The Chang＇e-3 （CE-3） mission is China＇s first exploration mission on the surface of the Moon that uses a lander and a rover. Eight instruments that form the scientific payloads have the following objectives：（1） investigate the morphological features and geological structures at the landing site; （2） integrated in-situ analysis of minerals and chemical compositions; （3） integrated exploration of the structure of the lunar interior; （4） exploration of the lunar-terrestrial space environment, lunar sur- face environment and acquire Moon-based ultraviolet astronomical observations. The Ground Research and Application System （GRAS） is in charge of data acquisition and pre-processing, management of the payload in orbit, and managing the data products and their applications. The Data Pre-processing Subsystem （DPS） is a part of GRAS. The task of DPS is the pre-processing of raw data from the eight instruments that are part of CE-3, including channel processing, unpacking, package sorting, calibration and correction, identification of geographical location, calculation of probe azimuth angle, probe zenith angle, solar azimuth angle, and solar zenith angle and so on, and conducting quality checks. These processes produce Level 0, Level 1 and Level 2 data. The computing platform of this subsystem is comprised of a high-performance computing cluster, including a real-time subsystem used for processing Level 0 data and a post-time subsystem for generating Level 1 and Level 2 data. This paper de- scribes the CE-3 data pre-processing method, the data pre-processing subsystem, data classification, data validity and data products that are used for scientific studies.

The Ti6Al4V alloy castings were produced by the investment casting process, and the hot isostatic pressing(HIP) was used to remove shrinkage from castings. The processing pressure and holding time for HIP were 150 MPa and 20 min, respectively. Four different HIP temperatures were tested, including 750 ℃, 850 ℃, 920 ℃ and 950 ℃. To evaluate the effects of temperature on densification and microstructure of Ti6Al4V alloy treated by HIP, non-destructive testing and metallographic observation was performed. The experimental results show that the shrinkage was completely closed at 920 ℃ and 950 ℃. The densification of Ti6Al4V alloy increased as the HIP temperature increased below 920 ℃. The lamel ae were more uniform, the thickness of lamel ae was obviously broadened and the structure was coarsen. Besides, the Norton creep equation was used to simulate the effect of different temperatures on the densification of Ti6Al4V alloy during HIP. The simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental results. It was also found that 920 ℃ is a suitable temperature for HIP for Ti6Al4V alloy.

Standard chemotherapy regimens for remission induction of pediatric acute myeloid leukemia(AML) are associated with significant morbidity and mortality. We performed a cohort study to determine the impact of reducing the intensity of remission induction chemotherapy on the outcomes of selected children with AML treated with a low-dose induction regimen plus granulocyte colony stimulating factor(G-CSF)(low-dose chemotherapy(LDC)/G-CSF). Complete response(CR) after two induction courses was attained in 87.0%(40/46) of patients receiving LDC/G-CSF. Post-remission therapy was offered to all patients, and included standard consolidation and/or stem cell transplantation. During the study period, an additional 94 consecutive children with AML treated with standard chemotherapy(SDC) for induction(80/94(85.1%) of the patients attained CR after induction Ⅱ, P = 0.953) and post-remission. In this non-randomized study, there were no significant differences in 4-year event-free(67.4 vs. 70.7%; P = 0.99)and overall(70.3 vs. 74.6%, P = 0.69) survival in the LDC/G-CSF and SDC cohorts, respectively. After the first course of induction, recovery of white blood cell(WBC) and platelet counts were significantly faster in patients receiving LDC/G-CSF than in those receiving SDC(11.5 vs. 18.5 d for WBCs(P ained hematological CR after two courses of LDC/G-CSF(n = 9) or SDC(n = 11), all of the mutations were below the reference value(variant allelic frequency <2.5%) after two courses, irrespective of the treatment group. In conclusion, children with AML receiving LDC/G-CSF appear to have similar outcomes and mutation clearance levels, but significantly lower toxicity than those receiving SDC. Dear Editor, PD-L1, also known as CD274, plays a vital role in tumor cell related immune escape. It can be expressed on the cell surface of many solid tumors （Brahmer et al., 2012） and inhibits T cell proliferation and cytokine production by bind- ing to the Tcell surface receptor programmed death 1 （PD-1） or B7-1 （McClanahan et al., 2015）. In 2013, targeting PD-1/ PD-L1 signaling for cancer immunotherapy was selected as the No.1 scientific breakthrough of the year by the editors of Science. Interferons （IFNs） are a group of pleiotropic cytokines, demonstrated anti-viral, anti-tumor, and immune regulatory functions （York et al., 2015）. Type I interferon binds a heterodimeric receptor composed of IFNAR1 and IFNAR2. This activates a canonical JAK/STAT signaling pathway that ultimately induces a set of interferon-stimulated genes to exert its biological activity （Ejlerskov et al., 2015）. Recently, PD-L1 was reported to be downstream of IFN signaling in human oral squamous carcinoma, melanoma, and human acute myeloid leukemia blast cells （Chen et al., 2012; Furuta et al., 2014; Kronig et al., 2014）.

