中晚期帕金森病患者社交回避与认知功能的相关性研究

目的探讨社交回避状况与中晚期帕金森病(PD)患者的不同认知领域功能的相关性。方法选取2023年3~12月在安徽医科大学第一附属医院神经内科就诊的58例中晚期原发性帕金森病患者为研究对象,进行社交回避及苦恼量表(SAD)评估,并按SAD得分将所有受试者分为PD伴社交回避及苦恼组(SAD组,n=29)和PD不伴社交回避及苦恼组(NSAD组,n=29)。采用简易智力状况检查量表(MMSE)、中文听觉词语学习测验(AVLT)、数字广度测验(DST)和综合连线测验A(TMA)、测验B(TMB)、额叶功能评价量表(FAB)、语义流畅性(CVF)和语音流畅性(PVF)对所有受试者进行认知功能测验。分别比较SAD组和NSAD组以上认知功能测验的差异性,分析各项认知测验得分与SAD量表得分的相关性,并采用多元线性回归分析认知功能的影响因素。结果SAD组受试者的MMSE、DST逆序、TMA、TMB、FAB得分显著差于NSAD组(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析提示,SAD得分与MMSE、AVLT-8得分、DST逆序、FAB得分呈负相关(r=-0.502、-0.350、-0.542、-0.432,P<0.05),与TMA、TMB用时呈正相关(r=0.543、0.626,P<0.05)。回归分析提示,SAD得分、受教育年限是不同认知测评得分的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论在中晚期帕金森病患者中,社交回避状况是认知水平下降的风险因素,且突出表现在注意、执行能力下降方面。

目的:探讨宫颈炎患者高危型HPV(HR-HPV)感染对宫颈阴道微生态、miR-149-3p、CYBRD1表达的影响。方法:选取2020年12月-2022年12月因宫颈炎就诊于本院的102例临床资料,根据是否感染HR-HPV分入高危HPV阴性组(n=65)与阳性组(n=37)。检测HPV阳性患者HPV感染亚型,比较两组阴道微生态改变及阴道微生态平衡状态;采用荧光定量PCR法检测宫颈脱落细胞miR-149-3p、CYBRD1水平;Spearman法分析宫颈阴道微生态与宫颈脱落细胞miR-149-3p、CYBRD1水平的相关性;采用多因素logistic逐步回归分析HR-HPV感染影响因素。结果:HR-HPV阳性组宫颈病变严重程度高于阴性组,阳性组中HPV16亚型检出率最高(51.0%),其次为HPV18(18.6%);阳性组阴道微生态失衡、解脲脲原体阳性率、乳酸杆菌异常率均高于阴性组,miR-149-3p(0.53±0.12)低于阴性组(1.67±0.23),CYBRD1相对表达量(1.29±0.27)高于阴性组(0.46±0.10)(均P<0.05);HR-HPV感染与宫颈脱落细胞miR-149-3p表达呈负相关、与CYBRD1表达、阴道微生态失衡、解脲脲原体阳性率及乳酸杆菌异常率呈正相关(均P<0.05)。HR-HPV阳性组不良孕产史占比高于阴性组(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示:解脲脲原体阳性率、乳酸杆菌异常率、不良孕产史、阴道微生态失衡、miR-149-3p降低、CYBRD1升高是HR-HPV感染影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论:HR-HPV感染者宫颈脱落细胞中miR-149-3p低表达、CYBRD1高表达,亚型检出以HPV16、HPV18为主,且HR-HPV感染会影响患者宫颈阴道微生态失衡,增加宫颈病变严重程度。

Background Episodic memory includes information about item memory and source *** researches support the hypothesis that these two memory systems are implemented by different brain *** aim of this study was to investigate the characteristics of item memory and source memory processing in patients with Parkinson＇s disease （PD）,and to further verify the hypothesis of dual-process model of source and item *** We established a neuropsychological battery to measure the performance of item memory and source *** 35 PD individuals and 35 matched healthy controls （HC） were administrated with the *** memory task consists of the learning and recognition of high-frequency national Chinese characters; source memory task consists of the learning and recognition of three modes （character,picture,and image） of *** Compared with the controls,the idiopathic PD patients have been impaired source memory （PD ***：0.65±0.06 vs.0.72±0.09,P=0.001）,but not impaired in item memory （PD ***：0.65±0.07 vs.0.67±0.08,P=0.240）.Conclusions The present experiment provides evidence for dissociation between item and source memory in PD patients,thereby strengthening the claim that the item or source memory rely on different brain *** patients show poor source memory,in which dopamine plays a critical role.

tWe proposed a facile synthesis of single-Ni-atom catalysts on low-cost porous carbon using a calcina-tion method at the temperatures of 850-1000°C,which were used for CO_(2) electrochemical reduction to *** porous carbon was prepared by carbonizing cheap and abundant humic *** structural characterizations of the as-synthesized catalysts and their electrocatalytic performances were *** results showed that the single-Ni-atom catalyst activated at 950°C showed an optimum catalytic performance,and it reached a CO Faradaic efficiency of 91.9% with a CO partial current density of 6.9 mAcm^(-2)at-0.9 V *** hydrogen electrode(RHE).Additionally,the CO Faradaic efficiency and current density of the optimum catalyst changed slightly after 8 h of continuous operation,suggesting that it possessed an excellent *** structure-activity relations indicate that the variation in the CO_(2) electroche-mical reduction performance for the as-synthesized catalysts is ascribed to the combined effects of the increase in the content of pyrrolic N,the evaporation of Ni and N,the decrease in pore volume,and the change in graphitization degree.

Reconsolidation refers to memory reprocessing when consolidated memory is being recalled and restored. Importantly, as memory is being recalled, it could further modify past memories. Memory reconsolidation has been identified as a critical role in various types of mental disorders, in particular drug addiction. In this review, we first review earlier studies related to reconsolidation. Secondly, we characterize memory reconsolidation processing in human brain via neuroimaging studies. Then we focus on the role of reconsolidation and reconsolidation-based interventions in drug addiction. Finally, we highlight the potentials of combining reconsolidation-based interventions and neuroimaging techniques as a therapeutic tool in drug addiction.

Enhancement of light output powers of GaN-based light emitting diodes with textured indium tin oxide transparent layer by using corrosive liquid

In order to promote the light output powers of GaN-based light emitting diodes (LEDs), two kinds of novel corrosive liquidshave been developed in this paper to roughen the surface of the indium tin oxide (ITO) current spreading layer of LEDs. As aresult, the textured transparent ITO layer greatly enhanced the external quantum efficiency of the LEDs. Provided that a wafersample was dipped in a kind of corrosive liquid developed by us for only about 60 s, the light output powers of the LEDs canbe promoted by 24.7%, compared with conventional GaN-based LEDs. It is obvious that the presented method is simple, rapidand cost-effective.
