Electrocatalytic oxygen reduction(ORR)via the 2e−pathway to form H_(2)O_(2) in acidic medium has attracted extensive ***,the low activity,insufficient selectivity and high cost of catalysts have been the ***,CoSe_(2) with abundant Se deficiency was synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method,and the addition of NaBH4-induced CoSe_(2) phase transition from orthorhombic to cubic phase with more Se *** cubic phase CoSe_(2) with abundant Se deficiency can effectively regulate the surface electronic structure with suitable binding energies of*OOH and*O,which shows high activity,selectivity and long-term stability for acidic ORR to H_(2)O_(2).The onset potential is as low as 0.73 V *** hydrogen electrode(RHE),the H_(2)O_(2) selectivity is 84%(0 V ***),and the average electron transfer number is about ***,the H_(2)O_(2) yield measured using a flow cell is as high as 115.92 mmol·gcat.^(−1)·h^(−1) and the Faradaic efficiency is 70%at 0 V ***,which presents high potential in electrocatalytic acidic ORR to H_(2)O_(2) and organic pollutant degradation using the electron-Fenton process.

V79-8 is an abnormal cell line which does not have detectable G1 and G2 phases in its cell *** cell line is derived from V79 cell line which has G1 phase but lacks G2 phase. By using an anti-sense approach, CDK4 gene expression was partially inhibited to find whether CDK4 might contribute to the lack of G1 phase in V79-8 cells. Anti-CDK4 anti-sense plasmid was constructed and used to transfect V79-8 cells. Clones of transfected cells (V79-8-asCDK4) were examined, in comparison with V79-8 cells, to determine its growth curve, cell doubling-time (GT), the level of CDK4 gene expression and the levels of expression of some other growth related genes. V79-8-asCDK4 cells showed a slower growth rate with a doubling time 2.5-h longer than that of V79-8 cells. A flow cytometry (FCM) analysis demonstrated that the 2.5 h increase of the doubling time of V79-8-asCDK4 cells was mainly due to the appearance of G1 phase because its G2+M phase was not significantly different from that of V79-8 cells. The deep cerebellar nuclei(DCN)integrate various inputs to the cerebellum and form the final cerebellar outputs critical for associative sensorimotor ***,the functional relevance of distinct neuronal subpopulations within the DCN remains poorly ***,we examined a subpopulation of mouse DCN neurons whose axons specifically project to the ventromedial(Vm)thalamus(DCNVm neurons),and found that these neurons represent a specific subset of DCN units whose activity varies with trace eyeblink conditioning(tEBC),a classical associative sensorimotor learning *** conditioning,the activity of DCNVm neurons signaled the performance of conditioned eyeblink responses(CRs).Optogenetic activation and inhibition of the DCNVm neurons in well-trained mice amplified and diminished the CRs,*** manipulation of the DCNVm neurons had no effects on non-associative motor ***,optogenetic activation of the DCNVm neurons caused rapid elevated firing activity in the cingulate cortex,a brain area critical for bridging the time gap between sensory stimuli and motor execution during ***,our data highlights DCNVm neurons’function and delineates their kinematic parameters that modulate the strength of associative sensorimotor responses.

Beibuwan B asin is an important offshore oil and gas bearing basin of ***,the distribution of oil and gas in different sags is uneven,and the rule of hydrocarbon accumulation and main controlling factors have not been clearly understood in this *** on abundant seismic,well and analytical data,the differences and main controlling of tectonic evolution,sedimentary filling and source rock quality in sags are analyzed,and combined with the study of geothermal filed,the main controlling factors of differential hydrocarbon generation in sags of the Beibuwan Basin are *** the basis of the research above,the hydrocarbon enrichment of the basin is clarified through the systematic analysis of reservoir-caprock assemblage and accumulation characteristics of different structural *** results show that there are four NE-trending sag zones in the basin,and under the influence of fault activity,the scale of sags is regularly *** scale of rifts in different sag zones decreases gradually from northwest to southeast and the scale of rifts in the middle of a single sag zone is normally larger than that at two *** the control of the sag-controlling faults activity,paleoproductivity and organic matter preservation conditions,the quality of source rocks in sags of the Beibuwan Basin decreases from northwest to *** hydrocarbon-rich sags in the Beibuwan Basin were formed under the control of source rocks and geothermal field,and the distribution of large-medium scale fields is controlled by the favorable structural traps in the rift strata of inner gentle slope *** understanding of the hydrocarbon enrichment and main controlling factors in the Beibuwan Basin also provides a significant guidance for the oil and gas exploration in other rift basins.

The Baijigou Mine fire in Ningxia Province,which broke out on October 24,2003,affected more than 108 m3 of the mine and was probably the largest underground fire in China in recent years. In addition to its size,the fire was also characterized by excessive air leakage and the potential for violent methane explosions. A series of new measures were taken to fight the fire,including sealing intake tunnels with water,injecting three-phase foam through boreholes,and flushing with a large volume of nitrogen. The fire was successfully extinguished and production re-sumed soon afterwards; not one single methane explosion occurred during fire-fighting and afterwards.

One new sesquiterpene compound, namely, illihenlactone A（1）, and one new prenylated C6–C3 compound, illihenryione H（2）, along with three known sesquiterpenes（3–5） were isolated from the stems of Illicium henryi. The structures of 1 and 2 were elucidated by spectroscopic evidence including NMR, HRESIMS and circular dichroism（CD）. Compound 2 exhibited a weak inhibitory ratio for bglucuronidase release induced by platelet-activating factor（PAF） in rat polymorphonuclear leukocytes（PMNs） in vitro.
