Objective:To investigate the protective effects of stir-fried Semen Armeniacae Amarum(SAA)against aristolochic acidⅠ(AAⅠ)-induced nephrotoxicity and DNA adducts and elucidate the underlying mechanism involved for ensuring the safe use of Asari Radix et ***:In vitro,HEK293T cells overexpressing Flag-tagged multidrug resistance-associated protein 3(MRP3)were constructed by Lentiviral transduction,and inhibitory effect of top 10 common pairs of medicinal herbs with Asari Radix et Rhizoma in clinic on MRP3 activity was verified using a self-constructed fluorescence screening *** m RNA,protein expressions,and enzyme activity levels of NAD(P)H quinone dehydrogenase 1(NQO1)and cytochrome P4501A2(CYP1A2)were measured in differentiated Hepa RG *** toxicity after inhibition of AAⅠmetabolite transport was detected using cell counting kit-8 *** vivo,C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups according to a random number table,including:control(1%sodium bicarbonate),AAⅠ(10 mg/kg),stir-fried SAA(1.75 g/kg)and AAⅠ+stir-fried SAA(1.75 and 8.75 g/kg)groups,6 mice in each *** 7 days of continuous gavage administration,liver and kidney damages were assessed,and the protein expressions and enzyme activity of liver metabolic enzymes NQO1 and CYP1A2 were determined ***:In vivo,combination of 1.75 g/kg SAA and 10 mg/kg AAⅠsuppressed AAⅠ-induced nephrotoxicity and reduced d A-Ali formation by 26.7%,and these detoxification effects in a dose-dependent manner(Pliver adducts(Pliver and kidney dam

Peripheral nerve injury (PNI) encompasses damage to nerves located outside the central nervous system, adversely affecting both motor and sensory functions. Although peripheral nerves possess an intrinsic capacity for self-repair, severe injuries frequently result in significant tissue loss and erroneous axonal junctions, thereby impeding complete recovery and potentially causing neuropathic pain. Various therapeutic strategies, including surgical interventions, biomaterials, and pharmacological agents, have been developed to enhance nerve repair processes. While preclinical studies in animal models have demonstrated the efficacy of certain pharmacological agents in promoting nerve regeneration and mitigating inflammation, only a limited number of these agents have been translated into clinical practice to expedite nerve regeneration. Chinese herb medicine (CHM) possesses a longstanding history in the treatment of various ailments and demonstrates potential efficacy in addressing PNI through its distinctive, cost-effective, and multifaceted methodologies. This review critically examines the advancements in the application of CHM for PNI treatment and nerve regeneration. In particular, we have summarized the most commonly employed and rigorously investigated CHM prescriptions, individual herbs, and natural products, elucidating their respective functions and underlying mechanisms in the context of PNI treatment. Furthermore, we have deliberated on the prospective development of CHM in both clinical practice and fundamental research.

Objective: To examine the effectiveness of Chinese medicine(CM) lianhua Qingwen Granule(LHQW) and Jingyin Gubiao Prescription(JYGB) in asymptomatic or mild patients with Omicron infection in the shelter hospital. Methods: This single-center retrospective cohort study was conducted in the largest shelter hospital in Shanghai, China, from April 10, 2022 to May 30, 2022. A total of 56,244 asymptomatic and mild Omicron cases were included and divided into 4 groups, i.e., non-administration group(23,702 cases), LHQW group(11,576 cases), JYGB group(12,112 cases), and dual combination of LHQW and JYGB group(8,854 cases). The length of stay(LOS) in the hospital was used to assess the effectiveness of LHQW and JYGB treatment on Omicron infection. Results: Patients aged 41–60 years, with nadir cycle threshold(CT) value of N gene linear regression showed that LHQW and JYGB treatment were independent influence factors of LOS(both Pbination and the other groups(Pbination therapy synergistically shortened LOS(P=0.032). Conclusions: Patients with a nadir CT value likely to accept CM. The LHQW/JYGB combination therapy could shorten the LOS of Omicron-infected individuals in an isolated environment.

Exo-atmospheric vehicles are constrained by limited maneuverability,which leads to the contradiction between evasive maneuver and precision *** address the problem of Integrated Evasion and Impact(IEI)decision under multi-constraint conditions,a hierarchical intelligent decision-making method based on Deep Reinforcement Learning(DRL)was ***,an intelligent decision-making framework of“DRL evasion decision”+“impact prediction guidance decision”was established:it takes the impact point deviation correction ability as the constraint and the maximum miss distance as the objective,and effectively solves the problem of poor decisionmaking effect caused by the large IEI decision ***,to solve the sparse reward problem faced by evasion decision-making,a hierarchical decision-making method consisting of maneuver timing decision and maneuver duration decision was proposed,and the corresponding Markov Decision Process(MDP)was designed.A detailed simulation experiment was designed to analyze the advantages and computational complexity of the proposed *** results show that the proposed model has good performance and low computational resource *** minimum miss distance is 21.3 m under the condition of guaranteeing the impact point accuracy,and the single decision-making time is 4.086 ms on an STM32F407 single-chip microcomputer,which has engineering application value.

Woodchip bioreactors are an eco-friendly technology for removing nitrogen(N)***,there needs to be more clarity regarding the dissolved organicmatter(DOM)characteristics and bacterial community succession mechanisms and their association with the N removal performance of *** laboratory woodchip bioreactors were continuously operated for 360 days under three influent N level treatments,and the results showed that the average removal rate of TN was 45.80 g N/(m3·day)when the influent N level was 100 mg N/L,which was better than 10 mg N/L and 50 mg N/*** succession of bacterial communities in response to influent N levels and DOM characteristics was an important driver of TN removal *** to high N levels enriched a copiotroph bacterial module(Module 1)detected by network analysis,including Phenylobacterium,Xanthobacteraceae,Burkholderiaceae,Pseudomonas,and Magnetospirillaceae,carrying N-cycle related genes for denitrification and ammonia assimilation by the rapid consumption of *** a process can increase carbon limitation to stimulate local organic carbon decomposition to enrich oligotrophswith fewer N-cycle potentials(Module 2).Together,this study reveals that the compositional change ofDOMand bacterial community succession are closely related to N removal performance,providing an ecological basis for developing techniques for N-rich effluent treatment.
