A series of mixed alkali-zinc borosilicate glasses with various r values(r=molar ratio of[ZnO]/([R^(2)O]+[ZnO]))from 0.00 to 1.00 were fabricated to probe the mixed alkali-zinc effects on thermo-mechanical *** nonlinear evolution of glass transition temperature(T_(g))with the addition of ZnO is ascribed to the competition of two converse factors,i e,the T_(g)depression as one of the colligative properties for a solution,on the one hand,and the enhancement of T_(g)due to the higher field strength of zinc cations compared to that of alkali ***,the nonlinear evolution of elastic moduli and coefficients of thermal expansion with r is attributed to the variance of intermediate-range clusters,which is confirmed by infrared and Raman scattering *** findings are very helpful in tailoring the performance of borosilicate glasses.

Adding PD-1 blockade in the neoadjuvant regimens for locally advanced rectal cancer(lARC)patients with microsatellite stable(MsS)/mismatch repair-proficient(pMMR)tumors is an attractive,but debatable *** phase 2,multicenter,prospective,single-arm study enrolled patients from 6 centers from June 2021 to November *** advanced rectal cancer(lARC,cT_(3-4a)N_(0)M_(0) and cT_(1-4a)N_(1-2)M_(0))patients aged≥18 years with the distance from distal border of tumor to anal verge≤10 cm(identified by Magnetic Resonance Imaging)were qualifed for *** patients received long-course radiotherapy(50 Gy/25 fractions,2 Gy/fraction,5 days/week)and three 21-day cycles capecitabine(850-1000 mg/m2,bid,po,day1-14)and three 21-day cycles tislelizumab(200 mg,***,day8)as *** mesorectal excision(TME)was 6-12 weeks after the end of radiotherapy to achieve radical resection.A total of 50 patients were enrolled in this *** pathological complete response rate was 40.0%[20/50,95%confidence interval(CI):27.61-53.82%],while 15(30.0%,95%CI:19.1-43.75%),9(18.0%,95%CI:9.77-30.8%),2(4.0%,95%CI:1.10-13.46%)patients respectively achieved grade 1,2,and 3 tumor ***-related adverse events(TRAEs)occurred in 28(56.0%)lARC patients,including 26(52.0%)with grade I-II and 2(4.0%)with grade II(1 with grade 3 immune-related colitis and 1 with grade 3 rash).PD-1 blockade plus long-course chemoradiotherapy(CRT)showed promising therapeutic effects according to pathological complete response rate and is well-tolerated in lARC patients.A larger randomized controlled study is desired to further validate the above findings.

Core-mantle friction induced by the precession of the Moon's spin axis is a strong heat source in the deep lunar mantle during the early phase of a satellite's evolution, but its influence on the long-term thermal evolution still remains poorly explored. Using a one-dimensional thermal evolution model, we show that core-mantle friction can sustain global-scale partial melting in the upper lunar mantle until ～3.1 Ga, thus accounting for the intense volcanic activity on the Moon before ～3.0 Ga. Besides, core-mantle friction tends to suppress the secular cooling of the lunar core and is unlikely to be an energy source for the long-lived lunar core dynamo. Our model also favours the transition of the Cassini state before the end of the lunar magma ocean phase(～4.2 Ga), which implies a decreasing lunar obliquity over time after the solidification of the lunar magma ocean. Such a trend of lunar obliquity evolution may allow volcanically released water to be buried in the lunar regolith of the polar regions. As a consequence, local water ice could be more abundant than previously thought when considering only its accumulation caused by solar wind and comet spreading.

Exploring noble metal-free catalyst materials for high efficient electrochemical water splitting to produce hydrogen is strongly desired for renewable energy *** this article,a novel bifunctional catalytic electrode of insitu-grown type for alkaline water splitting based on FeCoNi alloy substrate has been successfully prepared via a facile one-step hydrothermal oxidation route in an alkaline hydrogen peroxide *** shows that the matrix alloy with the atom ratio 4∶3∶3 of Fe∶Co∶Ni can obtain the best catalytic performance when hydrothermally treated at 180℃for 18 h in the solution containing 1.8 M hydrogen peroxide and 3.6 M sodium *** as-prepared Fe_(0.4)Co_(0.3)Ni_(0.3)-1.8 electrode exhibits small overpotentials of only 184 and 175 mV at electrolysis current density of 10 mA cm^(-2)for alkaline OER and HER processes,*** overall water splitting at electrolysis current density of 10 mA cm^(-2)can be stably delivered at a low cell voltage of 1.62 *** characteristics including the large specific surface area,the high surface nickel content,the abundant catalyst species,the balanced distribution between bivalent and trivalent metal ions,and the strong binding of in-situ naturally growed catalytic layer to matrix are responsible for the prominent catalytic performance of the Fe_(0.4)Co_(0.3)Ni_(0.3)-1.8 electrode,which can act as a possible replacement for expensive noble metal-based materials.

