Objective:Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19)has been diagnosed as an epidemic disease characterized by cold and dampness pathogens in TCM *** to many Chinese medicines with different functions were used in the treatment of COVID-19,it is very important to find the law of application of dampremoving traditional Chinese medicine with high frequency application,with view to providing a reference for the use and research of Chinese medicine to further control the ***:The publicly released diagnosis and treatment programs issued by the National Health Commission and Health Commission of provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities,and Chinese herbs prescription information in these were collected,a database was established,and Excel and Graphpad 8.0 software were used to analyze the frequency of use of various Chinese medicines,the frequency and property characters including five flavors(bitter,pungent,sweet,sour,and salty)and four natures(warm,hot,cool,and cold)and channel tropisms of Chinese medicine for removing ***:A total of 137 prescriptions of Chinese medicine for treating COVID-19 were collected,including178 TCMs showing functions of resolving phlegm,relieving cough and asthma,resolving dampness,clearing damp and inducing dieresis,clearing heat,tonifying deficiency,and relieving exterior syndrome,in which the TCMs with the first four functions that we called the dampness-removing TCMs,accounted for 35.78%.Also a number of TCMs in the rest functions showed *** first four functions were divided into subfunctions including aromatic resolving dampness,clearing heat and drying dampness,drying dampness and tonifying spleen qi,drying dampness and removing phlegm,inducing diuresis and relieving swelling,inducing diuresis and relieving exterior *** them,the most frequently used TCMs was Ephedrae Herba,followed by Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,Pogostemonis Herba,Pinelliae Rhizoma,Poria,Scutellariae Radix,and

By using one-dimensional tight-binding model modified to include electron-electric field interaction and electron-electron interaction,we theoretically explore the polarization process of exciton and biexciton in *** dynamical simulation is performed by adopting the non-adiabatic evolution *** results show that under the effect of moderate electric field,when the strength of electron-electron interaction is weak,the singlet exciton is stable but its polarization presents obvious *** the enhancement of interaction,it is dissociated into polaron pairs,the spin-flip of which can be observed through modulating the interaction *** the triplet exciton,the strong electron-electron interaction restrains its normal polarization,but it is still *** the case of biexciton,the strong electron-electron interaction not only dissociate it,but also flip its charge *** yield of the possible states formed after the dissociation of exciton and biexciton is also calculated.

Auxetic metamaterials,which exhibit the negative Poisson’s ratio(NPR)effect,have found wide applications in many engineering ***,their high porosity inevitably weakens their bearing capacity and impact *** improve the energy absorption efficiency of auxetic honeycombs,a novel vertex-based hierarchical star-shaped honeycomb(VSH)is designed by replacing each vertex in the classical star-shaped honeycomb(SSH)with a newly added self-similar *** analytical model is built to investigate the Young’s modulus of VSH,which shows good agreement with experimental results and numerical *** in-plane dynamic crushing behaviors of VSH at three different crushing velocities are investigated,and empirical formulas for the densification strain and plateau stress are *** results reveal more stable deformation modes for VSH,attributed to the addition of self-similar star-shaped ***,compared with SSH under the same relative densities,VSH exhibits better specific energy absorption and higher plateau ***,VSH is verified to be a better candidate for energy absorption while maintaining the auxetic *** study is expected to provide a new design strategy for auxetic honeycombs.

This paper considers the problem of approximating the infinite-horizon value function of the discrete-time switched LQR *** particular,the authors propose a new value iteration method to generate a sequence of monotonically decreasing functions that converges exponentially to the value *** method facilitates us to use coarse approximations resulting from faster but less accurate algorithms for further value iteration,and thus,the proposed approach is capable of achieving a better approximation for a given computation time compared with the existing *** numerical examples are presented in this paper to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

The stability of vapor nanobubbles in bulk liquid was investigated theoretically and the critical bubble size was derived from macroscale thermodynamic equations,below which the system destabilizes with sharp drop in *** critical size was quantitatively verified in molecular dynamic simulation using the Lennard-Jones model of argon,where stronger attraction between the molecules at lower density is found to contribute most to the drop of system pressure and,as the Laplace pressure on the curved bubble interface fails to balance the pressure difference across the interface,the bubbles become *** theoretical model could be extended to other systems where reliable equations of state and interfacial tension are available.

Therapeutic targeting FOxO3A(a forkhead transcription factor)represents a prom-ising strategy to suppress acute myeloid leukemia(AML).However,the effective inhibitors that target FOXO3A are lacking and the adaptive response signaling weakens the cytotoxic effect of FOxO3A depletion on AML ***,we show that FOxO3A deficiency induces a compensa-tory response involved in the reactive activation of mTOR that leads to signaling rebound and adaptive *** metabolism acts downstream of mTOR to provoke activa-tion of JNK/c-JUN via reactive oxygen species(ROS).At the molecular level,FOXO3A directly binds to the promoter of G protein gamma subunit 7(GNG7)and preserves its expression,while GNG7 interacts with mTOR and restricts phosphorylated activation of ***,combinatorial inhibition of FOXO3A and mTOR show a synergistic cytotoxic effect on AML cells and prolongs survival in a mouse model of *** a structure-based virtual screening,we report one potent small-molecule FOxO3A inhibitor(Gardenoside)that exhibits a strong effect of anti-FOXO3A DNA *** synergizes with rapamycin to substantially reduce tumor burden and extend survival in AML patient-derived xenograft *** results demonstrate that mTOR can mediate adaptive resistance to FOxO3A inhibition and validate a combinatorial approach for treating AML.

Glioma is a common and malignant brain tumor,and molecular diagnostics for glioma have received increasing attention.1,2 Previous studies have suggested that the MAL2 gene may be involved in the transcytosis of various cancers.3 This study aimed to investigate the potential of MAL2 as a biomarker for *** candidate MAL2 CpG sites were validated by pyrosequencing and used to construct a diagnostic model for *** analysis was also conducted to determine the relationship between highly methylated MAL2-specific CpG sites and the prognosis of *** findings also showed that MAL2 was more highly methylated in glioma than in other *** constructed diagnostic model can distinguish glioma from other cancers with high sensitivity(93.3%)and specificity(86.5%).Additionally,a risk score model was built based on MAL2 methylation to assess the prognosis of glioma。
