Objective Diabetic foot ulcer(DFU)is one of the most serious complications of ***-and platelet-rich fibrin(L-PRF)is a second-generation autologous platelet-rich *** study aims to investigate the clinical effects of L-PRF in patients with diabetes in real clinical *** Patients with DFU who received L-PRF treatment and standard of care(SOC)from 2018 to 2019 in Tongji Hospital were *** clinical information including patient characteristics,wound evaluation(area,severity,infection,blood supply),SOC of DFU,and images of ulcers was retrospectively extracted and analyzed.L-PRF treatment was performed every 7±2 days until the ulcer exhibited complete epithelialization or an overall percent volume reduction(PVR)greater than 80%.Therapeutic effectiveness,including overall PVR and the overall and weekly healing rates,was *** Totally,26 patients with DFU were enrolled,and they had an ulcer duration of 47.0(35.0,72.3)*** severity and infection of ulcers varied,as indicated by the Site,Ischemia,Neuropathy,Bacterial Infection,and Depth(SINBAD)scores of 2–6,Wagner grades of 1–4,and the Perfusion,Extent,Depth,Infection and Sensation(PEDIS)scores of 2–*** initial ulcer volume before L-PRF treatment was 4.94(1.50,13.83)cm3,and the final ulcer volume was 0.35(0.03,1.76)*** median number of L-PRF doses was 3(2,5).A total of 11 patients achieved complete epithelialization after the fifth week of treatment,and 19 patients achieved at least an 80%volume reduction after the seventh *** overall wound-healing rate was 1.47(0.63,3.29)cm3/week,and the healing rate was faster in the first 2 weeks than in the remaining *** treatment did not change the percentage of complete epithelialization or healing *** Adding L-PRF to SOC significantly improved wound healing in patients with DFU independent of the ankle brachial index,SINBAD score,or Wagner grade,indicating that this method is appropriate for D

Optical enhanced interferometry with two-mode squeezed twin-Fock states and parity detection

We theoretically investigate the quantum enhanced metrology using two-mode squeezed twin-Fock states and parity detection. Our results indicate that, for a given initial squeezing parameter, compared with the two-mode squeezed vacuum state, both phase sensitivity and resolution can be enhanced when the two-mode squeezed twin-Fock state is considered as an input state of a Mach–Zehnder interferometer. Within a constraint on the total photon number, although the two-mode squeezed vacuum state gives the better phase sensitivity when the phase shift φ to be estimated approaches to zero, the phase sensitivity offered by these non-Gaussian entangled Gaussian states is relatively stable with respect to the phase shift itself. When the phase shift slightly deviates from φ= 0, the phase sensitivity can be still enhanced by the two-mode squeezed twin-Fock state over a broad range of the total mean photon number where the phase uncertainty is still below the quantum standard noise limit. Finally, we numerically prove that the quantum Cramer–Rao bound can be approached with the parity detection.

Application of Bipartite Entangled States to Quantum Mechanical Version of Complex Wavelet Transforms

We introduce the bipartite entangled states to present a quantum mechanical version of complex wavelet transform. Using the technique of integral within an ordered product of operators we show that the complex wavelet transform can be studied in terms of various quantum state vectors in two-mode Fock space. In this way the creterion for mother wavelet can be examined quantum-mechanically and therefore more deeply.

Macular changes of neuromyelitis optica through spectral-domain optical coherence tomography

AIM： To evaluate the thickness of the retinal layers in the macula using spectral-domain optical coherence tomography（SD-OCT） in patients with neuromyelitis optica（NMO）. METHODS： Spectralis SD-OCT, utilizing automated macular layer segmentation, was performed in 26 NMO patients and 26 healthy controls. Visual function including visual field tests and pattern visual evoked potential were recorded in study ***： Forty-one eyes from 26 NMO patients and52 eyes from 26 age- and sex-matched healthy controls were included. Besides total macular volume, peri-paipillary retinal nerve fiber layer（RNFL） thickness, the thickness of macular RNFL, ganglion cell layer（GCL） and inner plexiform layer（IPL） were also significantly reduced in NMO patients compared to those inhealthy controls（P 〈0.000）. No differences were found in the thickness of macular inner nuclear layer（INL）, outer plexiform layer（OPL）, and outer nuclear layer（ONL） between the two groups. Reversely, the outer retinal layer（ORL） was shown to be thicker in NMO than controls（P 〈0.05）.Compared with the peri-papillary RNFL thickness, the GCL thickness was demonstrated to correlate with visual function ***： The study provides in vivo evidence of retinal neural loss in NMO patients and demonstrates abetter structure-function correlation between retinal ganglion cell and visual function than peri-papillary RNFL does. In addition, no evidence of primary neural damage is found. Besides, the photoreceptor cells and retinal pigments epithelial（RPE） cells presumably proliferated in compensation in NMO after retinal neural loss.

