A dimeric chromium compound has been synthesized by hydrothermal method and characterized by IR, EPR spectra and TG-DTA technique. The title compound [Cr（aea）]2（OH）2 （aea = N-（2-aminoethyl）aspartate） crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 8.9393（10）, b = 6.7198（7）, c = 14.6791（16） A, β = 91.0580（10）°, V= 881.63（17） A3, Z= 2, Mr = 486.34, De= 1.832 g/cm3, F（000） = 500,μ = 1.296 mm-1, R = 0.0271 and wR = 0.0756. Single-crystal X-ray structural analysis indicates that the title compound consists of two Cr（aea） units linked by two bridging hydroxyl groups. The geometry around each chromium center is approximately octahedral and completed by two hydroxyls and a quadridentate ligand which is formed when ethylenediamine reacts with maleic acid.

Schwann cells play an important role in the peripheral nervous system, especially in nerve repair following injury, so artificial nerve regen- eration requires an effective technique for obtaining purified Schwann cells. In vivo and in vitro pre-degeneration of peripheral nerves have been shown to obtain high-purity Schwann cells. We believed that in vitro pre-degeneration was simple and controllable, and available for the clinic. Thus, we co-cultured the crushed sciatic nerves with bone marrow-derived cells in vitro. Results demonstrated that, 3 hours after injury, a large number of mononuclear cells moved to the crushed nerves and a large number of bone marrow-derived cells infiltrated the nerve segments. These changes promoted the degradation of the nerve segments, and the dedifferentiation and proliferation of Schwann cells. Neural cell adhesion molecule and glial fibrillary acidic protein expression were detected in the crushed nerves. Schwann cell yield was 9.08 ± 2.01 ×104/mg. The purity of primary cultured Schwann cells was 88.4 ± 5.79%. These indicate a successful new method for ob- taining Schwann cells of high purity and yield from adult crushed sciatic nerve using bone marrow-derived cells.

Polyclonal antiharpinxoo rabbit antibody has been prepared successfully using purified harpinxoo protein as an immunogen. The ELISA titer of the antiserum against harpinxoo was about 1：2 000. Western blot analysis showed that the antiserum could bind to the expression harpinxoo protein in particular, hrfl, encoding harpinxoo, is an expression in transgenic rice, detected by antiharpinxoo rabbit antibody. The rabbit antibody against harpinxoo can be used to study further about the biological function, harpinxoo localization, and hrfl gene expression in other plants.

To investigate the relationship between grain sizes, seepage capacity, and oil-displacement efficiency in the Liushagang Formation of the Beibuwan Basin, this study identifies the multistage pore-throat structure as a crucial factor through a comparison of oil displacement in microscopic pore-throat experiments. The two-phase flow evaluation method based on the Li-Horne model is utilized to effectively characterize and quantify the seepage characteristics of different reservoirs, closely relating them to the distribution of microscopic pores and throats. It is observed that conglomerate sandstones at different stages exhibit significant heterogeneity and noticeable differences in seepage capacity, highlighting the crucial role played by certain large pore throats in determining seepage capacity and oil displacement efficiency. Furthermore, it was found that the displacement effects of conglomeratic sandstones with strong heterogeneity were inferior to those of conventional homogeneous sandstone, as evidenced by multiple displacement experiments conducted on core samples with varying granularities and flooding systems. Subsequently, core-based experiments on associated gas flooding after water flooding were conducted to address the challenge of achieving satisfactory results in a single displacement mode for reservoirs with significant heterogeneity. The results indicate that the oil recovery rates for associated gas flooding after water flooding increased by 7.3%-16.4% compared with water flooding alone at a gas-oil ratio of approximately 7000 m^(3)/m^(3). Therefore, considering the advantages of gas flooding in terms of seepage capacity, oil exchange ratio, and the potential for two-phase production, gas flooding is recommended as an energy supplement mode for homogeneous reservoirs in the presence of sufficient gas source and appropriate tectonic angle. In recent years, low recall rates and high dependencies on data labelling have become the biggest obstacle to developing deep anomaly detection(DAD) techniques. Inspired by the success of generative adversarial networks(GANs) in detecting anomalies in computer vision and imaging, we propose an anomaly detection model called Flow GANAnomaly for detecting anomalous traffic in network intrusion detection systems(NIDS). Unlike traditional GAN-based approaches, which are composed of a flow encoder, a convolutional encoder-decoder-encoder, a flow decoder and a convolutional encoder, the architecture of this model consists of a generator(G) and a discriminator(D).Flow GANAnomaly maps the different types of traffic feature data from separate datasets to a uniform feature space,thus can capture the normality of network traffic data more accurately in an adversarial manner to mitigate the problem of the high dependence on data labeling. Moreover, instead of simply detecting the anomalies by the output of D, we proposed a new anomaly scoring method that integrates the deviation between the output of two Gs’ convolutional encoders with the output of D as weighted scores to improve the low recall rate of anomaly detection. We conducted several experiments comparing existing machine learning algorithms and existing deep learning methods(Auto Encoder and VAE) on four public datasets(NSL-KDD, CIC-IDS2017, CIC-DDo S2019, and UNSW-NB15). The evaluation results show that Flow GANAnomaly can significantly improve the performance of anomaly-based NIDS.

The identification of prototypical waveforms, such as sleep spindles and epileptic spikes, is crucial for the diagnosis of neurological disorders. These prototypical waveforms are usually recurrently presented in certain brain states, serving as potential biomarkers for clinical evaluations. Convolutional sparse coding(CSC) approaches have demonstrated strength in identifying recurrent patterns in time-series. However,existing CSC approaches do not explicitly explore state-specific patterns, making it difficult to identify state-related biomarkers. To address this problem, we propose state-sensitive CSC to learn state-specific prototypical waveforms. Specifically, we model signals of a certain state with specific waveforms that only appear frequently in this state and background waveforms that are independent of states. Based on this,state-sensitive CSC separates state-specific waveforms from background ones explicitly by incorporating incoherence constraints into optimizations. Experiments with epilepsy brain signals demonstrate that our approach can effectively identify prototypical waveforms in pre-ictal states, providing potential biomarkers for seizure prediction. Our approach provides a promising tool for automatic biomarker candidate identification.
