In this paper, the bacterial celluloses(BCs) were pyrolysed in nitrogen and then activated by KOH to form a porous three- dimension-network electrode material for supercapacitor applications. Activated pyrolysed bacterial cellulose(APBC) samples with enlarged specific surface area and enhanced specific capacitances were obtained. In order to optimize electrochemical properties, APBC samples with different alkali-to-carbon ratios of 1, 2 and 3 were tested in two electrodes symmetrical capacitors. The optimized APBC sample holds the highest specific capacitance of 241.8 F/g, and the energy density of which is 5 times higher than that of PBC even at a current density of 5 A/g. This work presents a successful practice of preparing electrode material from environment-friendly biomass, bacterial cellulose.

针对卷尾猴搜索算法(CapSA)在光伏电池参数辨识中全局搜索能力低、收敛速度慢、易陷入局部最优等问题,提出一种多策略改进的卷尾猴搜索算法(ICapSA)。通过采用Logistic混沌映射、自适应惯性权重、差分更新机制和Levy飞行策略对CapSA进行改进得到了ICapSA。为了验证改进卷尾猴搜索算法的有效性,利用Photo Watt-PWP 201和RTC France光伏组件的数据对其进行测试,通过与改进前卷尾猴搜索算法和几种性能良好的算法进行对比。结果证明,ICapSA在收敛速度、辨识精度和稳定性上均优于对比算法。

We cloned and expressed a new recombinant β-galactosidase（TN0949） from Thermotoga naphthophila RKU-10 with the pET28a（＋） vector system in Escherichia coli BL21（DE3）, and determined its catalytic capability to synthesize alkyl glucosides. The recombinant enzyme was purified to a single band via heat treatment and Ni2＋-NTA affinity chromatography. The molecular mass of the recombinant enzyme was estimated to be 79 kDa with sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis（SDS-PAGE）. TN0949 can hydrolyze o-nitrophenylβ-D- galactopyranoside at the optimum pH and temperature of 6.5 and 80 ℃, respectively. TN0949 can also hydrolyze lactose at the optimum pH and temperature of 5.2 and 80 ℃, respectively. The Km values for the hydrolyses of o-nitrophenyl fl-D-galactopyranoside and lactose were 0.82 and 83.65 mmol/L, respectively. TN0949 was stable over a wide range of pH（3.0 to 7.0） after 24 h of incubation. The half-lives of TN0949 at 75, 80 and 85 ℃ were 22, 6 and 1.33 h, respectively. The enzyme displayed the capability to use lactose as the transglycosylation substrate to synthesize butyl galactopyranoside and hexyl galactopyranoside, indicating its suitability as a candidate industrial biocatalyst.