Synthesis, structure and photocatalysis properties of two 3D Isostructural Ln (Ⅲ)-MOFs based 2,6-Pyridinedicarboxylic acid

Two new 3 D metal-organic frameworks（MOFs） named [Pr2（PDA）3-3 H2 O]-H2 O（1） and[Nd2（PDA）3-3 H2 O] H2 O（2） [2,6-Pyridinedicarboxylic acid（H2 PDA）] were synthesized by solvothermal method. They were characterized by elemental analyses（EA）, infrared spectroscopy（FT-IR）, thermogravimetric analysis（TG）, photocatalysis performance and single crystal X-ray diffraction studies（XRD）.The XRD analysis indicated that MOFs（1） and（2） both belong to the monoclinic system with space group P2（1）/C. The structural model were drawn by the diamond software, and the structure revel that MOFs（1） and（2） adopt three-dimensional（3 D） frameworks constructed by cross-linking of one-dimensional（1 D） infinite chain secondary building unit（SBU） by 2,6-Pyridinedicarboxylic acid and hydrogen bond as linker. These frameworks feature channels inside which coordinated H20 solvent molecules are located. Thermogravimetric analysis showed that both MOFs are thermally stable, the photocatalytic evaluation showed the materials have a good prospect in degration methylene blue. As for complex1, the decomposition efficiency of Methylene blue was about 91.08% after 130 min and the complex 2 reach 90.45% after 160 min under the sun light.

The Number of Nonseparable Maps on the Projective Plane

In this paper, we study the rooted nonseparable maps on the sphere and the projective plane with the valency of root-face and the number of edges as parameters. Explicit expression of enumerating functions are obtained for such maps on the sphere and the projective plane. A parametric expression of the generating function is obtained for such maps on the projective plane, from which asymptotic evaluations are derived. Moreover, if the number of edges is sufficiently large, then almost all nonseparable maps on the projective plane are not triangulation.

Antimony-doped tin hydroxide colloid precipitates have been synthesized by hydrolysis of SnCl4 and SbCl3 using：（1） an ion-exchange hydrolysis to remove chlorine ions, and （2） isoamyl acetate as an azeotropic solvent to obviate water. The obtained dried powder is of high dispersivity without any need for further grinding. The size and dispersivity of the final particles are investigated with the aid of TG-DTA, BET, XRD and TEM. After having calcined, the antimony-doped tin oxide nanopowder possesses a tetragonal rutile structure with high dispersivity, uniform particles and low hard agglomeration.

背景非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)已成为全球重大公共卫生问题.探寻生物标志物用于NAFLD的预防监测和临床评估,对于临床靶向防治具有指导意义.炎症与NAFLD间关联复杂,探索NAFLD相关炎症标志物,有助于阐明致病机制.目的本研究基于美国国家健康和营养调查(National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey,NHANES)数据库的数据,探究炎症标志物中性粒细胞-白蛋白比值(neutrophil to albumin ratio,NAR)与NAFLD的潜在关联.方法选取NHANES数据库2017-2018参与者数据集.根据有无发生NAFLD分为NAFLD组、非NAFLD组.比较两组临床资料;采用Logistic多模型回归分析探索NAR与NAFLD相关性;进一步通过限制性立方样条(restricted cubic spline,RCS)及阈值效应分析探索潜在拐点.结果最终纳入了4526名参与者,其中NAFLD患者有1503例.NAFLD组NAR水平高于非NAFLD组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间性别、年龄、体质指数、吸烟状况、高血压、降压药使用、糖尿病、降糖药使用、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、血尿素氮、肌酸酐、尿酸、甘油三酯、总胆固醇等水平差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),这些变量进入矫正模型.在无矫正的模型1中,NAR水平与NAFLD的发生风险有关(OR=2.154);在矫正不同变量的模型2(OR=1.375)、模型3(OR=1.693)、及模型4(OR=1.817)中,两者间仍具有独立相关性(均P<0.05).RCS曲线显示,NAR与NAFLD之间存在非线性关系(P_(for overall)<0.001,P_(for nonlinear)<0.001).阈值效应分析显示,NAR影响NAFLD的拐点为1.436,当NAR低于1.436时,NAR每增加一个单位,NAFLD发生风险增加3.304倍(OR=3.304;95%CI:2.649-4.122;P<0.001).但本研究尚未发现NAR在区别非酒精性脂肪性肝炎中的潜在价值.结论NAR与NAFLD发生风险独立相关;当NAR水平低于1.436时,NAFLD发生风险随NAR水平升高而增加.

Association between plasma immunoproteasome and 90-day prognosis after first-ever ischemic stroke

Many blood biomarkers are reportedly helpful for predicting post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI),but no biomarkers are widely used in clinical *** purpose of this study was to investigate the association between the plasma immunoproteasome and patients’90-day prognosis after first-ever acute ischemic *** our prospective,single-center study,259 patients with first-ever acute ischemic stroke were enrolled from the Department of Neurology,Fujian Provincial Hospital,China,from March to September *** these,27 patients(10.4%)had unfavorable outcomes as assessed by the Modified Rankin Scale(scores of 3–6).The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score on admission,plasma N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-pro-BNP)levels,and immunopro-teasome subunit(low molecular mass peptide[LMP]2,LMP5,and LMP7)levels were significantly higher in the unfavorable outcome group than in the favorable outcome *** predict unfavorable outcomes,the optimal cutoff points were National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score>12,NT-pro-BNP level>1883.5 pg/mL,and LMP2 level>841.4 pg/*** the 193 patients that were able to complete the Mini-Mental State Examination at 90 days poststroke,66 patients(34.2%)had *** levels of NT-pro-BNP and LMP2 were higher in patients with PSCI than in those without *** predict PSCI,the optimal cutoff values were age>70.5 years and LMP2 level>630.5 pg/*** findings indicate that plasma LMP2 may serve as a new prognostic biomarker of poor outcome and PSCI at 90 days after *** study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Fujian Provincial Hospital,Provincial Clinical Medical College of Fujian Medical University(approval No.K2014-01-003)on January 15,2014.
