Increasing porosity is one of the most direct ways to improve the thermal insulation and dielectric properties of *** now,many wet methods for preparing Si_(3)N_(4) ceramic foams usually face the problems of complex rheology,long period,and expensive cost,and the reported pore sizes of Si_(3)N_(4) ceramic foams are typically micron-grade,resulting in a lack of competitiveness in thermal insulation and wave-transparent *** this paper,the Si_(3)N_(4)@SiO_(2) ceramic foams were prepared using an efficient dry-method,which combined three processes of low temperature chemical vapor deposition(LTCVD),template,and isostatic *** method has the advantages of simple operation and short preparation period,and can realize near-net size molding and mass *** addition,the evolution mechanisms of honeycomb microstructure and composition of Si_(3)N_(4)@SiO_(2) ceramic foam during sintering were studied by chemical reaction *** as-prepared Si_(3)N_(4)@SiO_(2) ceramic foam possesses low density(0.377 g·cm^(-3)),high compressive strength(7.5 MPa),low thermal conductivity(0.0808 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)),and excellent dielectric properties(ε<1.32,tanδ<0.009)in the frequency range of 8-18 GHz,and its maximum working temperature in air can reach up to 1100℃.It will be recommended to be applied in the interlayer of Si_(3)N_(4) ceramic radome to improve its thermal insulation and electromagnetic wave transparency performances.

Numerical investigation and optimal design of fiber Bragg grating based wind pressure sensor

A wind pressure sensor based on fiber Bragg grating （FBG） for engineering structure was investigated in this paper. We established a transaction model of wind pressure to strain and proposed a method of temperature compensation. By finite element analysis, the basic parameters of the sensor were optimized with the aim of maximum strain under the basic wind pressure proposed in relative design code in China taking geometrical non-linearity into consideration. The result shows that the wind pressure sensor we proposed is well performed and have good sensing properties, which means it is a technically feasible solution.

Graph Convolutional Network Combined with Semantic Feature Guidance for Deep Clustering

The performances of semisupervised clustering for unlabeled data are often superior to those of unsupervised learning,which indicates that semantic information attached to clusters can significantly improve feature representation *** a graph convolutional network(GCN),each node contains information about itself and its neighbors that is beneficial to common and unique features among *** these findings,we propose a deep clustering method based on GCN and semantic feature guidance(GFDC) in which a deep convolutional network is used as a feature generator,and a GCN with a softmax layer performs clustering ***,the diversity and amount of input information are enhanced to generate highly useful representations for downstream ***,the topological graph is constructed to express the spatial relationship of *** a pair of datasets,feature correspondence constraints are used to regularize clustering loss,and clustering outputs are iteratively *** external evaluation indicators,i.e.,clustering accuracy,normalized mutual information,and the adjusted Rand index,and an internal indicator,i.e., the Davidson-Bouldin index(DBI),are employed to evaluate clustering *** results on eight public datasets show that the GFDC algorithm is significantly better than the majority of competitive clustering methods,i.e.,its clustering accuracy is20% higher than the best clustering method on the United States Postal Service *** GFDC algorithm also has the highest accuracy on the smaller Amazon and Caltech ***,DBI indicates the dispersion of cluster distribution and compactness within the cluster.

Recent Advances in Synthesis of Waterborne Polyurethane and Their Application in Water-based Ink:A Review

Over the last few years, waterborne polyurethane （WPU） was applied to various fibers, adhesives, primers for metals, caulking materials, emulsion polymerization media, paint additives, defoamers, associate thickeners, pigment pastes, textile dyes and biomaterials, resulting in the increasing enthu- siasm of researchers to design and synthesize novel WPU with unique properties. Thus, various processes and raw materials have been developed to prepare WPU. This review gives an overview on the de- velopments of WPU mainly derived from novel polyols, analyzes the potential application in water-based inks and presents the probable future research area about water-based inks. Notably, the poly（e-cap- rolactone） and poly（lactic acid） are the versatile materials used in WPU synthesis and supply the po- tential special performance for preparing WPU. Meanwhile, addition-fragmentation chain transfer （RAFT） polymerization and atom transfer radical polymerization （ATRP） processes provide an opportu- nity to control the chain sequence of WPU and obtain products with the desired performance.

Micropaleontology and palaeoclimate during the early Cretaceous in the Lishu depression,Songliao basin,Northeast China

Diverse and abundant microfossils, such as palynomorphs, algae and Ostracoda, were collected from lower Cretaceous strata of Lishu depression, located in southeastern Songliao basin, and were identified and classified in order to provide relevant, detailed records for paleoclimate research. The early Creta- ceous vegetation and climate of southeastern Songliao basin have been inferred from the analysis of palynomorph genera, algae and Ostracoda of the LSI and SW110 wells. The lower Cretaceous strata include, in ascending stratigraphic order, the Shahezi, Yingcheng and Denglouku formations. Palyno- logical assemblages for each formation, based on biostratigraphic and statistical analyses, provide an assessment of their longitudinal variations. During deposition of the Shahezi Formation, the climate was mid-subtropical. Vegetation consisted of coniferous forest and herbage. During deposition of the Ying- cheng Formation, the climate was south Asian tropical. Vegetation consisted mainly of coniferous forest and herbal shrub. In addition, fresh and saline non-marine water dominated the lacustrine setting during deposition of these formations. Deposition of the Denglouku Formation, however, occurred under a hot and dry tropical climate. The vegetation was mostly coniferous forest and lake waters became saline. Palaeoclimate variation is correlated by the lake level change and the development of sedimentary facies. Palaeoclimate contribute to the formation of hydrocarbon source rocks and reservoir.

