Background Scraping therapy is widely used in treating stage I and II essential hypertension in ***,there has been no systematic evaluation of the efficacy of scraping therapy on blood pressure and sleep quality in stage I and II essential *** strategy Seven electronic databases(PubMed,Scopus,Cochrane Library,Web of science,EBSCO,China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Wanfang Data electronic databases)were searched from inception to December *** on the principle of combining subject words with text words,the search strategy was constructed around search terms for“scraping therapy,”“scraping,”“Guasha,”“Gua sha,”“hypertension,”and“high blood pressure”during the database *** criteria Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were included if they recruited patients with stage I and II essential hypertension and included a scraping therapy *** intervention group received antihypertensive drugs and scraping therapy,while the control group only took antihypertensive *** extraction and analysis Review Manager 5.4.0 and STATA 15.1 were used to enter all the relevant outcome variables to conduct the *** quality of the selected RCTs was assessed using the PEDro *** sensitivity analysis was carried out by iteratively excluding individual studies and repeating the analysis to determine the stability of the findings and identify any studies with greater influence on the *** analysis was performed to find the source of *** plots were used to evaluate the publication bias of included *** Nine RCTs including 765 participants were ***-analysis showed that scraping therapy combined with medication had an advantage over the use of medication alone in lowering systolic blood pressure(mean difference[MD]=?5.09,95%confidence interval[CI]=?6.50 to?3.67,P3.17 to?2.14,P<0.001).Subgroup analysis showed tha

Difficult-to-machine materials (DMMs) are extensively applied in critical fields such as aviation,semiconductor,biomedicine,and other key fields due to their excellent material ***,traditional machining technologies often struggle to achieve ultra-precision with DMMs resulting from poor surface quality and low processing *** recent years,field-assisted machining (FAM) technology has emerged as a new generation of machining technology based on innovative principles such as laser heating,tool vibration,magnetic magnetization,and plasma modification,providing a new solution for improving the machinability of *** technology not only addresses these limitations of traditional machining methods,but also has become a hot topic of research in the domain of ultra-precision machining of *** new methods and principles have been introduced and investigated one after another,yet few studies have presented a comprehensive analysis and *** fill this gap and understand the development trend of FAM,this study provides an important overview of FAM,covering different assisted machining methods,application effects,mechanism analysis,and equipment *** current deficiencies and future challenges of FAM are summarized to lay the foundation for the further development of multi-field hybrid assisted and intelligent FAM technologies.

Heptafluoroisobutyronitrile(C_(4)F_(7)N)is being considered as a promising alternative to the greenhouse gas SF6 in the electrical ***,its biotoxicity necessitates the development of gas sensing technology to detect leaked C_(4)F_(7)N.A combination of density functional theory and experiments was employed to evaluate the adsorption and sensing performance of different metal-phthalocyanines as potential sensing materials for C_(4)F_(7)N *** study included exploring adsorption configurations with adsorption energies,electron transfer,and adsorption distance,as well as comparisons of electronic properties,electron distribution,and density of states(DOS)among the ***,gas sensing experiments were conducted using different MPcs to detect 25-100 ppm C_(4)F_(7)*** results revealed that Mn-Pc,Fe-Pc,Co-Pc,and Zn-Pc exhibited considerable chemical interactions,while Ni-Pc and Cu-Pc showed weaker adsorption *** findings were further elucidated based on the electron density and DOS of atomic ***,gas sensing experiments indicated that Co-Pc demonstrated a higher response compared to Fe-Pc at the same concentration of C_(4)F_(7)***,the theoretical and experimental insights offer valuable guidance for C_(4)F_(7)N detection and provide a systematic approach to screen and explore organometallic polymer-based gas sensors applicable in various fields.

Single-atom catalysts have risen significant attention in the realm of green electrocatalytic energy conversion to address energy and environmental sustainability *** metal dichalcogenide(TMD)-based single-atom catalysts are considered highly effective in electrocatalysis due to the TMDs'notable specific surface area,tunable elemental species and efficient utilization of single *** order to enhance electrocatalytic performance,it is imperative to elaborately engineer the local environment surrounding the active sites of single atoms within *** this review,we initially explore the effects of synthesis methods on single-atom active sites and the influence of loading of single atoms on catalytic performance for *** modulation strategies of the local environment surrounding single-atom sites in TMDs are elaborated,including substitution engineering,surface adsorption,vacancies,spatial confinement and dual-atom site *** each modulation strategy,the effects of diverse local environments on various electrocatalytic applications are presented,such as the oxygen evolution reaction,oxygen reduction reaction,nitrogen reduction reaction,CO_(2)reduction reaction and CO ***,this study presents a comprehensive overview of the challenges encountered and the potential directions for the advancement of single-atom catalysts based on TMDs in the realm of electrocatalysis.

