The microbiome of females undergoes extensive remodeling during pregnancy, which is likely to have an impact on the health of both mothers and offspring. Nevertheless, large-scale integrated investigations characterizing microbiome dynamics across key body habitats are lacking. Here, we performed an extensive meta-analysis that compiles and analyzes microbiome profiles from >10,000 samples across the gut,vagina, and oral cavity of pregnant women from diverse geographical regions. We have unveiled unexpected variations in the taxonomic, functional, and ecological characteristics of microbial communities throughout the course of pregnancy. The gut microbiota showed distinct trajectories between Western and non-Western populations. The vagina microbiota exhibited fluctuating transitions at the genus level across gestation, while the oral microbiota remained relatively stable. We also identified distinctive microbial signatures associated with prevalent pregnancy-related disorders, including opposite variations in the oral and gut microbiota of patients with gestational diabetes and disrupted microbial networks in preterm birth. This study establishes a comprehensive atlas of the pregnancy microbiome by integrating multidimensional datasets and offers foundational insights into the intricate interplay between microbes and host factors that underlie reproductive health.

从时间维度来看,演化是业务过程的必然性。流程挖掘中漂移检测的宗旨是找出运行日志中的变化时间点,进而划分出演化前后的不同业务过程。然而,现有漂移检测算法在执行过程中,都需要人为指定需要监控的演化特征,给用户增加了使用负担。同时,还存在准确率低和耗时较长问题。为此,提出一种基于图卷积网络的检测算法:首先,将日志轨迹转为活动图,利用图的节点信息和拓扑结构来刻画日志所有特征;接着,利用图卷积的聚合特性获取到活动图的全局特征;然后,通过增加虚拟节点来表达活动图的所有信息;最后,采用欧氏距离和k-近邻算法来检测漂移点位置。通过真实公开数据集实验测试,表明了本文方法的有效性。

A cumulative effect of enterovirus and gluten intake on the risk of celiac disease autoimmunity in infants highlights the significance of viral exposure in early life on the health of ***,pathogenic viruses may be transmitted to the offspring in an earlier period,raising the possibility that women whose vaginas are inhabited by such viruses may have had their babies infected as early as the time of delivery.A high‐resolution intergenerational virome atlas was obtained by metagenomic sequencing and virome analysis on 486 samples from six body sites of 99 mother–neonate *** found that neonates had less diverse oral and enteric viruses than *** delivered newborns seconds after birth had a more similar oral virome and more viruses of vaginal origin than cesarean‐section(C‐section)newborns(56.9%vs.5.8%).Such viruses include both Lactobacillus phage and potentially pathogenic viruses,such as herpesvirus,vaccinia virus,and hepacivirus,illustrating a relatively high variety of the pioneer viral taxa at the time of delivery and a delivery‐dependent mother‐to‐neonate transmission along the vaginal–oral–intestinal *** are exposed to vaginal viruses as they pass through the reproductive tract,and viruses of vaginal origin may threaten their *** findings challenge the conventional notion that vaginal delivery is definitely better than cesarean delivery from the perspective of microbial *** for vaginal virome before delivery is a worthwhile step to advocate in normal labor to eliminate the risk of intergenerational transmission of pathogenic viruses to offspring.

With the rapid development of renewable energy,wind-thermal-bundled power transmission by line-commutated converter based high-voltage direct current(LCC-HVDC)systems has been widely *** dynamic interaction mechanisms among permanent magnet synchronous generators(PMSGs),synchronous generators(SGs),and LCC-HVDC system become *** deal with this issue,a path analysis method(PAM)is proposed to study the dynamic interaction mechanism,and the damping reconstruction is used to analyze the damping characteristic of the ***,based on the modular modeling,linearized models for the PMSG subsystem,the LCC-HVDC subsystem,and the SG subsystem are ***,based on the closed-loop transfer function diagram of the system,the disturbance transfer path and coupling relationship among subsystems are analyzed by the PAM,and the damping characteristic analysis of the SG-dominated oscillation mode is studied based on the damping *** with the PAM,the small-signal model of the system is obtained and eigenvalue analysis results are ***,the effect of the control parameters on the damping characteristic is analyzed and the conclusions are verified by time-domain ***,the penalty functions of the oscillation modes and decay modes are taken as the objective function,and an optimization strategy based on the Monte Carlo method is proposed to solve the parameter optimization *** simulation results are presented to validate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.

成功研发了一种灵敏度高、准确度好、快速、简易的双T线的玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)时间分辨荧光快速定量检测卡。通过对比ZEN检测卡检测线数量(单T线、双T线)的灵敏度,主要利用双T线的增补作用优势抬高灵敏度。对比了独立C线、非独立C线体系工艺,利用非独立C线工艺,C值与T值呈现负相关来提高灵敏度。筛选出羊抗鼠-自身鼠抗非独立C线工艺,在其基础上进一步筛选标记抗体量(5、10、20、30μg/mL),选择标记抗体量10μg/mL效价25429,10~500μg/kg抑制率33.57%~98.30%,灵敏度、效价最佳。用液相色谱与玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)时间分辨荧光快速定量检测卡同时检测不同基质的样本,两者的符合度很高,准确度在90.89%~119.33%,浓度CV6.18%。研究表明,用荧光层析检测卡检测粮食谷物中玉米赤霉烯酮的分析方法稳定性好,货架期符合要求,可测范围宽,具有很好的应用前景。

Ground elevation estimation is vital for numerous applications in autonomous vehicles and intelligent robotics including three-dimensional object detection,navigable space detection,point cloud matching for localization,and registration for ***,most works regard the ground as a plane without height information,which causes inaccurate manipulation in these *** this work,we propose GeeNet,a novel end-to-end,lightweight method that completes the ground in nearly real time and simultaneously estimates the ground elevation in a grid-based *** leverages the mixing of two-and three-dimensional convolutions to preserve a lightweight architecture to regress ground elevation information for each cell of the *** the first time,GeeNet has fulfilled ground elevation estimation from semantic scene *** use the SemanticKITTI and SemanticPOSS datasets to validate the proposed GeeNet,demonstrating the qualitative and quantitative performances of GeeNet on ground elevation estimation and semantic scene completion of the point ***,the crossdataset generalization capability of GeeNet is experimentally *** achieves state-of-the-art performance in terms of point cloud completion and ground elevation estimation,with a runtime of 0.88 ms.
