Improvement of Stress-rupture Life for Modified-HR6W Austenitic Stainless Steel

Stress-rupture life of HR6W austenitic stainless steel modified with B and Mg additions was measured, and the microstructures were analyzed by optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy equipped with energy dispersive spectroscopy The results indicated that the enhancement of the stress-rupture life was mainly due to the precipitation with B in the elemental form at the grain boundaries, and the improvement of the form of carbides at grain boundaries and the removal of O and S elements by addition of Mg. The micro-alloying elements have a beneficial effect on stress-rupture life of the modified-HR6W austenitic stainless steel at high temperature.

Quasistatic and dynamic tensile behavior of Zr52.5Al10Ni10Cu15Be12.5 bulk amorphous alloy was investigated at the strain rates of 10-4-103 s-1 by using a Shimadzu AG-100KNA autograph and a pneumatic tensile impact tester. It was shown that the tensile fracture strength and the fracture morphology were sensitive to the strain rate. With the increase of the strain rate, the tensile fracture strength decreased and the fracture morphology changed from cleavage into quasi-cleavage, and then into a mixture of microvoid-coalescence dimples and quasi-cleavage veins.

核能技术的快速发展带来了辐射安全隐患,为保护人员的身体健康与周围环境的安全必须采取屏蔽体进行防护。核设施结构的复杂性以及应用场景的多样性对核辐射综合屏蔽材料的性能提出更高的要求,材料不仅要具备优异的中子/γ屏蔽功能,还应具有优异的力学性能以作为结构材料使用。本文简述了核辐射综合屏蔽材料的设计要求,并根据国内外屏蔽材料的研究现状,综述了常用的辐射屏蔽材料的研究进展,对比分析金属与非金属材料的屏蔽性能,总结了不同基体与功能填料的研究内容、特点以及存在的问题,提出了屏蔽材料结构/功能一体化已成为发展方向,指出含稀土元素的镍基复合材料在防辐射屏蔽材料方面的应用将成为进一步研究的重点,为新型辐射屏蔽材料的研制应用提供了参考。

Primary angle closure glaucoma(PACG)is one of the most common causes of irreversible blindness in Asia and about 80%of PACG are present in Asia(Song et al.,2017).Genetics plays an important role in the development of PACG(Gramer et al.,2014).Recently,eight common SNPs were found to be strongly associated with PACG(Vithana et al.,2012;Khor et al.,2016)and mutations in MYRF cause high hyperopia accompanied with PACG(xiao et al.,2019).

The thermal stability and glass-forming ability of Y56-xCexCo20Al24 (x=15, 20, 25, 28, 38, 41, 44) bulk metallic glasses with a diameter of 5 mm were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the thermal stability of the alloys decreases with the addition of Ce. It has the best glass-forming ability when x=25, whose calculated values can reach about 30 mm in diameter. The effect of Ce element could be explained on the view of Miedema’s theory and elec- tronegativity difference of amorphous alloys.

The paper addresses the decentralized optimal control and stabilization problems for interconnected systems subject to asymmetric *** with previous work,a closed-loop optimal solution to the control problem and sufficient and necessary conditions for the stabilization problem of the interconnected systems are given for the first *** main challenge lies in three aspects:Firstly,the asymmetric information results in coupling between control and estimation and failure of the separation ***,two extra unknown variables are generated by asymmetric information(different information filtration)when solving forward-backward stochastic difference ***,the existence of additive noise makes the study of mean-square boundedness an *** adopted technique is proving and assuming the linear form of controllers and establishing the equivalence between the two systems with and without additive noise.A dual-motor parallel drive system is presented to demonstrate the validity of the proposed algorithm.

Soft pneumatic actuators are one of the most promising actuation for soft robots,and great achievements have been *** it remains challenging to endow sensing capabilities to pneumatic actuators,especially for the sensing ability originating directly from the actuator ***,a self-sensing pneumatic torsional actuator(SPTA)is designed based on the electromagnetic induction effect and magnetically responsive *** SPTA can generate feedback voltage and current with the deformation,in which the sensing function comes from its inherent *** investigate the mechanical and electrical characteristics,an experimental platform and a finite element model are established,*** find that the torsion angle and output torque increase in nonlinear with the actuating *** maximum torsion angle is 66.35°,which is 84.34%of that for the actuator fabricated by pure *** maximum output torque(24.9 N mm)improves by 23.19%compared with the actuator made by pure *** regards the electrical characteristics,the maximum feedback voltage and current are 2.90μV and 29.50 nA when the SPTA is actuated by a pressure of−40 *** also demonstrate that the relationship between the torsion angle and the magnetic flux change is approximately ***,the number of turns of wires,magnetic powders contents,and magnetic direction on the feedback voltage and current are *** show that the feedback voltage and current can be enhanced by increasing the number of turns and magnetic powders *** envision that the SPTA would be promising for soft robots to realize their accuracy control and intelligentization.
