cyclopropanes.

Polyelectrolyte brushes(PEBs)are commonly used to modify surface that have attracted great research *** dielectric permittivity of the grafted surface is typically significantly different from that of solution,which results in surface polarization(sP)effect with a jump of electric *** is thus important to study how sP alters the PEB’s structure and *** this work,the sP effects on PEB structure was studied us.ng a statistical thermodynamic *** free energy functional to describe sP effect was constructed by us.ng the image-charge ***,the electrostatic potential was solved from a modified Poisson-Boltzmann equation taking the ion solvation effect into *** the absence of sP,the thickness of PEB exhibited a continuous collapse transition when decreas.ng the solvent *** the presence of sP,the collapse became a jump-like *** energy analysis showed that the long-range Coulombic interaction dominated the transition because of the enhanced counterion condensation in the presence of *** theory provides an effective tool to study sP effect on PEBs,and the results explain the underlying physics in PEB collapse transition.

Us.ng Improved Particle swarm Optimization Algorithm for Location Problem of Drone Logistics Hub

Drone logistics is a novel method of distribution that will become *** advantageous location of the logistics hub enables quicker customer deliveries and lower fuel consumption,resulting in cost savings for the company’s transportation *** firms must discern the ideal location for establishing a logistics hub,which is challenging due to the simplicity of existing models and the intricate delivery *** simulate the drone logistics environment,this study presents a new mathematical *** model not only retains the aspects of the current models,but also considers the degree of transportation difficulty from the logistics hub to the village,the capacity of drones for transportation,and the distribution of logistics hub ***,this paper proposes an improved particle swarm optimization(PsO)algorithm which is a diversity-based hybrid PsO(DHPsO)algorithm to solve this *** DHPsO,the Gaussian random walk can enhance global search in the model space,while the bubble-net attacking strategy can speed ***,Archimedes spiral strategy is employed to overcome the local optima trap in the model and improve the exploitation of the *** maintains a balance between exploration and exploitation while better defining the distribution of logistics hub locations Numerical experiments show that the newly proposed model always achieves better locations than the current *** DHPsO with other state-of-the-art intelligent algorithms,the efficiency of the scheme can be improved by 42.58%.This means that logistics companies can reduce distribution costs and consumers can enjoy a more enjoyable shopping experience by us.ng DHPsO’s location *** the results show the location of the drone logistics hub is solved by DHPsO effectively.
