Blade Segment with a 3D Lattice of Diamond Grits Fabricated via an Additive Manufacturing Process

Diamond tools with orderly arrangements of diamond grits have drawn considerable attention in the machining field owing to their outstanding advantages of high sharpness and long service *** diamond super tool,as well as the manufacturing equipment,has been unavailable to Chinese enterprises for a long time due to *** this paper,a diamond blade segment with a 3D lattice of diamond grits was additively manufactured using a new type of cold pressing equipment(AME100).The equipment,designed with a rotary working platform and 16 molding stations,can be used to additively manufacture segments with diamond grits arranged in an orderly fashion,layer by layer;under this additive manufacturing process,at least 216000 pcs of diamond green segments with five orderly arranged grit layers can be produced per *** microstructure of the segment was observed via SEM and the diamond blade fabricated using these segments was compared to other commercial cutting *** experimental results showed that the 3D lattice of diamond grits was formed in the green *** filling rate of diamond grits in the lattice could be guaranteed to be above 95%;this is much higher than the 90%filling rate of the automatic array system(ARIX).When used to cut stone,the cutting amount of the blade with segments made by AME100 is two times that of ordinary tools,with the same diamond *** used to dry cut reinforced concrete,its cutting speed is 10%faster than that of *** wet cutting conditions,its service life is twice that of *** applying the machine vision online inspection system and a special needle jig with a negative pressure system,this study developed a piece of additive manufacturing equipment for efficiently fabricating blade segments with a 3D lattice of diamond grits.

The structure, Curie temperature and magnetostriction of Pr0.15Tb0.30Dy0.55Fe1.85Cx (x=0-0.1) compounds were investigated by X-ray diffraction, a vibrating sample magnetometer and a standard strain technique. All the samples show entirely MgCu2-type Laves phase structure. The lattice parameter and Curie temperature increase with C content increasing. The magnetostriction at high magnetic field shows maximum value at x=0.05.

不同水力条件下人工湿地处理效果中试研究

为了探讨水力停留时间及水力负荷对人工湿地处理效果的影响,构建6种不同类型的人工湿地进行中试研究,分析其在不同水力条件下对农村生活污水的净化效果。结果表明:在相同的水力条件下,垂直流人工湿地对污染物的去除率最高,表面流人工湿地的最低;湿地的最佳水力停留时间为48 h,总氮去除效果最好的是垂直上行人工湿地,去除率为93.02%,总磷、化学需氧量去除效果最好的是垂直下行人工湿地,去除率分别为91.71%、81.67%,氨氮去除效果最好的是水平潜流人工湿地,去除率为72.73%;除化学需氧量外,各人工湿地处理效果都随水力负荷的增加而劣化;表面流人工湿地的最佳水力负荷为5 cm/d,垂直流与水平潜流人工湿地的最佳水力负荷为15 cm/d;挡板的增设可以延长湿地的水力停留时间,改善处理效果,增设挡板适合的水力负荷范围为15~25 cm/d。

Selenium deficiency exacerbates ROS/ER stress mediated pyroptosis and ferroptosis induced by bisphenol A in chickens thymus

Bisphenol A(BPA)is an industrial pollutant that can cause immune *** acts as an antioxidant,as selenium deficiency often accompanies oxidative stress,resulting in organ *** study is the first to demonstrate that BPA and/or selenium deficiency induce pyroptosis and ferroptosis-mediated thymic injury in chicken and chicken lymphoma cell(MDCC-MSB-1)via oxidative stress-induced endoplasmic reticulum(ER)*** established a broiler chicken model of BPA and/or selenium deficiency exposure and collected thymus samples as research subjects after 42 *** results demonstrated that BPA or selenium deficiency led to a decrease in antioxidant enzyme activities(T-AOC,CAT,and GSH-Px),accumulation of peroxides(H2O2 and MDA),significant upregulation of ER stress-relatedmarkers(GRP78,IER 1,PERK,EIF-2α,ATF4,and CHOP),a significant increase in iron ion levels,significant upregulation of pyroptosis-related gene(NLRP3,ASC,Caspase1,GSDMD,IL-18 and IL-1β),significantly increase ferroptosis-related genes(TFRC,COX2)and downregulate GPX4,HO-1,FTH,*** vitro experiments conducted in MDCC-MSB-1 cells confirmed the results,demonstrating that the addition of antioxidant(NAC),ER stress inhibitor(TUDCA)and pyroptosis inhibitor(Vx765)alleviated oxidative stress,endoplasmic reticulum stress,pyroptosis,and ***,this study concludes that the combined effects of oxidative stress and ER stress mediate pyroptosis and ferroptosis in chicken thymus induced by BPA exposure and selenium deficiency.

