绿色债券发行效应对绿色债券评级机制的监管效果具有重要影响,如果监管效果不能充分发挥,不仅容易使投资者做出错误投资决策,还易诱发“洗绿”“漂绿”行为。根据国内外绿色债券评级认证实际情况,本文提出双评级机制和综合一体化评级机制的设想。引入绿色债券总评级准确度、信用评级准确度、绿色评级准确度、绿色债券的发行效应、评级信息收集成本等影响因素,构建差异性Hotelling模型,探讨在不考虑绿色债券发行效应和考虑绿色债券发行效应两种情形下,双评级机制和综合一体化评级机制的监管有效性,并利用数值仿真技术比较两种评级机制的监管效果。研究表明,发行绿色债券的环保效应对评级机制监管效果有正向影响。信用评级监管部门应根据绿色债券发行效应选择适当的评级机制,从而有效提高评级机制的监管效果;当不同评级机制下绿色债券评级准确度达到均衡状态时,可以考虑要求评级机构将绿色因素纳入信用评级考评指标,形成综合一体化评级机制,从而更好地发挥监管作用。

目的探讨氯氮平联合家庭治疗对难治性精神分裂症患者的效果及对其骨密度、催乳素和家庭功能的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2022年1月安徽省阜阳市第三人民医院精神科九病区诊治的精神分裂症患者120例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和联合组,各60例。对照组采用氯氮平治疗,联合组采用氯氮平联合家庭治疗。比较两组治疗效果、世界卫生组织残疾评定量表第2版(WHO-DASⅡ)评分、骨密度、催乳素等指标。结果治疗后,联合组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论氯氮平联合家庭治疗有助于提高难治性精神分裂患者的疗效,并减少对骨密度、催乳素的影响。

Seismic isolation is an effective strategy to mitigate the risk of seismic damage in ***,the impact of surface-reflected seismic waves on the effectiveness of tunnel isolation layers remains under *** this study,we employ the wave function expansion method to provide analytical solutions for the dynamic responses of linings in an elastic half-space and an infinite elastic *** comparing the results of the two models,we investigate the seismic isolation effect of tunnel isolation layers induced by reflected seismic *** findings reveal significant differences in the dynamic responses of the lining in the elastic half-space and the infinitely elastic ***,the dynamic stress concentration factor(DSCF)of the lining in the elastic half-space exhibits periodic fluctuations,influenced by the incident wave frequency and tunnel depth,while the DSCF in the infinitely elastic space remain ***,the seismic isolation application of the tunnel isolation layer is found to be less affected by surface-reflected seismic *** results provide valuable insights for the design and assessment of the seismic isolation effect of tunnel isolation layers.

A Catalog of ^(13)CO Clumps from the MWISP in l=10°–20°

In this study, we present a catalog of molecular clumps extracted from ^(13)CO(J=1-0) emission data of the Milky Way Imaging Scroll Painting(MWISP) project. The data covers the inner Milky Way within the longitude range10°≤l≤20° and the latitude strip of |b|≤ 5°. 25. The workflow for the extraction of clumps, namely Facet-SS-3DClump, consists of two parts: the identification of clump candidates and their verification. First, Facet-SS-3DClump employs FacetClumps to identify clump candidates. Subsequently, high-confidence clumps are obtained by cross-matching with the clumps detected by other algorithms, such as dendrogram. Second, these high-confidence clumps are used as prior knowledge to train a semi-supervised deep clustering approach, SS-3D-Clump, which is applied to verify clump candidates detected by FacetClumps, providing confidence levels for the molecular clumps. Finally, the catalog comprising 18,757 molecular clumps was obtained using Facet-SS-3D-Clump, and the catalog is 90% complete above 37 K km s^(-1). We observe a significant deviation of the mean Galactic latitude for clumps within |b|≤ 2° from the midplane, with b=-0°.110. We found that 82.3% of the dust clumps correspond to ^(13)CO clumps by matching with Herschel infrared dust clumps. In the future, Facet-SS-3D-Clump will be applied to detect ^(13)CO clumps in the entire MWISP data.

The wide applications of Generative adversarial networks benefit from the successful training methods,guaranteeing that an object function converges to the local ***,designing an efficient and competitive training method is still a challenging task due to the cyclic behaviors of some gradient-based ways and the expensive computational cost of acquiring the Hessian *** address this problem,we proposed the Adaptive Composite Gradients(ACG)method,linearly convergent in bilinear games under suitable *** analysis and toy-function experiments both suggest that our approach alleviates the cyclic behaviors and converges faster than recently proposed SOTA *** convergence speed of the ACG is improved by 33%than other *** ACG method is a novel Semi-Gradient-Free algorithm that can reduce the computational cost of gradient and Hessian by utilizing the predictive information in future *** mixture of Gaussians experiments and real-world digital image generative experiments show that our ACG method outperforms several existing technologies,illustrating the superiority and efficacy of our method.

The compromised egg quality and leg abnormality during the end of the laying cycle(after 40 weeks)have been leading to poor animal welfare and substantial economic losses. Therefore, the effects of fermented calcium(Ca) butyrate, produced by fermentation by Clostridium butyricum, on production,eggshell quality, and tibial property of hens were explored. A total of 192 Hy-line brown laying hens at50-week-old were assigned to a basal diet or the basal diet with 300 mg/kg of the fermented Ca butyrate from 50 to 58 weeks of age. Each treatment had 6 replicates with 16 hens each. The diet supplemented with 300 mg/kg fermented Ca butyrate notably increased egg weight, ovarian follicle number, and eggshell strength(P = 0.072) as compared to the basal diet, which were associated with cytokine secretion, toll-like receptor signaling pathways, and intestinal immunity based on the RNA-seq data from the granulosa. Dietary Ca butyrate inclusion decreased the expression of ileal tumor necrosis factor-alpha and serum pro-inflammatory cytokine concentration, as well as increased the content of serum immunoglobulin A when compared to the basal diet(both P 0.05). In addition, the diet with fermented Ca butyrate reduced the number of osteoclasts in the proximal tibia and the level of C-terminal cross-linked telopeptide of type I collagen, a bone resorption marker(P < 0.05), whereas it tended to increase the concentration of the procollagen type I N-terminal propeptide that reflects bone formation marker in serum. Moreover, the layers fed fermented Ca butyrate diets possessed higher(P < 0.05) bone area and trabecular number of the proximal tibia, yield load, and ultimate load than those that consumed basal diets. 声速测量对多波束测深系统测量精度具有重要影响,声速测量受环境影响较大,在不同物质环境下,声波的声速和传播方向存在较大差异。本文针对声速误差产生原因进行研究,引入自适应分层声线跟踪法、等梯度声线跟踪法等声速误差修正方法,并结合试验对两种方法在同一位置不同时段声速修正情况进行分析。结果显示:自适应分层声线跟踪法在全天各时段能更好地对声速进行还原,数据精度较好。