CO_(2)LASER PLUS PHOTODYNAMIC THERAPY VERSUS CO_(2)LASER IN THE TREATMENT OF CONDYLOMA ACUMINATUM:A RANDOMIZED COMPARATIVE STUDY

To compare the efficacy and safety of CO_(2)laser plus 5-aminolevulinic acid(ALA)photodynamic therapy(PDT)with CO_(2)laser for the treatment of multiple condyloma acuminatum(CA),120 patients with multiple CA were allocated into two groups—combined group(CO_(2)laser plus ALA-PDT,n=60)and CO_(2)laser group(CO_(2)laser plus placebo-PDT,n=60).After CO_(2)laser,a 20%ALA or a placebo solution was applied to the CA area 3 h before illumination with red light(635 nm,100mW/cm^(2),80 J/cm^(2)).The treatment was repeated seven days after the first treatment if the lesions were not completely *** complete response rate,recurrence rate and adverse effects in the two groups were *** two treatments,the complete response rates in the CO_(2)laser group and combined group were 100%(509/509)and 100%(507/507)in the CA(p>0:05),*** recurrence rates in the CO_(2)laser group and combined group were 44.9%(229/509)and 10.6%(54/507)in the CA(p<0:05),*** adverse effects in CO_(2)laser group was more than that in combined *** combined group is a more effective treatment for multiple CA compared with CO_(2)laser group.T/*** the highlighted text as abstract.

Clinical evaluation following the use of mineralized collagen graft for bone defects in revision total hip arthroplasty

Hormone-like activities of Kuntai capsule in the uteri of ovariectomized rats and immature rabbits

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the hormone-like activities of Kuntai capsule(KTC) in the uteri of ovariectomized rats and immature ***: Following bilateral ovariectomy, rats were randomly divided into six groups including sham group, control group, estradiol valerate group, KTC 0.24, 0.6, and 1.5 g/kg groups. The rats were treated with 0.5% CMC-Na, estradiol valerate and KTC(0.24, 0.6, and 1.5 g/kg), respectively for 28 consecutive days. Then the estrous cycle, uterine changes and pathological changes were *** levels of estradiol(E2), and progesterone(P4)were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Protein levels of estradiol receptor(ER), progesterone receptor(PR), vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and nuclear-associated antigen-67(Ki-67) in uterine tissues were detected by western blot. Immature rabbits were estrogen-primed prior to intragastric administration with KTC for 6 d consecutively. Then, the uteri underwent hematoxylin-eosin staining to observe endometrial ***: Compared with the control group, 0.6and 1.5 g/kg KTC markedly decreased the uterine organ coefficient and endometrial thickness(P <0.05). The serum level of P4 was increased in the KTC 0.6 g/kg group(P < 0.05). There were no significant variations in the serum level of E2 in the KTC groups compared with the control group. ERβ, but not ERα, was markedly upregulated after KTC administration(P < 0.05). Furthermore, 1.5 g/kg KTC significantly decreased the protein level of PRA(P <0.05) and 0.6 g/kg KTC increased the protein level of PRB in the uteri(P < 0.05). VEGF was highly expressed after treatment with 0.24 and 0.6 g/kg KTC,and Ki-67 was markedly reduced in ovariectomized rats treated with 1.5 g/kg KTC. No difference was found in the expression of PCNA. KTC 0.24 and0.6 g/kg promoted endometrial transformation in immature rabbit ***: KTC does not demonstrate obvious estrogen-like effect

Abivertinib,a third-generation tyrosine kinase inhibitor,is originally designed to target epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)-activating *** studies have shown that abivertinib has promising antitumor activity and a well-tolerated safety profile in patients with non-small-cell lung ***,abivertinib also exhibited high inhibitory activity against Bruton’s tyrosine kinase and Janus kinase *** that these kinases play some roles in the progression of megakaryopoiesis,we speculate that abivertinib can affect megakaryocyte(MK)differentiation and platelet *** treated cord blood CD34+hematopoietic stem cells,Meg-01 cells,and C57BL/6 mice with abivertinib and observed megakaryopoiesis to determine the biological effect of abivertinib on MK differentiation and platelet *** in vitro results showed that abivertinib impaired the CFU-MK formation,proliferation of CD34+HSC-derived MK progenitor cells,and differentiation and functions of MKs and inhibited Meg-01-derived MK *** results suggested that megakaryopoiesis was inhibited by *** also demonstrated in vivo that abivertinib decreased the number of MKs in bone marrow and platelet counts in mice,which suggested that thrombopoiesis was also ***,these preclinical data collectively suggested that abivertinib could inhibit MK differentiation and platelet biogenesis and might be an agent for thrombocythemia.