污染负荷对生物炭人工湿地净化效果的影响

对生物炭基潜流人工湿地对农村生活污水净化效果进行中试实验,构建6组生物炭人工湿地,对比3组不同进水污染负荷条件下的实验结果,分析水质变化对各组生物炭人工湿地中化学需氧量、氨氮、总磷、总氮净化效果的影响。结果表明:在水力停留时间为36~48 h、水力负荷为10 cm/d的条件下,生物炭人工湿地对污水中总氮、氨氮、总磷、化学需氧量的去除率随着进水污染负荷的增大而减小;生物炭添加量的增加有利于人工湿地对总氮、氨氮的去除,各组人工湿地对化学需氧量的去除效果差别随污染负荷增加而增大,生物炭有助于加强人工湿地对化学需氧量的抗负荷能力;当污染负荷增加时,生物炭添加量和添加位置对总磷的去除效果的影响减弱,且生物炭人工湿地对总磷具有较好的抗负荷能力;在低污染负荷和中污染负荷条件下,各组生物炭人工湿地对4类污染物均有较高的去除率。

通过稳态能量流法推导了半主动颗粒阻尼损耗因子与响应的关系,采用实验方法识别了半主动颗粒阻尼的损耗因子。分别研究了颗粒填充率和通电电压对半主动颗粒阻尼损耗因子的影响规律。研究结果表明:增大通电电压能提高半主动颗粒阻尼的损耗因子,损耗因子在到达一定电压后逐渐趋于稳定;半主动颗粒阻尼的损耗因子随着颗粒填充率的增加而增大,但颗粒填充率在达到70%以后,半主动颗粒阻尼的损耗因子增幅变缓并逐渐趋于稳定。

为提高矿山生产能力,延长矿山服务年限,对某铁矿矿量大、价值高的残留间柱,进行分段充填采矿法进行回采。通过现场地质调查室内岩石力学试验,对矿山岩体质量进行了综合评价。结果表明,矿山岩体和矿体的岩体质量良好,满足了安全生产的基本要求。基于Mathews稳定性图解法,本文进一步对矿山分段充填采矿法试验采场进行了优化研究。通过详细分析和计算,确定了该矿山的最佳采场结构参数,包括采场宽度为14 m、长度为25 m。这些优化参数能够有效提高采矿过程的稳定性和安全性,为矿山后期生产提供了科学可靠的理论数据支撑。研究结果不仅为类似矿山的采场设计提供了有力参考,还为进一步提升矿山生产效率和安全水平奠定了基础。

The vibration response and noise caused by subway trains can affect the safety and comfort of *** study the dynamic response characteristics of subway stations and superstructures under train loads with a hard combination,a numerical model is developed in this *** indoor model test verified the accuracy of the numerical *** influence laws of different hard combinations,train operating speeds and modes were studied and evaluated *** results show that the frequency corresponding to the peak vibration acceleration level of each floor of the superstructure property is concentrated at 10–20 *** vibration response decreases in the high-frequency parts and increases in the lowfrequency parts with increasing distance from the ***,the factors,such as train operating speed,operating mode,and hard combination type,will affect the vibration of the *** vibration response under the reversible operation of the train is greater than that of the unidirectional *** operating speed of the train is proportional to its vibration *** vibration amplification area appears between the middle and the top of the superstructure at a higher train *** vibration acceleration level will exceed the limit value of relevant regulations,and vibration-damping measures are *** the scope of application,this study provides some suggestions for constructing subway stations and superstructures.
