Metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)is the most prevalent chronic liver condition worldwide.Current liver enzyme-based screening methods have limitations that may missed diagnoses and treatment delays.Regarding Chen et al,the risk of developing MAFLD remains elevated even when alanine aminotransferase levels fall within the normal range.Therefore,there is an urgent need for advanced diagnostic techniq.es and updated algorithms to enhance the accuracy of MAFLD diagnosis and enable early intervention.This paper proposes two potential screening methods for identifying individuals who may be at risk of developing MAFLD:Lowering these thresholds and promoting the use of noninvasive liver fibrosis scores.

目的:探讨肝豆状核变性(HLD)患者严重肝病表型的临床和遗传特征及其预测模型。方法:以1989年1月至2022年12月在上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院确诊的HLD住院患者为研究对象,根据受累器官进行临床分型,将有肝病表型者归于肝病组并进一步分为严重肝病组和普通肝病组。比较各组患者临床特征及基因变异,多元回归分析严重肝病患者的预测指标。据资料不同采用t检验、Mann-Whitney U检验或χ2检验进行统计学分析。结果:159例HLD患者中肝病组142例(其中严重肝病组34例,普通肝病组108例),脑病组17例,肝病组和脑病组发病的中位数年龄差异有统计学意义[12.6(7.0,13.3)岁对16.9(11.0,21.5)岁,P<0.01]。83例有基因检测结果的患者累计发现156个ATP7B基因突变位点,其中54例携带p.Arg778Leu基因突变(等位基因频率46.2%)。与其他类型基因突变患者(n=65)相比,p.Arg778Leu纯合突变患者(n=18)血液铜蓝蛋白和白蛋白水平更低,预后指数和Child-Pugh评分、国际标准化比值更高,凝血酶原时间更长(P值均<0.05)。严重肝病组溶血性贫血、角膜K-F环、p.Arg778Leu纯合突变、以及多项实验室指标与普通肝病组相比差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示严重肝病的预测因素为p.Arg778Leu纯合突变、总胆红素、胆汁酸(OR分别为16.512、1.022、1.021,95%CI分别为1.204~226.425、1.005~1.039、1.006~1.037,P值均<0.05),绘制受试者操作特征曲线的界值为0.2153,曲线下面积为0.9532,灵敏度为90.91%,特异度为92.42%。结论:HLD患者肝病表型常见且起病早,总胆红素、胆汁酸、ATP7B基因的p.Arg778Leu纯合突变与HLD患者肝病严重程度相关,有助于预测严重肝病发生风险。

玻色子体系中的非平衡输运过程研究是极具挑战性的工作。磁振子是玻色子，具有与电子等费米子截然不同的自旋输运行为。本文以钇铁石榴石（YIG）铁磁绝缘体为研究对象，聚焦影响稳态下YIG中磁振子非平衡输运过程的关键因素。通过将具有非零化学势μm的玻色-爱因斯坦统计函数引入到玻尔兹曼输运方程中，获得了以α为幂次的输运方程严格解析表达式(当α(=-μm/kB) T <1时)。本文结果显示，当α?1时，我们得到了与以往研究不同的化学势μm与非平衡粒子浓度δnm之间的非线性关系δnm∝-α1/2∝-(-μm)1/2；α较大时，则还须考虑其高阶项。正因这种非线性关系，导致磁振子扩散方程显著不同于电子自旋扩散特性，其由线性微分方程演变为更复杂的非线性微分方程。本文重点研究了在两种极端温度梯度(即▽T～1 K/mm和104K/mm)下非平衡磁振子浓度δnm和化学势μm的空间分布，它们分别对应于μm的值约为-0.1μeV和-6.2meV，均满足前提条件α<1。在远离平衡态的大温度梯度分布下，我们的理论计算与实验结果吻合很好。这些理论研究结果将加深人们对铁磁绝缘体中磁振子非平衡输运行为的认识。

A possible q.asi-periodic oscillation（q.O） at freq.ency 7.045 × 10-5Hz is found in the narrow-line Seyfert 1galaxy Mrk 142 in the data of XMM-Newton collected on 2020 April 11. We find that the q.O signal is statistically significantly larger than the 5σ level and highly coherent with q.ality factor q.> 5 at the 0.3–10 keV band by using the method of the Lomb–Scargle Periodogram, the Weighted Wavelet Z-transform and the REDFIT.We analyze the data in 0.3–0.6 keV, 0.6–1 keV, 1–3 keV and 3–10 keV energy bands, and find obvious q.O signals at 0.3–0.6 keV and 1–3 keV bands. We then analyze the time-average spectra and time variability at the q.O freq.ency of 7.045 × 10-5Hz, and use a model to fit them. We find that the q.O signal mainly comes from the X-ray hot corona.

In this paper,we give a universal description of the boundedness and compactness of Toeplitz operator T_(μ)^(ω)between Bergman spaces A_(η)^(p)and A_(υ)^(q.whenμis a positive Borel measure,1q.∞andω,η,υare regular weights.By using Khinchin’s ineq.ality and Kahane’s ineq.ality,we get a new characterization of the Carleson measure for Bergman spaces induced by regular weights.

