Epstein-Barr virus-associated diseases are important global health concerns.As a group I carcinogen,EBV accounts for 1.5%of human malignances,including both epithelial-and lymphatic-originated tumors.Moreover,EBV plays an etiological and pathogenic role in a number of non-neoplastic diseases,and is even involved in multiple autoimmune diseases(SADs).In this review,we summarize and discuss some recent exciting discoveries in EBV research area,which including DNA methylation alterations,metabolic reprogramming,the changes of mitochondria and ubiquitin-proteasome system(UPS),oxidative stress and EBV lytic reactivation,variations in non-coding RNA(ncRNA),radiochemotherapy and immunotherapy.Understanding and learning from this advancement will further confrm the far-reaching and future value of therapeutic strategies in EBV-associated diseases.

黔北遵义地区地热水化学特征及成因

黔北遵义地区地热资源丰富,但研究程度低,成因机制不明,制约了区内地热资源的合理开发利用。文章以遵义地区天然温泉和地热井为研究对象,采集了6组地热水样进行水化学组分、氢氧同位素分析,探讨了该地区地热水的成因。结果表明:研究区地热水水化学类型为SO_(4)-Ca·Mg、Cl·SO_(4)-Na·Ca、HCO_(3)-Ca·Mg、HCO_(3)-Na·Ca及HCO_(3)-Ca·Na·Mg型,有益元素主要有Sr、Li、H_(2)SiO_(3)、F。地热水中的Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、HCO_(3)^(-)主要来源于白云石、方解石的溶解;盐津桥和坛厂地热水中的Ca^(2+),除来自于白云石、方解石的溶解外,可能有富石膏白云岩或膏盐层中石膏溶解产生的Ca^(2+)加入;地热水中SO_(2)^(4-)离子主要来源于石膏的溶解。四川含盐盆地古卤水的注入导致盐津桥地热水富Na^(+)、K^(+)、Cl^(-)。地热水的补给来源为大气降水,补给区位于研究区中部的大娄山一带,补给高程为1310.0~1391.2 m,补给区年平均气温为4.4~8.3℃。利用二氧化硅温标估算的热储温度为53~95℃,地热水循环深度为1372~2633 m。硅-焓模型估算的地热水冷水混入比例为76%~92%。区内地下水在大娄山区接受大气降水入渗补给,经深循环并受深部热流加热后,沿导水断裂上升至地表,形成天然低温温泉,或在背斜核部断裂带附近经人工钻探形成地热井。

Latent membrane protein 1(LMP1)is a major Epstein–Barr virus(EBV)-encoded oncoprotein involved in latency infection that regulates mitochondrial functions to facilitate cell survival.Recently,mitochondrial fission has been demonstrated as a crucial mechanism in oncovirus-mediated carcinogenesis.Mitochondrial dynamin-related protein 1(Drp1)-mediated mitochondrial fission has an impact on the chemoresistance of cancers.However,the mechanism by which oncogenic stress promotes mitochondrial fission,potentially contributing to tumorigenesis,is not entirely understood.The role of Drp1 in the oncogenesis and prognosis of EBV-LMP1-positive nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)was determined in our study.We show that EBV-LMP1 exhibits a new function in remodeling mitochondrial morphology by activating Drp1.A high level of p-Drp1(Ser616)or a low level of p-Drp1(Ser637)correlates with poor overall survival and disease-free survival.Furthermore,the protein level of p-Drp1(Ser616)is related to the clinical stage(TNM stage)of NPC.Targeting Drp1 impairs mitochondrial function and induces cell death in LMP1-positive NPC cells.In addition,EBV-LMP1 regulates Drp1 through two oncogenic signaling axes,AMPK and cyclin B1/Cdk1,which promote cell survival and cisplatin resistance in NPC.Our findings provide novel insight into the role of EBV-LMP1-driven mitochondrial fission in regulating Drp1 phosphorylation at serine 616 and serine 637.Disruption of Drp1 could be a promising therapeutic strategy for LMP1-positive NPC.

Shale gas resources are considered to be extremely abundant in southern China,which has dedicated considerable attention to shale gas exploration in recent years.Exploration of shale gas has considerably progressed and several breakthroughs have been made in China.However,shale gas explorations are still scarce.Summary and detailed analysis studies on black shale reservoirs are still to be performed for many areas.This lack of information slows the progress of shale gas explorations and results in low quantities of stored black shale.The Carboniferous Dawuba Formation,which is widely distributed and considerably thick,is one of the black shale formations targeted for shale gas exploration in southern China in the recent years.The acquisition and analysis of total organic carbon,vitrinite reflectance,types of organic matter,mineral composition,porosity,and permeability are basic but important processes.In addition,we analyzed the microscopic pores present in the shale.This study also showesd the good gas content of the Dawuba Formation,as well as the geological factors affecting its gas content and other characteristics.To understand the prospect of exploration,we compared this with other shale reservoirs which have been already successfully explored for gas.Our comparison showesd that those shale reservoirs have similar but not identical geological characteristics.

