不同移植物在前交叉韧带翻修中的应用

背景:前交叉韧带翻修过程中选用的移植物类型被认为是影响翻修术后效果的主要因素之一,但是关于不同移植物材料之间比较的报道较少。目的:探究自体韧带、同种异体韧带、LARS人工韧带用于前交叉韧带重建术后翻修的中长期临床疗效。方法:选择2011年5月至2020年5月唐山市第二医院关节科收治的前交叉韧带重建术后首次翻修患者67例,男41例,女26例,平均年龄(45.83±7.39)岁,根据翻修手术中移植物不同分3组:自体韧带组(n=24)、同种异体韧带组(n=22)与LARS人工韧带组(n=21)。翻修术后随访36个月以上,评估翻修效果。结果与结论:①3组患者术后1年与末次随访的国际膝关节文献委员会(IKDC)评分、Lysholm膝关节评分、Tegner运动评分均高于术前(P0.05);②3组患者术后1年与末次随访的KT-1000侧侧差值均低于术前(P<0.05),LARS人工韧带组末次随访的KT-1000侧侧差值、轴移试验阳性率高于自体韧带组、同种异体韧带组(P<0.05);③末次随访影像学检测结果显示,重建骨隧道无明显扩大,移植物固定物无明显失效表现,骨关节炎无明显加重表现,但部分老年患者出现骨质密度降低;④结果表明,LARS人工韧带用于前交叉韧带翻修可提供较好的初始稳定性,但随着时间的延长,部分病例的稳定性趋于降低,甚至重建韧带失效;同种异体韧带与自体韧带用于前交叉韧带翻修均可获得较好的临床疗效。

General reductions in lubricant viscosities and increasing loads in machine components highlight the role of tribofilms in providing surface protection against ***,the relationship between the scuffing process and the growth and removal of tribofilm is not well *** this study,a multiphysics coupling model,which includes hydrodynamic lubrication,asperity contact,thermal effect,tribochemistry reaction,friction,and surface wear,was developed to capture the initiation of surface *** and experiments for a piston ring and cylinder liner contact were conducted following a step-load sequence under different temperature *** results show that high temperature and extreme load could induce the lubricant film collapse,which in turn triggers the breakdown of the tribofilm due to the significantly increased removal *** failures of both lubricant film and tribofilm progress instantaneously in a coupling way,which finally leads to severe scuffing.

To simultaneously measure the He-like and H-like argon spectra, a two-crystal assembly has been deployed to replace the previous single crystal on the tangential x-ray crystal *** selecting appropriate crystals with similar Bragg angles, plasma temperature in the range of 0.5 keV≤Te≤10 keV and rotation can be diagnosed based on the He-like and H-like argon spectra. However, due to the added complexity in the two-crystal assembly in which the spectra might be diffracted by two crystals, some additional impurity lines were identified. For example,tungsten（W） lines in different ionization states were diffracted by the He-like and H-like *** molybdenum（Mo） lines in the wavelength range of He-like and H-like argon spectra lines were also summarized. The existence of these additional lines caused the fitted temperature to be different from the true values. This paper presents the identified lines through a comparison with available database, which should be included in the fitting procedure.

To the Editor:Parathyroid tumors are endocrine tumors that can lead to disorders of calcium and phosphorus metabolism and involve multiple organ *** the past,the genetics of parathyroid tumors have been well established,and the significant roles of genes such as MEN1,CDC73,and CCND1 in the process of parathyroid tumorigenesis have been identified and confirmed[Table 1].However,with further research and the widespread use of sequencing technology,“new”roles for“old”genes and new pathogenic mechanisms have been discovered.

UreteroPelvic Junction Obstruction(UPJO)is a common hydronephrosis disease in children that can result in an even progressive loss of renal *** is an economical,radiationless,noninvasive,and high noise preliminary diagnostic step for *** intelligence has been widely applied to medical fields and can greatly assist doctors'diagnostic *** demand for a highly secure network environment in transferring electronic medical data online,therefore,has led to the development of blockchain *** this study,we built and tested a framework that integrates a deep learning diagnosis model with blockchain *** diagnosis model is a combination of an attention-based pyramid semantic segmentation network and a discrete wavelet transformation-processed residual classification *** also compared the performance between benchmark models and our *** diagnosis model outperformed benchmarks on the segmentation task and classification task with MloU=87.93,MPA=93.52,and accuracy=91.77%.For the blockchain system,we applied the InterPlanetary File System protocol to build a secure and private sharing *** framework can automatically grade the severity of UPJO using ultrasound images,guarantee secure medical data sharing,assist in doctors'diagnostic ability,relieve patients'burden,and provide technical support for future federated learning and linkage of the Internet of Medical Things(loMT).

