AIM:To explore the effects of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)on retinal pigment epithelium(RPE)cell ***:The human adult retinal pigment epithelial cell line-19(ARPE-19)were treated by HGF or mesenchymalepithelial transition factor(MET)inhibitor SU11274 in *** viability was detected by a Cell Counting Kit-8 *** proliferation and motility was detected by a bromodeoxyuridine incorporation assay and a wound healing assay,*** expression levels of MET,phosphorylated MET,protein kinase B(AKT),and phosphorylated AKT proteins were determined by Western blot *** MET and phosphorylated MET proteins were also determined by immunofluorescence ***:HGF increased ARPE-19 cells’viability,proliferation and migration,and induced an increase of phosphorylated MET and phosphorylated AKT ***11274 significantly reduced cell viability,proliferation,and migration and decreased the expression of MET and AKT ***11274 suppressed HGF-induced increase of viability,proliferation,and migration in ARPE-19 ***,SU11274 also blocked HGF-induced phosphorylation of MET and AKT ***:HGF enhances cellular viability,proliferation,and migration in RPE cells through the MET/AKT signaling pathway,whereas this enhancement is suppressed by the MET inhibitor ***-induced MET/AKT signaling might be a vital contributor of RPE cells survival.

AIM:To explore the effect of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)inhibition by erlotinib and EGFR siRNA on epidermal growth factor(EGF)-induced activation of retinal pigment epithelium(RPE)***:Human RPE cell line(ARPE-19 cells)was activated by 100 ng/mL *** and EGFR siRNA were used to intervene EGF *** viability,proliferation,and migration were detected by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT)assay,bromodeoxyuridine(BrdU)staining assay and wound healing assay,***/protein kinase B(AKT)pathway proteins and N-cadherin,α-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA),and vimentin were tested by Western blot *** was also determined by immunofluorescence ***:EGF treatment for 24h induced a significant increase of ARPE-19 cells’viability,proliferation and migration,phosphorylation of EGFR/AKT proteins,and decreased total EGFR *** suppressed ARPE-19 cells’viability,proliferation and migration through down regulating total EGFR and AKT protein *** also inhibited EGF-induced an increase of proliferative and migrative ability in ARPE-19 cells and clearly suppressed EGF-induced EGFR/AKT proteins phosphorylation and decreased expression of N-cadherin,α-SMA,and vimentin ***,EGFR inhibition by EGFR siRNA significantly affected EGF-induced an increase of cell proliferation,viability,and migration,phosphorylation of EGFR/AKT proteins,and up-regulation of N-cadherin,α-SMA,and vimentin ***:Erlotinib and EGFR-knockdown suppress EGF-induced cell viability,proliferation,and migration via EGFR/AKT pathway in RPE *** inhibition may be a possible therapeutic approach for proliferative vitreoretinopathy(PVR).

3-dB couplers,which are commonly used in photonic integrated circuits for on-chip information processing,precision measurement,and quantum computing,face challenges in achieving robust performance due to their limited 3-dB bandwidths and sensitivity to fabrication *** address this,we introduce topological physics to nanophotonics,developing a framework for topological 3-dB *** couplers exhibit broad working wavelength range and robustness against fabrication dimensional *** leveraging valley-Hall topology and mirror symmetry,the photonic-crystal-slab couplers achieve ideal 3-dB splitting characterized by a wavelength-insensitive scattering *** analysis confirms the superiority on broad bandwidth of 48 nm and robust splitting against dimensional errors of 20 *** further propose a topological interferometer for on-chip distance measurement,which also exhibits robustness against dimensional *** extension of topological principles to the fields of interferometers,may open up new possibilities for constructing robust wavelength division multiplexing,temperature-drift-insensitive sensing,and optical coherence tomography applications.