Poly(lactide acid)(PLA)foams have shown considerable promise as eco-friendly alternatives to nondegradable plastic foams,such as polystyrene(PS)***,PLA foam typically suffers from low heat-resistance and poor cellular structure stemming from its inherent slow crystallization rate and low melt *** this study,a high-performance PLA foam with well-defined cell morphology,exceptional strength and enhanced heat-resistance was successfully fabricated via a core-back microcellular injection molding(MIM)*** scanning calorimetry(DSC)results revealed that the added hydrazine-based nucleating agent(HNA)significantly increased the crystallization temperature and accelerated the crystallization process of ***,the addition of a 1.5 wt%of HNA led to a significant reduction in PLA’s cell size,from 43.5µm to 2.87µm,and a remarkable increase in cell density,from 1.08×10^(7)cells/cm^(3.to 2.15×10^(10)cells/cm^(3..This enhancement resulted in a final crystallinity of approximately 55.7%for the PLA blend foam,a marked improvement compared to the pure PLA ***,at 1.5 wt%HNA concentration,the tensile strength and tensile toughness of PLA blend foams demonstrated remarkable improvements of 13.%and 463.,***,the Vicat softening temperature of PLA blend foam increased significantly to 13..8°C,whereas the pure PLA foam exhibited only about 59.7℃.These findings underscore the potential for the preparation of lightweight injection-molded PLA foam with enhanced toughness and heat-resistance,which offers a viable approach for the production of high-performance PLA foams suitable for large-scale applications.

By both the Charpy V-notched impact and the projectile tests, we here investigated the dynamic fracture behavior of a recently developed ultrastrong lightweight steel comprising a hierarchical martensitic matrix, dispersed ultra-fine-retained austenite grains and oriented δ-ferrite lamellas, the latter being due to high Al and Si contents employed for low-density design. This steel shows a superior combination of specific ultimate tensile strength and impact toughness to other ultrastrong steels and has successfully arrested a real steel-cored bullet shot. These are attributed to the densely textured δ-ferrite lamellas that can deflect the propagating cracks until they are trapped and enclosed besides austenite-to-martensite transformation crack closure, leading to more energy consumed before failure. These results suggest a new pathway for toughening ultrastrong lightweight steels.

Addressing the vulnerability of contact-based keyboard password systems to disclosure,this paper proposes and validates the feasibility of a non-contact secure password system based on brain-computer interface(BCI)technology that detects steady-state visual evoked potential(SSVEP)*** system first lets a testee look at a digital stimulus source flashing at a specific frequency,and uses a wearable dry electrode sensor to collect the SSVEP ***,a canonical correlation analysis method is applied to analyze the frequency of the stimulus source that the testee is looking at,and feeds back a code result through ***,after all password codes are input,the system makes a judgment and provides visual feedback to the *** were conducted to test the accuracy of the system,where twelve stimulus target frequencies between 10-16Hz were selected within the easily recognizable flicker frequency range of human brain,and each of them was tested for 12 *** results demonstrate that this SSVEP-BCI-based system is feasible,achieving an average accuracy rate of 97.2%,and exhibits promising applications in various domains such as financial transactions and identity recognition.

To improve the prediction accuracy of chaotic time series and reconstruct a more reasonable phase space structure of the prediction network,we propose a convolutional neural network-long short-term memory(CNN-LSTM)prediction model based on the incremental attention ***,a traversal search is conducted through the traversal layer for finite parameters in the phase ***,an incremental attention layer is utilized for parameter judgment based on the dimension weight criteria(DWC).The phase space parameters that best meet DWC are selected and fed into the input ***,the constructed CNN-LSTM network extracts spatio-temporal features and provides the final prediction *** model is verified using Logistic,Lorenz,and sunspot chaotic time series,and the performance is compared from the two dimensions of prediction accuracy and network phase space ***,the CNN-LSTM network based on incremental attention is compared with long short-term memory(LSTM),convolutional neural network(CNN),recurrent neural network(RNN),and support vector regression(SVR)for prediction *** experiment results indicate that the proposed composite network model possesses enhanced capability in extracting temporal features and achieves higher prediction ***,the algorithm to estimate the phase space parameter is compared with the traditional CAO,false nearest neighbor,and C-C,three typical methods for determining the chaotic phase space *** experiments reveal that the phase space parameter estimation algorithm based on the incremental attention mechanism is superior in prediction accuracy compared with the traditional phase space reconstruction method in five networks,including CNN-LSTM,LSTM,CNN,RNN,and SVR.