Seasonal Variation of the Sea Surface Temperature Growth Rate of ENSO

El Ni?o–Southern Oscillation(ENSO) exhibits a distinctive phase-locking characteristic, first expressed during its onset in boreal spring, developing during summer and autumn, reaching its peak towards winter, and decaying over the next spring. Several studies have demonstrated that this feature arises as a result of seasonal variation in the growth rate of ENSO as expressed by the sea surface temperature(SST). The bias towards simulating the phase locking of ENSO by many state-of-the-art climate models is also attributed to the unrealistic depiction of the growth rate. In this study, the seasonal variation of SST growth rate in the Ni?o-3.4 region(5°S–5°N, 120°–170°W) is estimated in detail based on the mixed layer heat budget equation and recharge oscillator model during 1981–2020. It is suggested that the consideration of a variable mixed layer depth is essential to its diagnostic process. The estimated growth rate has a remarkable seasonal cycle with minimum rates occurring in spring and maximum rates evident in autumn. More specifically, the growth rate derived from the meridional advection(surface heat flux) is positive(negative) throughout the year. Vertical diffusion generally makes a negative contribution to the evolution of growth rate and the magnitude of vertical entrainment represents the smallest contributor. Analysis indicates that the zonal advective feedback is regulated by the meridional immigration of the intertropical convergence zone, which approaches its southernmost extent in February and progresses to its northernmost location in September, and dominates the seasonal variation of the SST growth rate.

A nonsymmetrical PNN pincer ligand[6-(^(t)Bu_(2)PNH)C_(5)H_(4)N-2-(3-Mes)C_(3)H_(2)N_(2)]and its corresponding cobalt-N_(2)complex were synthesized and *** the stoichiometric reaction of the PNN ligand lithium salt with CoCl_(2),the complex 3,(PNN)CoCl,was ***,reduction of 3 with NaBHEt3under a dinitrogen atmosphere yielded complex 5,(PNN)Co(Ⅰ)(η^(1)-N_(2)).Single-crystal X-ray analysis,IR spectrum,and DFT calculations revealed that the dinitrogen in 5 was only weakly reduced by the cobalt *** reactions of 5 with carbon monoxide and 2,6-dimethylphenyl isocyanide gave carbonyl and isocyanide complexes 6 and 7 with the release of N_(2),***,these cobalt complexes,especially complex 5,demonstrated the capacity to convert dinitrogen to N(TMS)_(3)with moderate efficiency.

基于FPGA的极紫外光谱图像处理系统

东方超环(Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak,EAST)全超导托卡马克装置上极紫外(Extreme Ultraviolet,EUV)光谱诊断系统采用电荷耦合器件(Charge Coupling Device,CCD)探测器集光谱图像数据,硬X射线对CCD产生的干扰造成光谱数据中存在大量的单像素噪声,这为准确分析聚变等离子体杂质辐射带来极大的困难。针对这一问题,设计了一套基于可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)的EUV光谱图像处理系统,来快速去除硬X射线产生的噪声干扰。该系统基于限幅滤波算法,并引入标准差和离均差替代固定限幅阈值和样本偏差;通过融合限幅滤波算法和数据判别法,外加设置算法工作区间来分阶段对光谱图像数据进行相应处理。同时设计了仿真测试模块,使用EUV光谱图像转化的视频数据模仿采集流程进行系统的功能测试。最后,为了检验该系统对有效光谱数据的保护能力,将图像数据转换成更加直观的谱线图进行对比分析。实验测试结果表明:该系统能够有效去除光谱图像中的噪声点,并较好地保持了光谱数据的完整性,从而提升了光谱数据的可观测性。

饲料中不同磷水平对尼罗罗非鱼生长性能、体组成及血液钙、磷代谢的影响

本试验旨在研究饲料不同磷水平对尼罗罗非鱼生长和磷代谢的影响。以磷酸二氢钙为磷源,制备D1~D7[磷含量:D1(0.68%),D2(0.83%),D3(1.07%),D4(1.28%),D5(1.42%),D6(1.65%),D7(1.79%)]7种饲料,饲养尼罗罗非鱼[体重(8.68±0.46)g/尾]56 d。结果显示,除D2组外,D3组平均增重率和特定生长率显著高于其他各组(P0.05),在饲料磷含量为1.79%(D7)时达到最大值,显著高于D1组(P<0.05)。血清降钙素随着饲料磷含量的升高先升高后降低(P<0.05),在D5组时达到最高,显著高于D1、D2、D3和D7组(P<0.05);血清甲状旁腺素含量随饲料磷含量增加呈先下降后上升的趋势,在D5组时降到最低。综上所述,在本试验条件下,尼罗罗非鱼最适饲料有效磷含量为1.13%~1.64%。