The locus coeruleus(LC) has been implicated in the control of breathing.Congenital central hypoventilation syndrome results from mutation of the paired-like homeobox 2 b(Phox2 b) gene that is expressed in LC neurons.The present study was designed to address whether stimulation of Phox2 b-expressing LC(Phox2 b~(LC)) neurons affects breathing and to reveal the putative circuit mechanism.A Cre-dependent viral vector encoding a Gqcoupled human M3 muscarinic receptor(hM3 Dq) was delivered into the LC of Phox2 b-Cre mice.The hM3 Dqtransduced neurons were pharmacologically activated while respiratory function was measured by plethysmography.We demonstrated that selective stimulation of Phox2 b~(LC) neurons significantly increased basal ventilation in conscious mice.Genetic ablation of these neurons markedly impaired hypercapnic ventilatory responses.Moreover,stimulation of Phox2 b~(LC) neurons enhanced the activity of preBotzinger complex neurons.Finally,axons of Phox2 b~(LC) neurons projected to the preBotzinger complex.Collectively,Phox2 b~(LC) neurons contribute to the control of breathing most likely via an LC-preBotzinger complex circuit.

As an important component of the tumor microenvironment,cancer-associated fibroblasts(CAFs)secrete energy metabolites to supply energy for tumor progression.Abnormal regulation of long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs)is thought to contribute to glucose metabolism,but the role of lncRNAs in glycolysis in oral CAFs has not been systematically examined.In the present study,by using RNA sequencing and bioinformatics analysis,we analyzed the lncRNA/mRNA profiles of normal fibroblasts(NFs)derived from normal tissues and CAFs derived from patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).LncRNA H19 was identified as a key lncRNA in oral CAFs and was synchronously upregulated in both oral cancer cell lines and CAFs.Using small interfering RNA(siRNA)strategies,we determined that lncRNA H19 knockdown affected proliferation,migration,and glycolysis in oral CAFs.We found that knockdown of lncRNA H19 by siRNA suppressed the MAPK signaling pathway,6-phosphofructo-2-kinase/fructose-2,6-biphosphatase 3(PFKFB3)and miR-675-5p.Furthermore,the lncRNA H19/miR-675-5p/PFKFB3 axis was involved in promoting the glycolysis pathway in oral CAFs,as demonstrated by a luciferase reporter system assay and treatment with a miRNA-specific inhibitor.Our study presents a new way to understand glucose metabolism in oral CAFs,theoretically providing a novel biomarker for OSCC molecular diagnosis and a new target for antitumor therapy.

During past several years,the photovoltaic performances of organic solar cells(OSCs)have achieved rapid progress with power conversion efficiencies(PCEs)over 18%,demonstrating a great practical application prospect.The development of material science including conjugated polymer donors,oligomer-like organic molecule donors,fused and nonfused ring acceptors,polymer acceptors,single-component organic solar cells and water/alcohol soluble interface materials are the key research topics in OSC field.Herein,the recent progress of these aspects is systematically summarized.Meanwhile,the current problems and future development are also discussed.

贵州南部是我国南方上古生界石炭系页岩集中发育的部位,经历了复杂的构造演化及岩相古地理变化,发育了非均质性较强的打屋坝组页岩层系。紫云地区作为贵州南部的典型代表,不同部位打屋坝组页岩的发育情况都不尽相同。通过对紫云地区长页1井、代页1井及周边罗岗、蛮场、四大寨、格凸河等典型露头开展测试分析,从区域构造发育、地层岩性组合、地层厚度与埋深、有机地球化学特征、页岩储层物性及含气性等角度对区内打屋坝组的分布情况及成藏条件进行了分析。研究认为紫云地区在石炭纪早期属台地边缘斜坡-台盆相沉积,水体由北向南逐渐变深,富有机质页岩集中在打屋坝组一段和三段,且各层的各项静态指标有利,区内钻井页岩气含气显示良好。通过综合对比评价,在紫云地区优选了宗地、上院2个页岩气有利区,为下一步页岩气勘探指明了方向。