lipid metabolism play an essential role in occurrence and development of asthma,and it can be disturbed by phthalate esters(PAEs)and organophosphate fame retardants(OPFRs).As a chronic infammatory respiratory disease,the occurrence risk of childhood asthma is increased by PAEs and OPFRs exposure,but it remains not entirely clear how PAEs and OPFRs contribute the onset and progress of the *** have profiled the serum levels of PAEs and OPFRs congeners by liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry,and its relationships with the dysregulation of lipid metabolism in asthmatic,bronchitic(acute infammation)and healthy(non-infammation)*** PAEs and nine OPFRs congeners were found in the serum of children(1–5 years old)from Shenzhen,and their total median levels were 615.16 ng/m l and 17.06 ng/m l,***,the serum levels of mono-methyl phthalate(MMP),tri-propyl phosphate(TPP)and tri-n-butyl phosphate(TNBP)were significant higher in asthmatic children than in healthy and bronchitic children as ***-one characteristic lipids and fatty acids of asthma were screened by machine-learning random forest model based on serum lipidome data,and the alterations of infammatory characteristic lipids and fatty acids including palmitic acids,12,13-Di HODE,14,21-Di HDHA,prostaglandin D2 and lyso PA(18:2)showed significant correlated with high serum levels of MMP,TPP and *** results imply PAEs and OPFRs promote the occurrence of childhood asthma via disrupting infammatory lipid and fatty acid metabolism,and provide a novel sight for better understanding the effects of plastic additives on childhood asthma.

Topological zero-line modes(ZlMs) with spin and valley degrees of freedom give rise to spin, valley and spinvalley transport, which support a platform for exploring quantum transport physics and potential applications in spintronic/valleytronic devices. In this work, we investigate the beam-splitting behaviors of the charge current due to the ZlMs in a three-terminal system. We show that with certain combinations of ZlMs, the incident charge current along the interface between different topological phases can be divided into different polarized currents with unit transmittance in two outgoing terminals. As a result, fully spin-polarized, valley-polarized and spin-valley-polarized electron beam splitters are generated. The mechanism of these splitters is attributed to the cooperative effects of the distribution of the ZlMs and the intervalley and intravalley scatterings that are modulated by the wave-vector mismatch and group velocity mismatch. Interestingly, half-quantized transmittance of these scatterings is found in a fully spin-valley-polarized electron beam ***, the results indicate that these splitters can be applicable to graphene, silicene, germanene and stanene due to their robustness against the spin–orbit coupling. Our findings offer a new way to understand the transport mechanism and investigate the promising applications of ZlMs.

Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is the most challenging breast cancer *** stratification and target therapy bring clinical benefit for TNBC patients,but it is difficult to implement comprehensive molecular testing in clinical ***,using our multi-omics TNBC cohort(N=425),a deep learning-based framework was devised and validated for comprehensive predictions of molecular features,subtypes and prognosis from pathological whole slide *** framework first incorporated a neural network to decompose the tissue on WSIs,followed by a second one which was trained based on certain tissue types for predicting different ***-omics molecular features were analyzed including somatic mutations,copy number alterations,germline mutations,biological pathway activities,metabolomics features and immunotherapy *** was shown that the molecular features with therapeutic implications can be predicted including the somatic PIK3CA mutation,germline BRCA2 mutation and PD-l1 protein expression(area under the curve[AUC]:0.78,0.79 and 0.74 respectively).The molecular subtypes of TNBC can be identified(AUC:0.84,0.85,0.93 and 0.73 for the basal-like immune-suppressed,immunomodulatory,luminal androgen receptor,and mesenchymal-like subtypes respectively)and their distinctive morphological patterns were revealed,which provided novel insights into the heterogeneity of TNBC.A neural network integrating image features and clinical covariates stratified patients into groups with different survival outcomes(log-rank Pl network models were externally validated on the TNBC cases from TCGA(N=143)and appeared robust to the changes in patient *** potential clinical translation,we built a novel online platform,where we modularized and deployed our framework along with the validated *** can realize real-time one-stop prediction for new *** summary,using only pathological WSIs,our proposed framework