目的:比较倒千里光碱(retrorsine)对小鼠与大鼠肝损伤后肝细胞增殖的影响,探讨应用retrorsine建立小鼠肝细胞移植模型的可行性。方法:雄性小鼠和大鼠均各自分为retrorsine处理组和生理盐水注射组(未处理组),每组30只。Retrorsine处理组动物分别接受2次(间隔2周)retrorsine注射(小鼠剂量为70 mg/kg,大鼠剂量为30 mg/kg);未处理组用生理盐水代替retrors-ine。末次注射4周后,所有的动物均予CCl4注射(0.5 mg/kg),分别在CCl4注射前即刻(记为0时)、注射后第1、2、3、4、6和15天取动物肝组织样本。H-E染色检查动物肝组织病理学变化,Ki-67染色检测动物肝细胞增殖情况。结果:H-E染色发现retrors-ine处理组大鼠肝组织出现明显的巨细胞增多、小胆管增生和小肝细胞增生并形成结节,而未处理组大鼠未出现这些表现,两组间有显著差异;然而,retrorsine处理组及未处理组小鼠肝组织均表现为肝细胞变性、肝小叶中央静脉周围区坏死,未出现巨细胞增生,两组表现类似。Retrorsine处理组大鼠Ki-67染色阳性肝细胞主要出现在小肝细胞结节中,CCl4注射后第3天Ki-67染色阳性肝细胞数明显少于未处理组(P<0.05);而retrorsine处理组小鼠Ki-67阳性细胞计数几乎在各时间点均高于未处理组,尤其在CCl4注射后第4天(P<0.001),两组变化趋势一致。结论:应用retrorsine可明显抑制大鼠肝损伤后肝细胞增殖,适用于建立大鼠肝细胞移植模型;retrorsine对小鼠肝损伤后肝细胞增殖无明显抑制作用,不适用于建立小鼠肝细胞移植模型。

Objective To evaluate the associations between the serum anion gap （AG） with the severity and prognosis of coronary artery disease （CAD）. Methods We measured serum electrolytes in 18,115 CAD patients indicated by coronary angiography. The serum AG was calculated according to the equation： AG = Na^＋ [（mmol/L）＋ K^＋（mmol/L）] - [Cl^- （mmol/L）＋ HCO3^- （mmol/L）]. Results A total of 4510 （24.9%） participants had their AG levels greater than 16 mmol/L. The serum AG was independently associated with measures of CAD severity, including more severe clinical types of CAD （P 〈 0.001） and worse cardiac function （P = 0.004）. Patients in the 4th quartile of serum AG （≥ 15.92 mmol/L） had a 5.171-fold increased risk of 30 days all-cause death （P 〈 0.001）. This association was robust, even after adjustment for age, sex, evaluated glomerular filtration rate [hazard ratio （HR）： 4.861, 95% confidence interval （CI）： 2.150–10.993, P 〈 0.001], clinical diagnosis, severity of coronary artery stenosis, cardiac function grades, and other confounders （HR： 3.318, 95% CI： 1.76–2.27, P = 0.009）. Conclusion In this large population-based study, our findings reveal a high percentage of increased serum AG in CAD. Higher AG is associated with more severe clinical types of CAD and worse cardiac function. Furthermore, the increased serum AG is an independent, significant, and strong predictor of all-cause mortality. These findings support a role for the serum AG in the risk-stratification of CAD.