BACKGROUND Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is a prevalent complication of diabetes that often req.ires hemodialysis for treatment.In the field of nursing,there is a growing recognition of the importance of humanistic care,which focuses on the holistic needs of patients,including their emotional,psychological,and social well-being.However,the application of humanistic nursing in the context of hemodialysis for DKD patients remains relatively unexplored.AIM To explore the experience of humanistic nursing in hemodialysis nursing for DKD patients.METHODS Ninety-six DKD patients treated with hemodialysis from March 2020 to June 2022 were included in the study and divided into the control cluster(48 cases)and the study cluster(48 cases)according to different nursing methods;the control cluster was given routine nursing and the study cluster was given humanized nursing.The variances of negative emotion mark,blood glucose,renal function,the incidence of complications,life mark and nursing satisfaction before and after nur-sing were contrasted between the two clusters.RESULTS No significant difference in negative emotion markers between the two clusters were observed before nursing(P>0.05),and the negative emotion markers of the two clusters decreased after nursing.The Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale markers were lower in the study cluster than the control cluster.The healing rate of patients in the study cluster was significantly higher than the control cluster(97.92%vs 85.42%,P0.05).However,after nursing,blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine(SCr)levels in the study cluster were lower than those in the control cluster(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications was significantly lower in the study group compared to the control cluster(6.25%vs 20.83%,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the life markers between the two clusters before nursing.While the life markers increased af

We completely characterize the boundedness of area operators from the Bergman spaces A_(α)^(p)(Bn)to the Lebesgue spaces L^(q.(S_(n))for all 0q.∞.For the case n=1,some partial results were previously obtained by Wu in[Wu,Z.:Volterra operator,area integral and Carleson measures,Sci.China Math.,54,2487–2500(2011)].Especially,in the case q.p and q.s,we obtain some characterizations for the area operators to be bounded.We solve the cases left open there and extend the results to n-complex dimension.

The elliptic azimuthal anisotropy coefficient(v_(2))of the identified particles at midrapidity(|η|q.ark(NCq.scaling at intermediate p_(T).Moreover,we demonstrate that hadronic rescattering does not have a significant impact on v_(2)in p-Pb collisions for different centrality selections,whereas partonic scattering dominates in generating the elliptic anisotropy of the final particles.This study provides further insight into the origin of collective-like behavior in small collision systems and has referential value for future measurements of azimuthal anisotropy.

Serum 25-Hydroxyvitamin D Level Might Be a Useful Indicator of Disease Severity in Obese Children With Atopic Dermatitis: A Case-Control Study

Objective: To assess the relationship between the severity of atopic dermatitis (AD) in children of varying weight categories and their serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH)D] levels.Methods: The study population comprised 899 patients with AD and 854 age- and sex-matched controls. The Mann-WhitneyU test and Kruskal-WallisH tests were used to assess differences between groups, and Spearman correlation analysis was used to test correlation.Results: The 25(OH)D level in the AD group wasM (q.5,q.5), 24.0 (19.7, 28.4) ng/mL, which was significantly lower than the control group (26.4 [23.6, 29.9] ng/mL;Z = -3.34,P = 0.001). 25(OH)D levels in children with AD were negatively correlated with body mass index (r = -0.30,P < 0.001), Severity scoring of Atopic Dermatitis (SCORAD;r = -0.14,P < 0.001), total immunoglobulin E (r = -0.13,P < 0.001), and eosinophil (r = -0.08,P = 0.017). There were statistically significant differences in 25(OH)D (H = 18.46,P < 0.001), total immunoglobulin E (H = 9.13,P = 0.010), eosinophil (H = 67.17,P < 0.001), and SCORAD (H = 10.49,P = 0.005) among groups with different body mass index classification. The 25(OH)D levels were 22.3 (17.5, 27.1) ng/mL in the overweight AD group and 22.3 (17.6, 25.7) ng/mL in the obese AD group, which were significantly lower than those in the normal-weight AD group (24.7 [20.4, 25.5] ng/mL;P = 0.003,P = 0.004). 25(OH)D levels were negatively correlated with SCORAD in obese AD patients (r = -0.25,P = 0.010).Conclusion: Vitamin D insufficient or deficient is obvious in children AD patients. The 25(OH)D levels in the overweight/obese AD group are significantly lower than those in the normal-weight AD group. Vitamin D level is negatively correlated with SCORAD in obese children with AD.

V0405 Dra: A New Deep and Low Mass Ratio Contact Binary with Extremely Fast Decrease in the Orbital Period

V0405 Dra is a W UMa-type binary star. Based on the TESS data, we have conducted an orbital period study and performed a light curve analysis for the system. The orbital period study reveals that the O-C curve for V0405 Dra exhibits secular decrease at an extremely high rate of d P/dt =-2.71 × 10-6day year-1, along with periodic variations characterized by an amplitude of A3= 0.0032 day and a period of P3= 1.413 years. The orbital periodic change is possibly due to the light-travel time effect resulting from an additional third body in the system, for which we estimate a minimum mass of M3= 0.77M⊙. By employing the 2013 version of the Wilson-Devinney（W-D） method to synthesize a light curve, we derived photometric solutions indicating that V0405 Dra is a new deep（ f = 68.7%） and low-mass ratio（q.= 0.175） contact binary. The fast decrease in its orbital period is likely caused by mass transfer from the more massive primary star to the less massive secondary star, or due to angular momentum loss. With further mass transfer and loss of angular momentum, the binary will gradually evolve into a tighter contact configuration, eventually leading to a merger into a single star, following the evolutionary paths suggested for such deep and low mass ratio contact binaries.
