NLRP3 inflammasome,an intracellular multiprotein complex,can be activated by a range of pathogenic microbes or endogenous hazardous *** activation results in the release of cytokines such as IL-1β and IL-18,as well as Gasdermin D which eventually causes *** activation of NLRP3 inflammasome is under strict control and regulation by numerous pathways and *** excessive activation can lead to a persistent inflammatory response,which is linked to the onset and progression of severe *** studies have revealed that the subcellular localization of NLRP3 changes significantly during the activation *** this review,we review the current understanding of the molecular mechanism of NLRP3 inflammasome activation,focusing on the subcellular localization of NLRP3 and the associated regulatory *** aim to provide a comprehensive understanding of the dynamic transportation,activation,and degradation processes of NLRP3.

钢结构建筑工程施工工序碳排放定额研究

针对钢结构建筑工程装配式施工过程特点,提出基于工序的钢结构建筑工程施工碳排放计算方法,结合某多层钢结构建筑开展钢结构基础、钢构件吊装和安装工序的碳排放定额研究。现场计测所得10种钢结构建筑基础施工工序碳排放为17.72~151.26(kgCO_(2)/个基础);首节柱和二节柱吊装工序碳排放分别为10.52(kgCO_(2)/根钢柱)和14.59(kgCO_(2)/根钢柱);三种截面尺寸钢柱安装工序碳排放为38.16~69.18 (kgCO_(2)/根钢柱);主梁和次梁汽车吊吊装工序碳排放分别为7.73(kgCO_(2)/根钢梁)和4.52(kgCO_(2)/根钢梁),采用塔吊吊装时,相应碳排放降低至2.40 (kgCO_(2)/根钢梁)和2.22(kgCO_(2)/根钢梁);主梁安装节点共14种,工序碳排放为13.84~125.96(kgCO_(2)/根钢梁);次梁安装节点共11种,工序碳排放为10.39~43.49(kgCO_(2)/根钢梁)。研究提出的工序碳排放计测方法,所得结果可呈现钢结构建筑分部分项工程碳排放源构成特征;计测获得的工序碳排放定额参数,可支持多层钢结构建筑工程建造阶段的碳排放计算,以及施工方案的低碳优化。

针对一栋位于严寒地区的主体结构采用装配式钢管混凝土框架结构、墙面采用蒸压加气混凝土板(ALC)自承重墙结合外保温围护体系的单层居住功能试验房,在冬季采暖期采用原位测量非破坏性方法进行周期为119 d的连续测试,完成围护结构热工缺陷检测、室内湿热环境测试、围护结构热工性能测试。结果表明:ALC墙板竖向拼接板缝、钢管混凝土柱墙角、墙脚、窗体均存在热桥。试验房构造做法的墙体传热系数平均值为0.239 W/(m^(2)·K)。试验房蓄热性能良好,停暖后室内气温缓慢降低,历时7 d达到最低温度,基本保持恒定。恢复供暖后,室内气温快速回升。测试期内试验房平均气温为22.4℃,平均相对湿度为53.8%,舒适性良好。为严寒地区推广应用装配式钢结构和选择保温体系提供了实测数据支持。

It has long been proposed that emotionally“prepared”(i.e.,fear-related)stimuli are privileged in the unconscious acquisition of conditioned ***,as fear processing is suggested to highly depend on the coarse,low-spatial-frequency(LSF)components of the fear-related stimuli,it is plausible that LSF may play a unique role in the unconscious fear conditioning even with emotionally neutral ***,we provided empirical evidence that,following classical fear conditioning,an invisible,emotionally neutral conditioned stimulus(CS+)with LSF,but not with high spatial frequency(HSF),can rapidly elicit stronger skin conductance responses(SCRs)and larger pupil diameters than its CS−*** comparison,consciously perceived emotionally neutral CS+with LSF and HSF elicited comparable *** together,these results support that the unconscious fear conditioning does not necessarily entail emotionally prepared stimuli but prioritizes LSF information processing and highlight the crucial distinctions between the unconscious and the conscious fear *** findings not only coincide with the postulation that a rapid,spatial-frequency-dependent subcortical route is engaged in unconscious fear processing but also suggest the existence of multiple routes for conscious fear processing.

Tungsten disulfide(WS_(2))has been considered as a promising hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)candidate due to its high activity,robust chemical stability,and earth-abundant ***,the inert basal planes and low electrical conduc-tivity greatly hinder its development in ***,the density of active sites through the structural designing is one of the most effective strategies to enhance the HER ***,we report a facile one-step hydrothermal method for synthesizing flower-like WS_(2)nanosheets for highly efficient ***,the effect of preparation temperature is also been *** optimized WS_(2)nanosheets exhibit the enhanced HER activity in strong acidic solutions with a low Tafel slope and a good *** improvement of the HER performance can be attributed to sheet-like nanostructures,which greatly increase the edge sites and defects,resulting in a high density of exposed active ***,these sheet-like nano-structures also can make the acidic electrolyte easily accessible to the surface of WS_(2)and accelerate the electron transfer rate.

As the search for effective treatments for COVID-19 continues,the high mortality rate among critically ill patients in Intensive Care Units(ICU)presents a profound *** study explores the potential benefits of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)as a supplementary treatment for severe COVID-19.A total of 110 critically ill COVID-19 patients at the Intensive Care Unit(ICU)of Vulcan Hill Hospital between Feb.,2020,and April,2020(Wuhan,China)participated in this observational *** patients received standard supportive care protocols,with a subset of 81 also receiving TCM as an adjunct *** characteristics during the treatment period and the clinical outcome of each patient were closely monitored and *** findings indicated that the TCM group exhibited a significantly lower mortality rate compared with the non-TCM group(16 of 81 vs 24 of 29;0.3 vs 2.3 person/month).In the adjusted Cox proportional hazards models,TCM treatment was associated with improved survival odds(P<0.001).Furthermore,the analysis also revealed that TCM treatment could partially mitigate inflammatory responses,as evidenced by the reduced levels of proinflammatory cytokines,and contribute to the recovery of multiple organic functions,thereby potentially increasing the survival rate of critically ill COVID-19 patients.

Phase engineering is an important strategy to modulate the electronic structure of molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2)).MoS_(2)-based composites are usually used for the electromagnetic wave(EMW)absorber,but the effect of different phases on the EMW absorbing performance,such as 1T and 2H phase,is still not *** this work,micro-1T/2H MoS_(2) is achieved via a facile one-step hydrother-mal route,in which the 1T phase is induced by the intercalation of guest molecules and *** EMW absorption mechanism of single MoS_(2) is revealed by presenting a comparative study between 1T/2H MoS_(2) and 2H MoS_(2).As a result,1T/2H MoS_(2) with the matrix loading of 15%exhibits excellent microwave absorption property than 2H MoS_(2).Furthermore,taking the advantage of 1T/2H MoS_(2),a flexible EMW absorbers that ultrathin 1T/2H MoS_(2)grown on the carbon fiber also performs outstanding performance only with the matrix loading of 5%.This work offers necessary reference to improve microwave absorption performance by phase engineering and design a new type of flexible electromagnetic wave absorption material to apply for the portable microwave absorption electronic devices.