BACKGROUND Imatinib(IMA)has received approval as the primary treatment for gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST).Nonetheless,approximately half of the patients with advanced GIST show disease advancement following IMA ***,the efficacy of secondary and tertiary medications in addressing various GIST secondary mutations is somewhat ***,there is a significant medical demand for the creation of kinase inhibitors that extensively block secondary drug-resistant mutations in advanced ***(RPT)is a new,switch-control tyrosine kinase inhibitors that can suppress different mutations of KIT and PDGFRA via a dual mechanism of *** To investigate the literature on RPT to assess an effective,safe,and successful treatment strategy against advanced *** The present systematic review and meta-analysis was performed in accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses ***,Embase,Cochrane,Web of Science and *** databases were screened from January 1,2003 to May 1,*** A total of 4 studies were included,with a total of 507 patients *** objective response rate(ORR)of the RPT-treated advanced GIST was 17%(95%CI:0.11-0.27),while the disease control rate(DCR)was 66%(95%CI:0.59-0.73).The overall occurrence of adverse events with varying degrees was 97%(95%CI:0.93-1),whereas that of grade≥3 adverse reactions was 42%(95%CI:0.28-0.63).The sensitivity analysis revealed that omitting some studies did not yield statistically notable variances in the aggregate data regarding the ORR,DCR,and the occurrence of adverse events of grade 3 or *** publication bias was absent because no significant asymmetry was observed in Begg’s funnel plot in all *** RPT has favorable efficacy profiles in GIST patients,but the adverse reactions are obvious,and patient management needs to be strengthened to achieve better safety and tolerability.

能谷光子晶体是研究拓扑光子学的重要平台之一,基于能谷光子晶体的新型光波导支持抗散射传输的能谷依赖边界态,提高了波导中的急弯传输效率,为光信息高效传输提供了新思路.另一方面,对称性在拓扑学和光子晶体研究中具有重要的物理意义和研究价值.例如,能谷光子晶体在破缺空间反演对称性的情况下表现出类量子能谷霍尔效应.目前,大多数能谷光子晶体具有C3对称性,而具有更低对称性的能谷光子晶体是否能够支持拓扑光传输仍然需要研究.本文通过调整能谷光子晶体的原胞形貌,构建了低对称性能谷光子晶体,并研究了其边界态的传输特性.研究结果表明,相对于C3对称性能谷光子晶体,低对称性能谷光子晶体的光子禁带变窄,但其边界态仍然能够实现单向激发以及抗散射传输.这一发现丰富了拓扑光子结构的多样性,为在低对称性结构中寻找拓扑保护光传输行为提供了指导.

为揭示船用长冲程低速柴油机健康状态下的振动特征,采用小波包能量谱(Wavelet Packet Energy Spectrum, WPES)和改进的总体平均经验模态分解(Modified Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition, MEEMD)结合的特征提取方法,对典型推进工况下低速机的表面振动信号进行3层小波包分解和重构。通过对能量占比较大的节点采用MEEMD方法进行分解,获得IMF1分量频谱。研究结果表明,在40%以下的较低发动机负荷时,各单次燃烧循环的振动波动较小,振动幅值基本一致。提升至50%以上发动机负荷时,燃烧引起振动波动明显增强。50%工况下,中高频能量占总能量的41.51%,为主要振动源。

本文选取2004—2023年间CNKI数据库中1716条与留守儿童教育问题相关的文献,运用CiteSpace和VOSviewer可视化软件,依次对发文时间、高影响力机构分布、作者分布、关键词共现聚类和突发检测分析进行研究,获取留守儿童教育研究的研究力量、研究热点、演化趋势及阶段特征。研究表明:自2004年以来,我国留守儿童教育问题的研究热点集中于农村留守儿童、流动儿童、心理健康和义务教育四个方面。研究结论显示,留守儿童教育问题的研究,聚焦于顶层设计,研究方向紧密贴合政策方向;未来的研究可重点关注政策工具、家校政联动、教育公平以及留守儿童的社会适应研究。
