Zearalenone(ZEA),a mycotoxin,poses a significant global hazard to human and animal *** products(NPs)have shown promise for mitigating the adverse effects of ZEA owing to their diverse func-tional ***,the current challenge lies in the absence of an efficient strategy for systematic screening and identification of NPs that can effectively protect against ZEA-induced *** study describes a phenotype-based screening strategy for screening NP libraries and discovering more effective compounds to mitigate or counteract the adverse consequences of ZEA exposure in *** this strategy,we initially identified 96 NPs and evaluated the potency and efficacy of two effective candidate compounds,fraxetin,and hydroxytyrosol,based on embryonic phenotype and locomotor activity using a scoring system and the TCMacro ***,we performed transcriptome and proteinprotein interaction(PPI)network analyses to extract two mRNA signatures to query the Connectivity Map(CMap)database and predict *** predicted NPs showed the potential to reverse the gene expression profiles associated with ZEA ***,we further screened these compounds using our model,which indicated that hispidin,daphnetin,and riboflavin exhibit promising in vivo effi-cacy in ***,throughout the process,fraxetin consistently stood out as the most promising *** pathway analysis and functional verification revealed that fraxetin completely reversed the toxic effects of ZEA at very low *** was achieved by repairing damaged cell apoptosis,modifying the cell cycle pathway,and preventing senescence induction,indicating good application ***,we demonstrated that this integration strategy can be successfully applied to effectively discover potential antidotes.

Syntheses of novel series benzo [1,5] oxazepin-4-one-based compounds from 1,5-difluoro-2,4-dinitrobenzene

A novel benzo [ 1,5] oxazepin-4-one skeleton compound and its four derivatives were synthesized effectively from 1,5-difluoro- 2,4-dinitrobenzene （DFDNB） under mild conditions. In the process, four intermediates were synthesized by substitutions of the two fluorine atoms and reductions of the meta-dinitro groups in DFDNB respectively. The results showed that the key for synthesizing the intermediates was the substitution of one of the two fluorine atoms in DFDNB by 3-hydroxy butyric acid ethyl ester first, then the other fluorine atom by morpholine, and then the reduction of the meta-dinitro groups in the substitute by HCOONH4 with Pd/C. The products were purified with silica gel column chromatography, and confirmed by HPLC, LC-MS and 1H NMR. They should contribute to construct the molecular libraries for therapeutic applications.

Gradient effect of road transportation on economic development in different geomorphic regions

The economic benefits of transport infrastructure investment have been widely ***,the varying influence of road transport development across vertical space has rarely been *** Sichuan province in China as case study area where the landform is diverse and complex,administrative counties were categorized into 4 main types:plain counties,hill counties,mountain counties,and plateau *** statistical data during 2006-2014,theperformanceofeconomic development and transport construction level in the four types of counties are ***,the heterogeneous effect of each grade road on economy was calculated by local regression model(GWR).The results indicate that plain counties largely surpassed the other geomorphic counties in economic development level,while the gradient gap among them was on the ***,distribution of transport infrastructure presented a decreasing trend from the low plain counties to high plateau *** imbalances were mainly reflected in the County road and Village *** the changes of regional gaps,National&Provincial roads and County roads were constantly expanding,whereas the disparity of Village road was slowly narrowing over *** noteworthy was the non-stationary economic influence of traffic factors across vertical *** average,National&Provincial roads generated higher benefits in the high elevation regions than the *** contrast,County road and Village road were found to be more effective in promoting economic development in *** regard to local estimates of traffic factors,coefficients in mountain counties exhibited larger fluctuation ranges than other geomorphic *** conclusions provide a basis for government decisionmaking in a more reasonable construction arrangement of road facilities and sustainable economic development.

A Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopic(FTIR)method involving a Fe2O3 flux was used to learn how China's coal ash *** relationship between ash fusion temperature and chemical composition,as well as the effects of Fe2O3 flux on the ash fusion temperature were *** relationship between ash fusion temperature and chemical composition,mineralogical phases and functional groups was analyzed with the FTIR *** results show that the ash fusion temperature is related to the location and transmittance of certain absorption peaks,which is of great significance for the study of ash behavior.

Liposome intracellular delivery of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. deprivative DS-201 improves its BK_(Ca) channel-activating and vasorelaxing effects

Some drugs exert curative effects intracellu- larly, but their hydrophilic property prohibits the mem- brane-penetrating process and thus limits the curative efficacies, although this property guarantee their solubility in aqueous phase. An example is sodium tanshinone II-A sulfonate （DS-201）, a derivative of Chinese medical herb Danshen （Salvia miltiorrhiza） which is a BKc~ channel opener and a vasodilator. This study established and opti- mized a liposome delivery system which could pack and deliver DS-201 into HEK293 cells transfected with BKca channels, and DS-201 given this way significantly increased the open probability of BKca channel from baseline 0.013 ~ 0.004 to 0.036 -4- 0.011 at -t-40 mV membrane potential （P 〈 0.05） in single-channel attached study, and also increased the current density from baseline 23.2 ＋ 4.4 to 66.0 4- 15.2 pA/pF at ＋40 mV membrane potential （P 〈 0.05）, compared with the direct extracellular administration of this drug. Moreover, showing a ~ 60 % inhibition of the PE or PGF2a induced vascular constric- tion, the DS-201 liposomes did posses significantly enhanced vasorelaxant effect on rat mesenteric artery, compared with 20 % inhibition of the directly administration of this drug （P 〈 0.05）, suggesting that DS-201 delivered by liposomes significantly improved the drug＇s vasorelaxing effect. Taken together, the optimized DS-201 liposomes in our study successfully delivered DS-201 into cells and thus significantly activated BKca channels to reverse the contraction induced by PE and PGF2a, attesting the enhanced bioavailability.

Morphologies and Mechanical Properties of Cis-1,4-butadiene Rubber/Polyethylene Blends

The mechanical properties and phase morphologies of cis-1,4-butadiene rubber（BR） blended with polyethylene（PE） at different blend ratios were studied. The tensile test results show that the PE exhibits excellent reinforcing capabilities towards BR. Blending BR with PE results in a remarkable enhancement of tensile strength, modulus and the elongation at break simultaneously. An increment of tensile strength from 1.11 MPa to 16.26 MPa was achieved by incorporation of 40 wt% PE in the blends. The modulus and elongation at break of 40/60 PE/BR blends are also about 5 times higher than those of the pure BR treated under exactly the same conditions. The tear test indicates that the tear strength also increases with the increase of PE content. It reaches 58.38 MPa for the 40/60 PE/BR blend, which is approximately 10 times higher than that of the pure BR. Morphological study demonstrates that the PE forms elongated microdomains finely dispersed in the BR matrix when its content is over 30 wt%, which corresponds to the remarkably enhanced mechanical *** to the results, reinforcement mechanism of PE toward BR dependent on the microstructure has been discussed and two different mechanisms have been proposed.

s: A new method for the preparation of an organic-inorganic composite film of the heteropolyanion has been developed by modifying P(Mo2O7)6-7 to the indium tin oxide (ITO) electrode surface. The modified electrode displayed a strong catalytic activity towards the reduction of IO3-. In the range of 1.0?0-6~5?0-4mol/L, the catalytic current was linear proportional to the IO3- concentration.
