We present time-series CCD photometry of V551 Aur, an eclipsing binary located in the open cluster NGC 2126 that shows δ Scuti-like pulsations. Complete covered light curves in theBand V bands were obtained with high-precision over nine nights. Based on them, a revised orbital period and the first photometric solutions were determined. Our eclipsing light-curve synthesis reveals a detached configura- tion for the binary system with a mass-ratio of about 0.73, and the mean density of the pulsating primary component was deduced to be about （0.532±0.005）ρ. A fre- quency analysis of the eclipse-subtracted light curve yields two reliable frequencies at f1=7.727013（c/d） and f2=15.45403（c/d）, respectively. With the help of the derived mean density, mode identification was performed. The result suggests that the primary component of V551 Aur is very probably g-mode oscillations.

A simple and fast route for the synthesis of metal-organic framework（MOF） particles was *** 3（BTC） 2（HKUST-1,BTC=1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylate）,one of the most well-known MOFs,was synthesized at room temperature via coordination modulation *** adding different modulators（monocarboxylic acids） into the reaction system,the morphologies of HKUST-1 crystals were tuned from nano spheres to micro octahedrons at room temperature without any complex equipment.X-Ray diffractions and gas sorption measurements revealed highly crystalline particles with large Brunauer-Emmett-Teller（BET） surface areas（1116―1273 m^ 2 /g） and total pore volumes（0.62―0.73 cm^ 3 /g）.The significantly small particle sizes and high capacity of gas sorption are considered advantageous for envisaged application in practical industrial process.

The strength deterioration mechanism of soil polluted by heavy metals plays a crucial role in the research of mine site *** this study,an unconfined compressive strength(UCS)test,a pH test,a scanning electron microscopy(SEM)test,a low filed nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)test,and an X-ray diffraction(XRD)test were conducted on Zn^(2+),Cu^(2+) and the combination of Zn^(2+) and Cu^(2+) polluted soil to investigate the strength deterioration *** results show that both the UCS and pH value of soil decrease with increasing heavy metal *** UCS of Zn^(2+)-Cu^(2+) combined polluted soil is between Zn^(2+) and Cu^(2+) polluted soil at the same total ***,the deterioration rate of combined heavy metal polluted soil is less than the sum of deterioration rate of the two single polluted soils at the same total *** addition,heavy metal cations in polluted soil cause flocculent gels of cosmids to shrink,the micropores to become smaller and the macropores to become *** porosity increases slightly with the increase of heavy metal concentration due to decreased pH *** results from SEM,low field NMR,and pH could explain the dynamic evolution process of soil structure with different heavy metals and concentrations,which provides an experimental basis for mine-site polluted heavy metal treatment technology and the prediction of clayey soil strength deterioration.

We study the effects of mechanical nonlinearity arising from large thickness-shear deformation on the transient process of an AT-cut quartz plate resonator. Mindlin＇s two-dimensional plate equation is used, from which a system of first-order nonlinear differential equations governing the evolution of the vibration amplitude is obtained. Numerical solutions by the Runge-Kutta method show that in common operating conditions of quartz resonators the nonlinear effect varies from noticeable to significant. As resonators are to be made smaller and thinner in the future with about the same power requirement, nonlinear effects will become more important and need more understanding and consideration in resonator design.

In this work, a double signal amplified immunosen- sor based on the enhanced CdSe@ZnS quantum dots （QDs） electrochemiluminescence （ECL） via TiO2 nanoparticles （TiO2 NPs） and the outstanding quencher of polydopamine （PDA） decorated Au nanoparticles （Au@PDA NPs） for ultrasensitive detection of carcinoembryonic antigen （CEA） has been successfully achieved. The ECL of CdSe@ZnS QDs with different sizes has been investigated carefully, especially cooperation with TiO2 NPs. Au@PDA NPs have been synthesized and characterized by transmission electron microscopy （TEM） and UV-Vis spectrum, which acted as ECL quenchers to label the secondary antibody （Ab2） of CEA to form Ab2/Au@PDA NPs conjugates. The sandwich-structured immunosensor was formed between capture antibody （Abl） on CdSe@ZnS QDs/TiO2 NPs/glassy carbon electrode, CEA and Ab2/Au@PDA NPs conjugates, resulting in a proportional ECL quenching signal relevant to the CEA concentration. Thus, CEA as a model biomarker has been detected in the linear range from 0.001 to 100 ng mL^-1 with a limit of detection of 0.35 pg mL^-1 （S/N = 3）.

The cytological instability of common wheat-rye addition lines was investigated in the present study. The chromosome numbers of almost all addition lines were considerably stable, but those of CS ＋ 5R were very variable. The rye chromosome added in this line was found to be much shorter than expected. Fluorescent in situ hybridization with 5S rDNA and the centromere-speciflc probes clearly revealed that the short rye chromosome contains only a short arm of chromosome 5R （5RS）. In this line, chromosome numbers of both 5RS and common wheat were changeable. The chromosome numbers ranged from 2n = 36 to 2n = 44 in the cells carrying two 5RS, and ranged from 2n = 31 to 2n = 44 in one 5RS cells. In addition to the chromosome instability, the muIticells wrapped in a sac-like structure were frequently observed in the root meristematic tissues of CS ＋5RS after the enzyme treatment for chromosome preparation. Genomic in situ hybridization with rye DNA as a probe showed that all cells in sacs investigated were at the interphase stage and contained one or two 5RS chromosomes. An electron microscopic analysis revealed that the cells of CS＋5RS, particularly in sacs, have abnormal （irregular and curved） cell walls. These results indicate that 5RS has （a） specific factor（s） influencing the cell wall development as well as the genome stability.

A series of diatomite supported Cu/Ni bimetallic catalysts were prepared using the co-impregnation method to improve the efficiency and selectivity toward methyl 12-hydroxystearate in the hydrogenation of methyl *** catalysts were characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(SEM-EDS),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and temperature programmed reduction(H2-TPR).All the characterization results verified the formation of highly dispersed Cu/Ni alloy on ***,by subtly regulating the Ni/Cu molar ratio as well as the reaction parameters,the hydrogenation of methyl ricinoleate to methyl 12-hydroxystearate proceeded efficiently and selectively,affording 97%yield of methyl 12-hydroxystearate and nearly equivalent conversion of methyl ricinoleate under 2 MPa H2 pressure and at 130 C in 4 h with only 1 wt%of the catalyst Ni7Cu1/diatomite(based on methyl ricinoleate).Besides,the supported Cu–Ni bimetallic catalyst is stable during recycle and *** five cycles of reuse,much catalytic activity is still ***,this low-cost and stable bimetallic catalyst would be promising for the hydrogenation of methyl ricinoleate to methyl 12-hydroxystearate,representing an example of green catalysis for efficiently conversion of biomass to value-added chemicals and materials.
